Oct 19 20:47:34 Deep Dive ♥ 1 Great job! I really liked the art, blend of vector art and sketching. I found it a lot of fun to play with the cards and combine them. Well done! xD
Oct 19 20:56:16 8m 42s Lensor ♥ 1 I really liked the game concept! It was quite difficult to figure out what to do, as there was no tutorial or description explaining the gameplay. Adding one would definitely help players better understand the mechanics. Regarding the art style, I personally would have preferred it to be entirely pixel art, the mix of 3D and 2D felt a bit odd, but regardless it’s an incredible job! Well done! xD
Oct 19 21:06:42 10m 26s The Basilisk ♥ 0 I really liked the pixel art work here; the color palette and all the details were fantastic. The character's jump and somewhat slow movement felt a bit off to me, though that might have been an issue with my internet connection or PC. Well done! xD
Oct 19 21:19:26 12m 44s Old Tech Repair Simulator 2002 ♥ 3 I didn't manage to fix anything, but I sure did smash everything to bits with a hammer jaja! Great work; I really liked the textures and that 90s-game vibe, for a moment I thought I was playing Duke Nukem 3D. Well done! xD
Oct 19 21:25:48 6m 22s The First Shift ♥ 0 Great work; I really liked the animations and the low-poly style of the models. Well done! xD
Oct 19 21:38:14 12m 26s OBSOLETE ♥ 2 I was left wanting to play more levels, great job! I thought the atmosphere and the art were fantastic. At first, I found it quite difficult to move around using the jump mechanic, but once I got the mechanical arm, it became much easier (and more fun xD). Well done! I really enjoyed it!
Oct 19 21:43:07 4m 53s Endless Venture ♥ 0 I really liked the game's atmosphere and art. I found it quite difficult to play, due to the mechanics and the way objects are used. Well done, great work! xD
Oct 19 21:51:33 8m 26s Gnome Grown ♥ 1 Gnomes, wood, and catapults, a great combination! jaja! I really liked the game concept; it’s very fun. I think with a bit more artistic polish, it would look fantastic. It would be great to be able to move across the scene from right to left, watching the gnomes get into mischief or fight with rabbits over carrots jaja! Excellent entry! xD
Oct 19 21:59:03 7m 30s (C)old Calls ♥ 2 What a great game! Artistically, I thought it was very well done, a lot of work clearly went into it! I loved the mechanic of dialing numbers on the rotary phone; it reminded me of when I used to use those kinds of phones, jajaj! Well done! xD
Oct 19 22:25:57 26m 54s Pigeon Post ♥ 2 Sin título.jpg Incredible work for a game jam! I loved this game, the art, the mechanics, the music, the atmosphere, everything! xD It really bummed me out that my pigeons died so quickly; I would have loved to be able to take better care of them and watch them grow, haha! This game has a lot of potential, well done!
Oct 19 23:03:35 37m 38s The Sun of Helheim ♥ 1 Great work! With a bit more polish, it would look fantastic; the gameplay and the experience of navigating the sea would be much better. Well done!
Oct 19 23:16:47 13m 12s Jelly & Bones ♥ 3 Sin título.jpg Great job! I really liked the mechanic of being able to control up to three cubes at the same time. The progression is also very well handled; I would have loved for there to be more levels xD. The artistic side is beautiful, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the textures used. I think the atmosphere would be even better with music and sound effects. Well done!
Oct 19 23:22:43 5m 56s Dungeon Dude ♥ 1 jajaja! Funny game dude! xD I found the voice and the face stickers really funny. Well done!
Oct 19 23:48:44 26m 01s Smithing Game ♥ 0 Sin título.jpg I think this is the best knife I could make jaja! I wish I’d had more tools to add more detail. A really fun game, the only issue I had was getting used to the mouse sensitivity. Well done! xD
Oct 19 23:58:25 9m 41s The Veil: Shadow of Ludd – Jingze Liu ♥ 0 A good first entry! xD I found it a bit difficult to understand the game mechanics without a tutorial or any instructions. I also struggled to eliminate enemies, as the weapon and the bullets are not visually distinct. I understand that, given the short time frame of the game jam, it’s not possible to implement everything, but with a bit more polish, this could be very interesting. Well done!
Oct 20 00:04:25 6m 00s HammerTime ♥ 1 I have something to say jaja! I think it’s great. The animations and sound effects are perfect. Great job! xD
Oct 20 00:12:53 8m 28s Long distance radio ruckus ♥ 0 Beautiful game! xD The art is very good; I love the style. I found the mechanic of using the radio dial really fun. Great job!
Oct 20 14:18:52 14h 05m The Animation Morgue ♥ 1 I’m a fan of old Disney animated films, so I find this game beautiful. I’d love to see classic stories and fairy tales incorporated into the game! The mechanics and the game’s concept are very original and fun. The only thing I’d change is having the art created by humans, but I understand the time constraints of a game jam, jajaSin título.jpg! Great work!
Oct 20 14:52:18 33m 26s Night Shift ♥ 1 Great work! the atmosphere is very well crafted and makes it even more terrifying. The sound effects are also very well done. One suggestion: it would be helpful to be able to zoom in on the PC monitor to get a better look at the scene, as it’s currently a bit hard to make out. Well done! xD
Oct 20 15:37:56 45m 38s The Switchboard Operator ♥ 0 A great idea and a very good mechanic xD! I found it really fun to play. As an improvement, I would add more calls so the game doesn't feel so short, and have the calls follow one another more quickly. The atmosphere and sound effects are very well executed. Great job!
Oct 20 15:54:09 16m 13s SMASH TO FIX ♥ 1 Sin título.jpg I broke more things than I fixed, but it was more fun that way, jajaja! I really liked the concept—it was a lot of fun. Well done! xD
Oct 20 15:57:09 3m 00s The Last Rewinder ♥ 1 It was quite difficult to play without a tutorial or knowing the keyboard shortcuts, but once I figured it out, I found it really fun. It’s true that it gets repetitive after a while, but the mechanics could still be developed further. Great job! I really liked the 80s/90s vibe and atmosphere; it felt just like being in a real Blockbuster jaja!
Oct 20 16:14:40 17m 31s Blackwater ♥ 1 Sin título.jpg I thought the sea was very well executed, especially the effect of the waves on the ship. It felt a bit strange to have only one cannon that always points in the same direction, but it’s certainly different from what you usually see in pirate games. I also assumed that some of the objects floating in the sea were upgrades, extra lives, or energy, but it turned out they actually damaged me jajaja! Considering the short time frame of the game jam, this is a great piece of work! well done! xD
Oct 20 21:57:03 5h 42m Dead Line ♥ 0 For a solo developed game, this is excellent xD. The mechanics and sound effects are well implemented. It’s an interesting concept solving a mystery. I’d love to see it with polished graphics and a refined UI, so that buttons are more visually distinct from the objects in the environment or the background. Great work! Congratulations!
Oct 20 22:09:51 12m 48s Little Drillage ♥ 0 I really loved the 3D models and the style you went with, the mechanic of combining tiles and cards is a lot of fun. I found it a bit challenging, and the 20 turn limit made it feel a little short, but I still enjoyed it. Great work! xDSin título.jpg
Oct 21 01:08:39 2h 58m Flea Market Fission Wagon ♥ 2 I found it quite difficult to manage so many levers, having to click each one individually; I think it would have been more useful to assign them to keyboard keys. Regardless, the concept and the mechanics are really fun. Great job! xD
Oct 21 01:20:46 12m 07s Siege of Syracuse ♥ 1 I really liked the game; it has a lot of potential. I wasn’t too fond of Archimedes’ death ray burning up the poor seagulls jajaja! But I think you managed to create something very interesting in such a short amount of time, the effects are excellent. It would certainly be great to see a wider variety of Greek cities, ships, and weapons. Great job! xD
Oct 21 01:27:12 6m 26s THE LAST VIDEO STORE IN TOWN ♥ 1 Excellent game! The PC graphics definitely capture that 90s style, I’d love to see even more of that in the environment and the characters. The game’s concept and mechanics are really fun, as are the movie titles jajaja! I’d love to see all those shelves packed with movies from that era xD. Great work!
Oct 21 14:05:10 12h 37m Ghost Train ♥ 1 What a great game! The Pac-Man style mechanics combined with the ability to jump is a fantastic idea. I found it really fun xD. The pixel art is simple but beautiful. great work! Congratulations!
Oct 21 15:04:35 59m 25s Feed the Boiler ♥ 1 Great work for a game jam! I felt the game's atmosphere was very well executed; the UI art is excellent, as are the sound effects. I think the tech tree might be broken, at least when I purchased the speed upgrades instead of taking less time, the creations ended up taking twice as long (or even longer). Well done!! xD Sin título.jpg
Oct 21 15:14:39 10m 04s No Matter ♥ 0 The game’s atmosphere is very well executed, despite its simple art style; one can truly feel the surrounding void and the oppressive nature of the environment. Perhaps more visible on screen indicators would help guide the player though then again, the original intent might simply be for the player to navigate the void on their own. Great entry, well done! xD
Oct 21 15:34:05 19m 26s Stardust ♥ 0 I didn’t see a connection to the theme, but I found it fun to play an impressive achievement for a solo developer! The visual and particle effects were very well executed; however, the movement of my star on the screen felt quite slow. I think games like this need to be faster and more frantic, though perhaps that wasn’t what you had in mind jaja! I also found the upgrade tree for the star to be very interesting and well developed, great job! xD Sin título.jpg
Oct 21 16:50:29 1h 16m cassette 1998 ♥ 0 The game's premise reminded me of the series "13 Reasons Why", I found the mechanics and the way the mystery unfolds to be excellent. The 3D art, with its Resident Evil 2 style textures, is beautiful, and really helps create a more somber depressing atmosphere. The voice acting and sound effects are fantastic! a crucial element for the game's mechanics. Great work, congratulations! xD
Oct 21 17:06:34 16m 05s Old farm old times ♥ 1 I love these types of games, i thought the concept and the mechanics were very good. I did find it quite difficult to play, though, as orders expired very quickly and it took a long time to harvest the crops one by one. It might improve the gameplay if all the crops could be harvested with a single click. It would also be great if harvesting yielded a random quantity of produce, or if certain events could affect the crops, things like that xD. For 24hs of work this is a fantastic result! I would definitely love to see the game with more polished art and sound to make it more visually appealing, that would help enhance the gameplay and give the game a clear direction and character. Great job! Congratulations! Sin título.jpg
Oct 21 17:15:53 9m 19s Clippings For The News ♥ 0 The art, voice acting, and music are truly incredible! I really loved the mechanic of grabbing and cutting out words to assemble an article, it’s a fantastic idea xD. I wasn’t able to finish or put together a coherent article, but it was so much fun jajaja! Well done! Sin título.jpg
Oct 21 17:22:28 6m 35s Old Tech Disposal Inc ♥ 0 I found the gameplay a bit challenging. at times I didn't quite understand how I was taking damage xD, but I still found it fun. I thought the character design was very interesting, I’d love to see the artwork refined further. The sound and effects are also very well done. Great job! Congratulations!
Oct 21 17:54:37 32m 09s Yesterday, Probably ♥ 1 Excellent game! A very fun, classic turn based card game with a great aesthetic xD. I really liked the artwork here, well done! Congratulations!
Oct 22 03:44:05 9h 49m Who is Nana? ♥ 1 I really loved the artwork, the pixel art is very well executed! The concept of a "haunted" Tamagotchi is a lot of fun xD, the mechanics are very interesting, and you managed to implement a ton of features in such a short amount of time. Congratulations, great work!
Oct 22 03:53:35 9m 30s Trick Or Retreat 4 ♥ 1 A very surreal idea xD; I can't quite see the connection to the game jam's theme. I found it rather difficult to figure out how to play at first, but after reading some comments, I managed to understand it. Otherwise, you did a great job in such a short amount of time, congratulations!
Oct 22 04:13:23 19m 48s Rusty Relics ♥ 0 What a great game! the kind I could spend hours playing! xD I found the concept and mechanics brilliant and really fun; I think it has plenty of potential to work perfectly as a mobile game. The tutorial is very well crafted, and the variety of tools and upgrades is excellent, too. Congratulations, great work!
Oct 22 14:55:39 10h 42m Meow Bomb! ♥ 1 I had a lot of fun playing as a Soviet cat assembling the Zar Bomb jajaja! The combination of 3D and pixel-art textures was brilliant and very well executed. Great work on the sound and effects, too, it’s a fantastic game! Congratulations! xD
Oct 22 15:13:08 17m 29s Quiet Carriage ♥ 1 What a great job! The art is incredibly beautiful, highly detailed, and remarkably complete given the short duration of the game jam, it’s truly surprising that you all made it to the end in one piece jaja! I would have loved to have this beautiful game as a wallpaper on my Windows 98 xD. The mechanics are simple but super relaxing; you’ve done a wonderful job! Congratulations!
Oct 22 15:23:36 10m 28s Morse Strike ♥ 1 I found it quite difficult to enter the codes correctly and play smoothly, I think it would have been better if each signal had its own dedicated shortcut key. That aside, the pixel art is absolutely fantastic, and the sound effects are great. The concept of using Morse code for commands is highly original and fun, I just wish it had been implemented in a simple way so I could have played it for longer. Still, the game has great potential! Congratulations, great work! xD
Oct 22 15:35:30 11m 54s Abattlacus ♥ 1 What a great idea! The mechanics are super fun, this is truly the kind of game I could spend hours playing xD. I really liked the art, character design, animations, UI, etc. The music and sound effects are also very well done, great work for a game jam. Congratulations! Sin título.jpg
Oct 23 13:54:31 22h 19m Light Seeker ♥ 1 I love this game; it’s visually very appealing. I find the design and the "hand painted" style of the assets beautiful, and the sound effects are great too. The concept and the mechanics connecting things together or using the modules on our "vehicle" were really fun; it genuinely felt like I was operating some very old technology jaja! Congratulations, great work!
Oct 23 14:05:16 10m 45s OldTech:老当益撞 Gamejam! ♥ 0 Ironically the technology in the old wheelchair turned out to be more futuristic than one might think jajaja! I really related to old man Wang in his opposition to new technology or these new "super-intelligences" xD I found the game a lot of fun to play. Congratulations, great work!
Oct 23 15:36:06 1h 30m Nimkip and the Quest to Build an Airship ♥ 1 I really liked the game; it’s super simple to play and understand. I found the pixel art beautiful, and the music and sound effects were great. Unfortunately, I couldn’t keep playing, perhaps due to a bug or an issue with the online version, but I was unable to continue collecting resources. I would select them, but neither the town bar nor the technology bar would progress; they just stayed frozen. Regardless, it’s a great piece of work, I’d love to see it more polished. Well done! Sin título2.jpg
Oct 23 17:24:09 1h 48m THE LAST WORD ♥ 1 The art in this game is simply beautiful, as is the music! The artistic direction they chose couldn't have been better xD, from the character designs and color palette to the drawing style, everything is truly incredible! I found the concept and the story to be brilliant, and it’s a lot of fun. Congratulations, great work!
Oct 24 01:57:35 8h 33m Detritus Delver ♥ 1 Great work! I really like the pixel art. The game concept and mechanics are a lot of fun. I appreciate the inclusion of tips to help the player out, though a tutorial at the beginning would be a great addition. As others have already mentioned, an endless mode would be fantastic, but for a game jam with such a tight timeframe, you’ve done an excellent job! xD Congratulations!
Oct 24 11:18:10 9h 20m Rusty laser ♥ 0 Great game! I really liked the pixel art. The weapon reloading mechanic is very original, though I did find it quite difficult to reload and then immediately aim at the enemies. The timing of the waves feels right, but I think the screen area should be larger so that enemies can be spotted sooner. Alternatively, you could assign hotkeys for reloading and other actions, leaving the mouse free for aiming. Congratulations, well done!
Oct 24 11:37:31 19m 21s The Last Thaw ♥ 1 I love the assets from Synty Studios xD you used and applied them very well. The gameplay mechanics are really fu, strategy games at least for me, are quite addictive jaja!. Congratulations, great entry!
Oct 26 14:54:53 51h 17m Road Rage ♥ 3 Sin título.jpg I got stuck when the cat appeared in front of me, I just couldn't bring myself to move it aside; it’s too adorable! jajaja! I found the concept and mechanics really fun, but what I liked most was the art style. The animations and effects were also excellent. Congratulations! Great work! xD
Oct 26 16:43:48 1h 48m Obsolete Absolute ♥ 2 What a great game! I spent hours playing without even realizing it jaja! I found the art incredible, the character and vehicle designs, the color palette, just excellent work! It’s truly impressive for a game created by a single person xD. I’ve seen other comments mentioning issues with weapon progression, I have to say, that’s actually what led me to stop playing, as I reached a point where clearing each floor became tedious. But aside from that, I found it to be a really fun and spectacular game, great job! Sin título.jpg
Oct 27 19:50:35 27h 06m STEAMRAIDERS ♥ 2 I thought it was a good concept with fun mechanics. However, I found the gameplay a bit confusing, as it wasn't always clear what tasks needed to be done perhaps the UI markers aren't visible enough (they should stand out more). It would also be helpful to have a list or some text, based indicators showing the tasks to be completed and their respective priorities. Aside from that, I think it’s a great piece of work, congratulations! xD
Oct 27 20:00:44 10m 09s Janitorial duties ♥ 1 Great job! a short game but well designed and polished. Since I’ve played games like this before, I found it very easy to clear the three rooms quickly, it would have been great to have more puzzles. Still, considering the limited time available for the game jam, it’s an excellent piece of work. Congratulations! xD
Oct 27 20:16:01 15m 17s Zombie Apocalypse ♥ 1 A very good game, I found it really fun xD. I really liked the visual effects that were implemented. I did find it a bit difficult to visually distinguish the zombies from the environment, but I think that refining a few details would make it more visually appealing and improve the gameplay. Great work, congratulations!
