really enjoyed that. Liked the art, enjoyed scaring the tourists, really got to hate them especially on the last level!
Love it, but it really is hard, nice job Tom :P
I love the premise, all villains should tie people (and by people I always imagined them as women) to train tracks.
I really like it, looks very nice, the idea is pretty sweet, I think I controlled the warewolf change rather than time though? Which made the game feel a lot easier without the risk of random change, would also have been amazing if you had an NPC warewolf hunter chasing you or something to add some threat. Good game though, enjoyed it, those are just idle thoughts to make it harder :)
I enjoyed it, but I did think the controls were hyper-sensitive, it would be good to reduce turning speed a little.
Seems pretty fun, although I think it could have used an extra combat build choice or two, the zombies are quite weak and with the one option it hurts a little. Also I wasnt entirely sure what the dungeon value did.
Fantastic artwork in this game, it looks really nice.
Like it, but I had to make myself lose (its quite hard to not make money indefinately), also can you really be the villain if you are stopping Kim Jong? :p
I enjoyed it, was very hard to do much though, I think perhaps the collision detection with the police should be a little tighter (they kept arresting me when we were not touching). Overall though really good.
Good, although I found it a bit too hard, I could get the player down to about 20% and then they would just miraculously man up and start going up to about 90, no matter what I did.
The artwork is fantastic, and its got decent variety for tower defence.
That was really good, very well executed, enjoyed the flash lights and how the police chased you.
To be honest, I didn't manage to get engaged in the game, it was just a little too hard to get the story to go anywhere.
The bag fling and the way it felt heavy was nicely implemented, but I have to agree with other comments that the game could have used being a bit faster, I climbed to about 90 and didn't really feel like an end was in sight, and I only encountered about 2 enemies.
Love it, reminds me of GTA1 (if you ever had to rob a bank). Only observation would be that its perhaps a little too hard, and sometimes police shoot me from off screen.
Quite good fun, would be nice to see splatters or other feedback when you kill an animal though.
I enjoyed it, but couldn't really figure out how to win or lose, also my critter seemed to start losing every fight, and I was not entirely sure why.
Fully agree, Ill post more details about what went wrong in the note section later, but basically I got massively over ambitious.
The original intent was to create a survival scavenge game where you could loot the houses and other world objects and build things, and that there would be NPCs who upon contact with a zombie would turn after 10 seconds (that was the intended theme link, it was also planned that some things would take 10 seconds to do).
Anyway long story short I got halfway through sunday and didnt have anything you could even approximately describe as a game, so I frantically chucked the updates together to make it into this.
The 10 seconds link is that that is the interval between zombie spawns (weak link).
Ah well, Ill know for next time to do something smaller :p
Loved it - liked the game, liked the way it played. Good fun. Wasn't sure how it tied to the theme though?
Really nice work. Liked the sprites and the gameplay although I do think jumping could be tweaked a little.
I literally love everything about this game. It is by far my favourite of your entries, good show!
I enjoyed it, fun platform puzzler.
I did as it happens. All the sounds are made just by me and a microphone. It was quite a draining 48 hours :p
Just to clarify a couple of things, the move is actually grid based, you can just move to any position within a tile in the grid that's in range of your move. Also its always an element that you can get two turns in a row (but you will only see this if you have more units than the enemy), I deliberately chose to have the player always go first on a new round of turns.
I was hoping to do more with weapon ranges and things (have a unit selection screen for missions that would give that type of info), but ran out of time. The perils of a tight deadline I guess :)
This is definitely the first game of its type Ive played for LD. I really liked the visual aesthetic but I too couldn't find manno and had to stop after a while due to the warping motion. Really nice entry.
The art is absolutely beautiful. I also like the idea of putting out embers.
The art for this is amazing.
I like it, gives me a good retro vibe :)
I liked it, fun puzzler
Really liked it, had a lot of fun playing it. You did a great job!
Takes me back to many many years playing sonic, right down to the colour of the land under your feet :)
I also think the hitboxing was a little too unforgiving. Otherwise, its good fun. The sheep look great.
I liked it, most fun I've had farming.
This is an impressive amount of work for 3 days. I really liked the insect models. Great job.
I really like the graphics, surprised you opted out of scores on it.
I couldnt really figure out how to build anything, none of the buttons appear to do anything (except for buying stores and hiring staff)
This is an astonishingly great entry. I got murdered by saws, lazers, probably some lazer saws, and I loved every second of it!
Really impressive, getting a working FPS done in such a short time is no mean feat. Its also well executed and fun!
is rage a mood? I really like the concept, its just next to impossible for me to morse correctly and fast enough :(
Q or E changes the selected seed, sorry I should have added that tidbit to the voiceover.
Really stunning graphics, and a nice little puzzle game.
Nice, fun and simple, nice job.
You had me at "The empire strikes back"...
Really enjoyed it, good entry, but how can you choose what unit to produce? Is it random per castle?
Really like the art style! Hestor looks so sad! The sound also works really well. That said I had issues getting the robots to hit the button on the second clock tower level, had to spawn about 30 of them before the did so. Also some of the clipping seemed a bit loose.
I liked the way the ready to harvest plant people looked.
Love the music, its fantastic. Found the boat a little hard to control.
That was a bunch of fun, I might have considered putting a cap on the number of adjustments you were allowed to make in a level. I did level 1 without using any and then level 2 was a breeze just using them as much as I wanted.
The graphics are wonderful, and the sound fits the game perfectly.
Nice entry, especially for a first! Managed to make it quite frantic with direction changing at times during combat.
love the look of the ships, and a neat idea, but I think the turning speed on the ships is a little too high, made it really hard to control.
Nice idea, but I ran into trouble with the game becoming completely unresponsive to commands quite quickly :(
Really good entry, the graphics are amazing, the sound fits it really well. AI is just a little tough.
The miner reminds me of a mister man. Also love how he came prepared with a lava proof pogo stick. Thats a fellow who has everything...
It reminds me of the sonic 1 bonus stages! It felt a little harsh to me to put bombs straight in your path from level start though, Id have either put them off your initial trajectory or at least let you press a key to begin. Most rounds I hit the first one and couldn't avoid it!
It took me a bit to work out how to control the guys properly, a bit more control information in the blurb would have been helpful I think.
Pretty difficult, but it is fun to be basically a ninja orc.
