For the quibble part of my review, pay more attention about the colliders of your elements in your next project because actually you enter a little bit into the 3D objects, like rock and woods, when you collide it ahah

It's an awesome entry, nice job guys, i passed my last hour to try all the different possibilities for the development of my tribes ahah I love the random generation of the map, it's something that add some sugars on each new run. Your day/night cycle and his lights effects is so beautifull and smooth, it's really realistic. I love the cartoon design of our believers, it's pretty fun ! This concept reminds me a lot of another god game, especially Populous 3 and i really appreciate that. To be pernickety, maybe the time for the round is too small, i see all of my tribes dying too quickly, a problem of my tribes management ? I don't know ahah Good luck for the future !

Really impressive for a compo submission, i had a lot of fun playing this :) You add so many features, so many mechanics that it can be a real indie game, ready for publishing on the digital market ahah I used the HTML 5 version and after completed the tutorial, game have crashed but don't worry, just a F5 and it repair it :p To be pernickety, maybe you can add an option for toggle the SFX too ? During a long session, they becoming a little bit annoying :p Good luck for the future !

Your game is a good one, the concept have a great message in background, you fits on the theme and the graphics are your strong points ! Now, this need some improvements on two important point : we don't understand immediately what we have to do and the colliders for drag & drop or giving the actions of our stuff are too tiny - it's getting quickly confusing and frustrating when you played ... but for your next project, you can add a tutorial and an intro text message for giving to the player all the mechanics and the context he have to affront before he played. Also try to enlarge the colliders :) Good luck for the future :muscle:

Maybe you can asign a key for giving the possibility for the player to use the sprint independently :) Sadly, i didn't understand what i've to done and how i can progress : ennemies doesn't drop money and they don't respawn after being killed during the night. I use the HTML 5 version.

What a lovely day to kill some innocent sheep ! This was an awesome experience, your art have improved well, you have an aesthetic that remind me some free flash game on web browser back in 2009, nostalgia ahah It's simple and the controls are smooth. I love to see my peasants constitute an huge army ! As i understand in the comments, the button above the play text is a curve of difficulty ? As the menu interface is presented, i was firstly thinking it was for personalize the aspect of my sheep and i was wrong ! Maybe a new mechanic to add later ? :p I'll be pernickety about the range of our weapon, it would be better if it was a little bit more higher because actually we are too close to the sheep for killing him :p Good luck for the future !

Congrats for your game, it's simple, fluid and we understand quickly the mechanics. Maybe the wall bounce is a little bit too tricky to control, try to improve it later :) Too bad that the game is not responsive for all types of screen because actually it's a little bit unplayed, i'm stuck at the level 5.

Interesting concept and game, i spended a little time to understand that we have to make an action on screen for revealing the game ahah ! I agree with the advice of others, recharge faster the power would make less frustration for the player, otherwise it's perfect, don't hesitate to improve your project.

Nice game, i love the artstyle and music, it's remind me the firsts games of Edmund Mc Millen ahah I love the idea of this "Unlimited mode" at the end, it add a great replay value ! If i can make some advice : ° The range of our sword for damaging the ennemies are too short ! Also the attack animation is cool but it's deteriorated our capacity of killing the spiders faster ; ° It's probably a design choice but it would be nice if when we died, we may lost the features we previously add because actually we can use this for cheating ahah ; ° Make our character disapearing when he died, we can still move him when the hp are at 0. ; That's all for me, good luck for the future :)

Hi, your game is so cool, it's a real funny "Die and Retry", i beat it with only 68 deaths and i'm pretty proud of that ahah For your next project, be aware about the controls ! I don't know if it's the same for others but i have to press the arrows key with strength for initiate the movement to the character, it's a little bit frustrating when you hit the last 5 levels hehe. Well, your completely into the theme, i appreciate the minimalist sounds and graphics, all works well ... i can just wish you all the best for the future :)

That was funny to play, i wish you can develop the concept of this game after the Ludum because what you have here needs to pay more attention :) About my review, i'll be a little bit tricky about the sound, because it's getting too much repetitive after few levels :p If you have time, you can add an evolution of the music after the end of each levels ? Like adding more snare drums or something like that ... something that let the player thinking "Hey i progress :D" About the rest of the game, it's fantastic, congratulations, for all the team and good luck for the future !

PS : I'm just curious about something, why did the "whomps" changed their colors ?

Hi @purpledartfrog, thanks for the advice, i'll apply this for all of my next games projects :) Tutorial is something i didn't think firstly and i understand that this can frustate the player to having no indication of what he have to do and how ... well it's by making mistakes that we learn :p

Hi @nakami, thanks for your comment :) The use of "Application.Quit()" have be done due to an emergency case : the run out of time. With a better time management for the next entries, I'll add this "quit" button for sure ;)

Hi @sprotex, thanks for your feedback :) ! Really sad to heard you didn't enjoy the game :/ The shapes colliders are put on the same scale of her sprites, maybe it was better to enlarge them ? About the end, as i said in responce on previous comments, i was having to erase some levels and ideas for fits my game into the developement time the jam accords to us. Due to that, i do an emergency Application.Quit() after the level 2 for having something playable and that can be proposed online. It's probably why you have feel this :(

Nice little game we got here :D I really enjoyed the rat physic and the concept. Really fun and addictive concept ! I was a little bit confused the first time but the tutorial really help me to figure out what to do. Art and Sound are quite simple but it's fully functional and not repetitive at all :D When i past 10 min into the game, i had hand pain due to the fact that we have to click everywhere XD Could be fun if there's a mobile port one day, maybe it would be less hand painer :p Great job !

Welcome to Ludum Dare :D Great job for your first entry, it was a funny platformer game mixed with Wario Ware (a game like yours who had various gameplay in a raw due to mini games). It's an intelligent way to stake the player with the various mechanic you implemented :thumbsup: Level 4 was quite difficult to understand what to do due do the time we had before the red ennemies spawn, i had to watch your gameplay video to understand that :p Maybe you can show a timer on screen before they spawned ? Otherwise, bravo !
