It's an ok game, the safe area thing is kind of finicky and I had a fainted dude not be clickable, so that wasn't as fun :(.
Yeah I got that glitch where if you clip through the moving platform it changes it's movement math and I even got stuck in it, forcing a restart, but ahh I'm so glad I found your game after passing it on twitter :), real great job.
The music is definitely spooky haha, I wonder if it could have run better cause the effects bogged down all the controls :(. Very interesting take on a platformer.
.
I love puzzles! One thing I wish it had worked was automatic level progression. It just doesn't know when I solved the current puzzle. Reset button and submit button is I suppose the same? And no audio :( I really like the idea, there is a nice mechanic being built here. What I'm missing is more visual and audio feedback, and more interesting mechanics build on top of this. Kind of like Sudoku puzzles etc adding more interesting solutions so that it feels fresh. Props :)
Maybe I need to see more visual feedback on whats happening. Like how close am I going end the game from a collision? And the camera panning doesn't catch up well with the slippery controls so I fell off the play field the first time unintentionally.
It was pretty hilarious when tons of enemies spawned and I got flung off the stage haha. I can see some potential if there was more depth to the game mechanics and points or something.
The mechanics are fine, But the game doesn't have enough interesting things to propel the gameplay. The music is :/ I just don't know exactly what all the collecting of stuff does, by the end of the first floor.
I mean, you sure are collecting money. I guess it's a bit harder with a trackpad. Is there multiple levels? Only two? Well it is short and sweet. It hasn't overstayed it's welcome. Good job!
