Plays smooth, i experience little to no bugs during the session! The atmosphere is great, just driving peacefully through mountains with radio playing in the background is so relaxing, love it. Whilst the game doesnt bring a lot of innovative features, it is still a great adventure that i enjoyed :D

willbone 2026-04-21 15:58

Nice game with decent graphics. I love the radio feature and that the game feels complete (aside from the cube at the end). The only thing I feel is missing is a tutorial - there’s only the task description and the note in the bottom-right corner.

2026-04-21 15:58

Realistic enough mechanics, relaxing atmosphere. You just need to drive along the mini-map, refuel from time to time and power the towers for a signal.

plutonicrock 2026-04-22 18:46

pretty dope gameplay!

jamieok 2026-04-22 19:22

This is a really complete and fleshed out submission. There is definitely some inspiration/similarities to Pacific Drive, if Pacific Drive was made in a weekend  My only criticisms would be audio missing whenever the player crashes the car, and the ending (maybe) bugged out for me? I reached the signal source, saw a frame of a guy standing in the building, and then everything just went blurry and smear framey. All in all, a very polished product for the time. Great work!

cptnero 2026-04-22 19:26

Loved the game. Lots of inspiration from Pacific Drive I assume. You got a lot done in such a small amount of time!

rezonanc 2026-04-24 12:42

классный ник на итче братан

fadingdreamstories 2026-04-24 13:24

Very solid effort, and really cool environment. Really like driving through a foggy landscape (I get to do it occasionally in the real world) so that was nice. Also the music! I just had the game running on the menu just now, and didn't notice that it was still going, because the music was just pleasant to listen to.

xaklor 2026-04-24 20:51

loved the atmosphere, and all the little touches of needing to perform individual steps of tasks instead of doing the whole task directly makes it feel more engaging for a game that's basically just WASD and mouse. I also enjoyed that you included easter eggs in many of the setpieces which also made the exploration more engaging as well. and of course, the radio is the chef's kiss by providing you something to fiddle with while essentially just driving down a straight path between points of interest. an easy 5 star rating!

fabelay 2026-04-24 21:50

drove around for a good while and the atmosphere is great! loved the radio! Mechanics are simple enough but the organic interactions are great. makes it feel engaging. impressive amount of work done in the time available, great work, looks really polished.

mantou 2026-04-25 06:33

This game does a really good job of capturing the driving experience, and it feels very immersive. My main issue was that I did not really feel much connection to the theme. I was also a little disappointed that a lot of things in the environment were not interactive.

2026-04-25 10:10

The experience is quite complete, invokes some Pacific Drive vibes. And a lengthy one too. Surprised to see such a smooth car experience (not only driving, but the overall interaction). Great game, completed in 23 minutes.

mekuire 2026-04-25 18:20

An atmospheric and engaging game. Great job!

archaeognathus 2026-04-25 19:53

I love Pacific Drive, and it's crazy how much of it you could capture in such a short time. But I'm glad to not have to deal with fuel too much ;)

2026-04-26 13:25

игра классная, но меня укачало

jamesgames1000 2026-04-26 14:08

Great game definitely one of my favorites of this LD so far. but I won without powering the third tower. SILENTIUM 2026-04-26 8_05_10 AM (1).png

roitchie 2026-04-26 17:04

This is incredibly impressive. The visuals and atmosphere. The world is way bigger than I expected and this feels like almost like a game I'd play on steam. Similar in tone to the long dark. To make this all in 72 hours. Well done!

zathnic 2026-04-26 20:44

Very realistic and a great mood! I like the constant switch between moving around on foot and driving with the car

darizz 2026-04-27 14:23

Woooaaahh! Such a cool visual! I'm a big fan of Passific Drive. This is an amazing result for such a short time! Great job!

kevin-meissner 2026-04-27 14:57

very cool and impressive :-)

drmaxwell 2026-04-28 00:14

The mood is great, the radio's nice, driving was quite pleasant. I like it.

venomousmouse 2026-04-28 12:57

Very nice visual, cool mood and great mechanic. Great job.

garyglhf 2026-04-28 20:39

Классная игра. Главное достоинство — атмосфера: тишина, горные серпантины, своё радио.

nexusasx10 2026-04-28 23:05

Such a huge game for a jam. The atmosphere is very nice. Driving through the wasteland listening Nightcall was great. Also such a melancholic ending. Да не умер он в конце SILENTIUM.

lev-ramburg 2026-04-29 19:39

Really loved the atmosphere in this one. Feels weirdly immersive

raivk 2026-04-29 20:57

Really incredible mood here. Great work. Gameplay works, I got hooked by the atmosphere and the musics totally helped with the mood. GG!

anszwa 2026-04-29 22:05

Very impressive project! The gameplay is genuinely fun and works really well. The driving physics feel solid, and its crazy how much content you managed to fit into the project. The level is absolutely huge for a single weekend! I also loved the little details, the glass shader in the gas stations and the easter egg pictures haha.

Some suggestions for improvement: I think making fuel a bit more limited could make it even more interesting. During my whole playthrough, I never really had a problem with it. For example, it could be cool if right at the start you didnt have enough fuel to reach the first gas station, so you need to use the canister to fetch some. Or maybe there could simply be less fuel available overall, making it more important to search cars for leftover gas.

The “Hold LMB” interaction also felt a little too long in some places, or sometimes unnecessary. Maybe a shorter hold duration or even a different key for actions in general could work better. But thats just my personal impression.

The project is really top-tier! I had a lot of fun with it!

python-b5 2026-04-30 01:34

This is a really impressive project for a single weekend! The environment is huge, but doesn't feel sparse. I would've perhaps appreciated some more opportunity for exploration; the game as-is is quite linear. Maybe the towers could be approached in any order, rather than being placed one after the other? I did like the collectable tapes, though, which encouraged me to look inside the buildings along the path.

I agree that the "hold LMB" action is a little awkward. The game was inconsistent about whether actions used both hold and tap (for open/take/etc and close/replace/etc) respectively or just used tap for both. The latter actions felt much nicer to me, since really there's little point in making the player hold LMB then tapping wouldn't do anything in that context anyway.

le-don 2026-04-30 20:01

The music is amazing! I disagree with a previous comment and I actually liked that the fuel wasn't a big issue, as I am personally not a big fan of survivor games and I thoughts it's kinda neat to be able to refill at the gas stations without being told implicity or explicity to refill.

skleembof 2026-05-01 04:13

Absolutely amazing jam entry! I did not expect that cinematic outro. This was an extremely impressive amount of polish and had me engaged till the end. You guys killed it

tomssuli 2026-05-01 19:16

I got stuck but luckily there was the unstuck key! stuck_Clipboard_05-01-2026_01.jpg

Great game! I liked the realistic car mechanics and loved all the small details you've put into the car, like working windshield wipers, lights, handbrake, doors and everything! ...you even modeled seatbelts and survival stuff on the roof.

Even if there was no conflict, the mood really made the game. Rain, foggy windows and everything. Also. unbelievable size of map for a jam game!

Great and polished job of the whole team :sunglasses:

Insane work on the game, seeing a map this scale for a jam is crazy! The car driving felt really smooth, though I was fighting the controls a bit as the mouse holding felt inconsistent.

Liked the idea of hunting tapes, feels like this can be expanded where you have to do various mini-challenges to reach them, would make the spots feel more unique.

Amazing work!

Wow, and this is only in three days! Awesome.

juanrod707 2026-05-02 04:41

Budget Pacific Drive feels awesome. Amazig job getting all of this done in 3 days!

0kura018 2026-05-02 09:54

I really enjoyed the driving and the graphics, I didn't have enough training at the beginning, but I figured it out. Unfortunately, I couldn't refuel the car, the gas station just didn't respond to mouse clicks and delays(

tetracold 2026-05-03 21:43

Loved the atmosphere I can tell there was a lot of work put into capturing the specific mood and I also appreciated some of the realistic features given to the care for immersion!

hunting for the tapes is a nice idea the music kept me company while I was driving the lonely roads.

very relaxed gameplay tho if there is one thing I could say is that I wish there were some more engaging gameplay segments sprinkled through, maybe more complex tasks where you have to solve puzzles to offer a little more variety but it's not a big deal, I think the presentation it makes up for it.

scrapmetal 2026-05-04 03:24

WHAT. THE. CRAP. :open_mouth: :open_mouth: I don't even understand how this was possible.... hands down The winner of LD59 for me. :raised_hands:

I don't always feel compelled to finish LD games... but this one I was SO immersed right from the start. I wanted to see the end.

It's so freaking good. The immersion, the art, audio, vibe, mood, music, interactions... WOW. It took me a while at the start to figure out how to even start my car. But I kind of liked it. At first I was trying to put gas in, jump start it etc. Before I found the key. But it was a nice way to introduce the world and my car. I loved driving around. The mood and atmosphere was just incredible.

I'm so blown away by what you were able to accomplish. It's just astounding. I enjoyed it immensely from start to finish.

I didn't quite get the end completely, but that ending cutscene was EPIC. :open_mouth:

Also... how many banger audio tracks can you fit in ONE jam??? :scream:   :musical_note:

Overall, I give this 1000/100 She-Kitties. :smiley_cat: :star: :star: :star: :star: :star:

Great game! The style totally reminded me of Fast & Furious. As they say: 'Family is everything.' Keep up the good work!

Capture.PNG I couldn't find the source signal ;(

ljol3 2026-05-05 03:40

I wish either I knew way earlier that I did not need to check every nook and cranny for cassettes. That was a real fun and somber, in a mellow way, experience. I liked the detailed car control, the variety of cassettes to find, and the overall vibe of the setting.

ao-85 2026-05-07 01:35

Wow, and this is only in three days! Awesome.

jpat 2026-05-07 19:08

Wow!! Incredible stuff guys! I don't know how you managed to capture a post-apocalyptic atmosphere and mood like this. It was like something straight out of a movie and I loved every minute of it. Driving through the foggy mountains with the radio playing was so immersive, and the little details (windshield wipers, the cassettes, the easter eggs in the buildings) really sold the world.

The only thing missing was a dog. I would've loved a quiet companion riding shotgun through the wasteland.

Seriously impressive work for three days. Amazing job!

podrez 2026-05-07 23:58

Despite the problematic collision physics, you can actually see that a lot of work was put into Quality of Life features. In particular, the camera movement inside the car is noticeably done right. Very cool and atmospheric. And the music is great too. (I didn’t figure out how to insert the cassette, but something was playing on the radio). Thank you.

valb-soares 2026-05-08 00:37

Good game, congratulations to the team. It's not boring and you feel comfortable driving.

deadjolly 2026-05-08 14:11

Pretty wild how much you all got done in 72 hours. Kudos to the art team, that's a ton of assets. Don't think I didn't notice the wire switches in the trailers...Totally unnecessary but you did it anyways...respect! Game reminds me of Pacific Overdrive (haven't played) with the car kinda of being the player.

So many diagetic gameplay elements really help the immersion here. All the buttons and knobs to press in the car, wipers, headlights, stereo buttons, gas tank, hood, trunk opening all help sell the immersion factor. Also want to show out kudos to the level design and environment art. I love the amount of vertically in the cliffs and rocks, you even had a view vistas that were worth taking a moment to enjoy. The level mostly led me to the end without much difficulty, but I did manage to get the car stuck a few times. The variety was also pretty impressive, from the starting tunnel, to the forest, to the town, to the cliffsides, to the little tower locations...that really helped the exploration vibe.

Finally, wanted to shoutout the audio. Was always satisfying getting in and out of the car with the car door latching shut, all of the previously mentioned car elements had accompanying audio that elevated player feedback. And of course, the team has great taste in music. Was not expecting a Kavinsky cameo, but damn, that actually hit hard. Rain and ambient audio were tone-setters, for sure.

I spent 50mins playing the game (I spent time exploring). Crazy work for a weekend jam! Thanks for making this!

The atmosphere in the game is incredibly immersive. I was really impressed by the cohesive art style and how well the sound design builds tension throughout the experience. The gameplay mechanics feel polished and intuitive. Overall, this is a fantastic entry with a great level of polish and creative execution. Great job!

2026-05-08 18:12

Your game show as updated after the game jam. Why is that?
