Cool game, found the movement a bit too slidey, kept sliding down gaps at first. Good entry though, pretty similar to my take on the theme.

Cool game, found the movement a bit too slidey, kept sliding down gaps at first. Good entry though, pretty similar to my take on the theme.
Pretty fun to play, with the only problem being the slidey movement as @drunkardwolf mentioned
Totally not admitting that I fell off the world more often than actually getting killed. The recoil also killed me a few times. Definitely did not get to level 15. Nice job on getting 3D to work and building a first person shooter. The only issue is the movement control, it's like running on ice. Slowing it down slightly would help greatly with the gameplay. Great concept. The music fits the space mood of the game.
Pretty fun. I didn't mind the slippery movement that much I felt that it was pretty easy to overcome with how easy it was to jump over gaps and such.
WOW! Very interesting game :) I couldn't manage to control the movement at the beginning, but than I got used to this movement. Such an interesting idea with random generation of starting position) It adds a motivation to play more) Also the music is good
This was so much fun! I actually generally liked the controls - I don't know if the wall jumping was intentional, but it made it really fun to try and find shortcuts and do crazy saves. The randomized(?) levels were great, but I think having an indicator of where the flag is and being more generous with lives would help so that you have more of a chance to figure them out.
Very interesting style game. Always find Parkour hard in first person and It def didn't help I was using a track pad. But apart from that very clever game.
cool game. i have 2 problems: 1) The environment was kinda dark to see 2) This game is very addictive :) Besides these problems it was a very fun game Cheers !!
Yeah this was cool! Felt like it wanted to more parkour and fast-paced than a first-person shooter, but great music and mood to chill with.
It is actually fun, racing with the time to get to next level.
I wish the movement isn't that slippery, and sometimes it's difficult to see the hole on the floor. If not because of the movement, I would love to challenge myself to get to many levels as possible.
That procedurally generated map is also great, it feels fresh even though I restarted from level 1. But, sometimes I got a level that is pretty difficult to pass (the floor is too high to reach).
The gameplay is so smooth it's almost addicting! But some things I found very frustrating: - can't see the flag (add an arrow showing the direction or make the flag visible through walls) - too many holes in the map (maybe different level generation algorithm or make vertical and horizontal surfaces of different colors so you can see where the holes are)
I like the take on the theme with really short, easily digestible levels! Although the movement felt a bit too fast and I'd often lose a life running out of time trying to figure out where the flag was. I don't think I made it past level 5 in many attempts...although the fact I tried so many times means I was certainly enjoying myself, it's quite addictive!
Woooah it's hard! just like others, I was'nt able to see the end of the game. I just felt lucky when I made it to the fourth or fifth level.
The environment is nice, and the FPS gameplay is quite good and polished.
Love this game. Had a lot of fun playing it. I Loved the idea of risking losing a life for upgrading a weapon! Great job!
Was difficult but had fun playing. Liked the interpretation of the theme.
The big yellow stairs tower made me very angry. 5/5
very difficult and not every generated lvl has its difficulty in the right oder but very fun nonetheless!
The level generation here is generally fantastic. Every level felt beatable but there were a small percentage that felt misleading. My only complaint is that the colour that holes in the ground have is very similar to the colour that the floor can have, so sometimes I mistook a hole for solid ground. I thought wall jumping was a nice touch as it save me a couple times, but only when I had enough time left on the clock.
This is _really_ fun! I would love to see a more refined version of this game with a little more variety and a few tweaks. The game is a little slipper, and the camera turn rate was extremely slow. I wish I could change the camera sensitivity in-game. I'm not very good at it, I only got to 6 levels. But still, very fun game. I loved the little red triangle enemies. Very cute.
Really nice idea, level difficulty seems a bit too random, but I had fun!
A great concept and pretty fun, but there's two things that I think could make this game much better. Firstly an indicator as to what direction to go in order to reach the goal and less slidey movement. Not sure if you used unity to make this, but it feels like a classic GetAxis vs GetAxisRaw kinda movement.
The game idea is so cool. It was too difficult a game for me because of the speed and the slippage. It feels more like a first-person racing game to me rather than a parkour feels.
I felt myself torn between trying to shoot the enemies and trying to complete the levels in time meaning I was really drawn to replaying levels over again until I managed to get the hang of them! Great work on this game :)
Good procedural Level design overall, with some surprises like baiting the player in going forward while the easiest way is to bypass the "standard way" sometimes! I had loved a Still a great game, loved the physics by the way, even if it seems many had trouble with it.
Such addictive gameplay! I think you're on to something here.
the game is very addictive and I couldn't tear myself away from it, it would have helped me a lot if I had apson a little preview of the whole map before starting. Quite often, and especially later, it happened to me that I went in a certain direction and hoped that I would come across a flag. Because of the high walls, I had no idea if I was going the right way and it just happened somehow. I also regretted that when I finally got a better weapon I immediately lost it because I died. It was fun anyway
Great game! level generation kept it spicy and I liked how you managed to ramp up the difficulty as it went. I actually think the movement is a factor in the game's favor; it requires a greater level of mastery to slide your way around to victory while fighting a ticking clock. It was a lot of fun! BUT it did get frustrating having to start over so much. In my opinion more lives, or making it easier to renew them, would do the game a service. Kudos!
What a rush! This game definitely requires you to make full use of your 10 seconds and the upgrades are fun and force you make snap decisions. I had a hard time with terrain readability: What is a viable path, where are the edges of map, where is there a hole in the floor that feels like it is too small for me to fall into that is nearly invisible while charging down the path at break-neck speeds to reach the flag. The procedural generation was excellent for variety in the maps, and the game was insanely fun to play.
Couldn't clear many levels but was fun! My main issue was that frequently I would spawn and the flag wouldn't be visible at all and I couldn't do much intelligent besides hold W and hope for the best. The controls were actually kind of nice and quick and I can't help but wonder if maybe Counterstrike players can do weird things with it as well as the recoil but I kept sliding off the edges constantly.
Great game! Didn't manage to complete it. The level are a bit to random for my taste. It's really awesome to have the pressure to get to the flag while trying to find weapons, additionnal time, more lives. It would be nice to be able to plan the route a little bit, but it might be too overpowered. Also ... why are red triangle so angry against you ?? They even ambush you out of nowhere! Great entry, good job!
Cool take on the theme with smooth 1-st person running even in the browser. I think you made it slightly too hard with both a life counter and having to start over from level 1 every time.
Fun game and could felt the urgency too. Probably fell more times than i would like to admit :) I couldt complete it but felt good to at least get rid of some red triangle enemies.
I liked the background music which created a good mood for the game. I also liked that the levels were sometimes like little mazes. Controls were a little bit slippery but the game was fun anyway. Good job.
A very challenging game, and the level design is quite nice so I didn't get frustrated when I failed. But I think the speed of turning and the inertia of running are both too strong to operate, it's a little bit hard to control my character properly. And I believe you can delete the life limitation so players can challenge the game more easily. I believe if you polish the game more, it will be a good game that very suitable for speed running, good job!
Wow! que de mais Nice!
Enjoyed it a lot, but agree with other commenters that the controls were a little too "slidy" - would have liked to feel more precision for parkour, but hey, it's an issue I had with my first-person game for this jam too :)
The mood and the music were far more compelling than you would expect for the genre. Well done!
Loved the no ammo pushback mechanic. Made it to level 3
I had fun with this game! Some indication of where the flag is would be a nice touch, as I often ended up in dead ends. I also found that you couldn't see most of the holes in the terrain in time to avoid them when you're in such a hurry
➕ interesting graphics
➕ many levels
➖ moving too fast
➖complicated
➖ the ability to extend the time breaks the concept a bit
