What engines/APIs did you use? I love the graphics. Very slightly laggy on my Intel HD Graphics 630

This idea was thrown out when we were brainstorming. I'm really glad we didn't do it, because I can't really see how we would have competed with this. You guys nailed it!
You guy's could improve on making this game on different OS's, Otherwise it looks pretty good.
I really enjoyed playing this, golfer, shooter, zombie game :)
Really, really good! The final wave is possibly the most frustrating thing that's ever happened to me - but apparently in a good way since I persevered and finished it!
I laughed at the premise!!
Controls are a bit clunky, but very enjoyable overall.
This was surprisingly awesome! Hilarious doing doing swings with a shotgun while simultaneously keeping those pesky zombies away. Took quite a few tries to finish the last hole. As @GeraldFIngBurke said, you really nailed it!
Wow, I think this is my favorite entry so far, never knew I wanted a game like this before today. The execution could have been a bit better, the 2 last waves are way too hard compared to the ones before. But the main concept is really interesting. Would definitely buy a full version of this.
DUDE 5/5 in every aspect. You gave me a good laugh here at my office! My only tip is for you to keep developing this game! HAHAHA Add more gore, improve waves, give us more guns! Don't stop at this jam! This game needs to be a thing.
very nice! love the look and feel, nice sounds too, maybe a bit too loud. cool concept!
This was a great experience. The combination between the two genres were interesting, and adding in the explosive zombies made it quite a chaotic one late game.
@XxSuperDeathMasterXx Sorry about that -- we were too tired last night to get more than the Windows version up. I just put up downloads for MacOS and Linux. I wasn't able to test them, so please let us know if they work.
Really fun, an entire 18 hole course of this would be amazing!
wow i didn't expected such as good as it looks! good golf game with zombies :id:
Really nice game! Good feel on the shotgun too! Bit hard to aim, but I got the hang of it after a while.
That was waaay more fun that it should have been. Really nice work! The last one was really difficult!
It's exactly what it says on the tin and it's wonderful
brilliant idea, love the graphic. and I can't stop playing this game  this game is really fun. Love your work!
Funny that we went for such similar concepts, just switch the gun for grenades in my case, other than that - islands, water, zombies/enemies, golf, and all the rest =) And thank you(!) for implementing inverted Y axis. I liked the shotgun audio sound effect too - was that created from scratch or were some base samples used? Nice work :)
I randomly happened to play another guns n golf game just before this one. Yours was the better one!
It would have been nice to have more options against the zombies. I eventually got stuck on one of the multiple balls ways and had to give up.
A very good game, beautiful , and good concept. However i find this game a bit too hard
Quality game! Feels very polished given the time you spent on it :)
Overall just a super fun game, I ran into no problems!
Awesome game! I love golfing games and this was the best spin on it I have seen in this jam! I liked how the difficulty gradually ramped up and got to the right amount of challenging in the end. Maybe I would change the that shots are counted even if you are just shooting zombies. Right now it seems to be the best strategy to just focus on the ball(s). Thanks for making the hole so forgiving and not making me putt a million times with zombies around :D
Oh ! Another golf game like our ! Really like the way you make it ! A bit hard after you get 2 balls to shoot (I didn't pass wave 5, too difficult) but really fun and the explosive zombie was a great idea ! Even the physics of the ball works, but unfortunatly, it was a bit hard to know wich direction the ball will go between backward or upward, sometimes. Maybe it needed another visual hint to give this information ? Overall, it was cool !
Once the difficulty ramped up it started to get a little frustrating, but really fun over all!
Took me a while to work out what was going on - I shot 19 on the first wave :) A bit more variety would obviously be good (different holes, different 'clubs' etc), but for the time available I'm really impressed with it.
Fantastic game and a fantastic concept. That last wave is super hard. Haha. I loved pretty much everything about it, well done. :D
Man this is stupid in the best way. Kudo's
This is a great idea with excellent execution. Nice job!
This is a great start! I was doing pretty well (I think) up until the multiball waves.
If you decide to add more guns and maps this could become a really good game. I think that losing a ball should just reset it (maybe put it back in its last safe location) instead of resetting the entire wave, since that felt a little too punishing.
Great job!
@Dovakla Thanks for the feedback!
We thought about just resetting the ball to its last safe location, but that caused a problem -- in the multiball waves, the player could just focus on one ball at a time, leaving the other balls to get knocked around by the zombies with no real consequence. So then the challenge of the multiball waves was lost.
Maybe all of the balls could be reset back one shot instead (i.e. back to the spot they were putt in from if they're in the hole), but that feels a little fiddly to me.
Also, if we continue this project (and right now we intend to ), the early holes will likely be more forgiving (less water, etc.).
Very nice!
Glad there were only 6 waves, the sixth wave kicked my ass (I will beat it later tho). The graphics were simple but did the job, the audio was good, enjoyed the sound effects. It was hard enough to be tough but fun enough to keep playing! Congrats!
The title says it all and it's great! Needs more guns maybe?
I have played a lot of the golf games for this LD, and this is absolutely the best of them I have played. Well done.
Yeah!!!! Great concept. I loved the tension added by the zombie waves. My only suggestions would be to show where the ball might land (to help nail the core mechanic) and to make the helicopter able to "push" the ball when close up, helping nudge it here or there. Good stuff!
Good golf and good shooting! I made it to wave 6 but just couldn't beat it. I love that you decided to put multi-ball levels in the game, I laughed the first time I saw that! But it's really hard to keep track of all 3 balls at once, especially with all the zombies and other objects on the course. It might have been a bit easier if the balls were bigger, or if you had an arrow pointing at them at all times.
The helicopter is a smart idea. I like that it lets you fly around without having to worry about camera angles or being attacked by zombies. The zombies are also a cool way to add time pressure to the golfing, and I like that even when they explode they don't always completely mess you up. But the pink spheres can make it hard to see where your ball is, especially when there's multiple zombies piling up.
I do wish there were a few more golf courses. But the waves mechanic is a smart way to get around having to make lots of different levels. It's a great way to make the most out of the limited number of hours during a game jam.
Hahahahah yes! This is so funny! I think my only complaint is that if one of the two balls goes out of bounds, you have to restart with both, which was a bit frustrating. This is really fun though!
