Very pretty!

bach 2011-08-21 22:30

Thank you :)

cr 2011-08-22 11:33

Beautiful game. I'm stuck on the first level though, lol.

kavudx 2011-08-22 21:25

I felt like a brainiac after solving the tree puzzle...

Awesome game man, keep on deving this one!

Scalarr 2011-08-22 21:35

The particle effects and the ambient atmosphere created by the music and sfx are amazing! Great experience for such a short game. Cheers!

dave84 2011-08-22 21:48

Gorgeous. Plays really well. The audio and the graphics gel together really well.

asiekierka 2011-08-23 10:25

It's short, but made of epic winnage.

kinta 2011-08-23 11:06

Great entry, I really liked it. :)

kevglass 2011-08-23 12:07

Bizarre but totally engrossing. Lovely.

rawbits 2011-08-23 13:20

I really don't get this. Where is the puzzle? I don't want to spoiler this, but I didn't need to think even for a sec...
And also you don't know when is autopilot and when the controls are yours...no fun here.

dramble 2011-08-23 15:44

Quite the experience, puzzles hit just the right level of difficulty for me. Good job.

n0_named_guy 2011-08-23 18:42

What seems to be a beautiful game (seeing from the screen shots) doesn't run on Linux =(

skelethulu 2011-08-23 23:14

Charming art!

bach 2011-08-24 00:03

Thanks everyone for playing :)

@N0_Named_Guy: Unfortunately I couldn't test it on Linux :( I'm working on uploading an applet so that should hopefully work through your browser.

foobaz 2011-08-24 02:17

I had to download the source as well and run the jar from stilldreaming-desktop so it could get assets. But I still couldn't get it to work on Linux. Here's the error in case it helps you debug.

@foobaz: Thanks for that, I'm looking into it. Not sure why you had to get the assets from the source though, they're definitely included in the jar.

The source is a royal mess.. :P

bach 2011-08-24 08:53

@foobaz & @N0_Named_Guy - I uploaded a web version.. Hopefully It'll work on Linux :)

marudziik 2011-08-24 13:44

Really nice graphics and audio. Awesome, but too short! :) Knock, knock!

grimloom 2011-08-24 20:32

Love this one. Very pretty. I could definitely play a longer version :D

foobaz 2011-08-25 00:14

Thanks for putting up the applet. It works for me.

Nice game with nice graphics (although a bit short, but I'm not really complaining for LD). I didn't quite understand the ending (although I have a feeling there isn't that much to understand).

bach 2011-08-25 01:18

@foobaz: glad the applet worked. And yes there's not much to the ending, except it's an ending :) I ran out of time and needed to somehow finish it.

@marudziik: Yes!! Was waiting for someone to discover that one :)

@grimloom: Longer "full" version is in the plans. I had a design ready for 6 stages but just couldn't pull it off in 48hrs. Glad you enjoyed it.

syrup 2011-08-25 03:32

How creative!

matthias_zarzecki 2011-08-25 06:52

Neat puzzles. The graphic-style of pink + green is also quite impressive.

gimblll 2011-08-25 12:48

Great atmosphere. A bit short.

benjamin-soule 2011-08-26 23:41

beautiful game, the background ambient music is good !

d_m 2011-08-27 04:20

Fantastic game! Loved the audio/visual puzzles... the music and sounds were great and the graphics were beautiful. Really nice mood. I thought the ghost squids could have looked a tiny bit nicer, and more than 2 puzzles would have been fun, but still, great 48 hour puzzle game!

rudy 2011-08-27 13:38

Very nice atmosphere and presentation. Visuals are great, though I did not quite like the character design. Apple puzzle was a bit not too straight-froward because no feedback was given when I tried dropping just one apple near him. Too short though.

strd6 2011-08-27 17:20

Nice graphics and audio! The puzzles were just challenging enough for me to keep at it, though the game is pretty short.

summaky 2011-08-27 17:49

This game is as short as pretty. The music is really atmospheric and I loved the style. I wish you make a longer post-competition version.

cirrial 2011-08-28 09:36

Very nice ambience. The sounds add to it and I love the surreal dreamscape feeling of the game world. Such a shame it's so short. I'd like to see more of this in the future.

bach 2011-08-28 10:54

Wow, thanks for all the love people :) I'm already working on more content..

Meanwhile I polished a few things up and added an enhanced version. Cheers!

andrew-2 2011-08-28 19:03

Rather impressive visuals and sounds but the puzzles seemed more trial and error-ish than than anything.

arielsan 2011-08-28 19:37

Great game, I love the atmosphere of the game, the aesthetics and sounds effects.

aaronsnoswell 2011-08-29 00:22

Awesome! Love the feel created by the spooky music and dreamscape graphics! Reminds me soo much of beneath a steel sky.

Darkzombies 2011-08-31 06:23

Knock Knock.

LOL!

paulsb 2011-09-02 12:45

Well, this is a little bit beautiful, isn't it! Great visual and audio work. However I was totally stumped on that first puzzle until I chanced the solution, wasn't really obvious. But yeah, great entry!

winterblood 2011-09-11 22:06

Lovely art and music, impenetrable first puzzle. I couldn't get off the first screen :(

felipe-budinich 2011-09-12 22:00

I'm not really a fan of adventure games (I think i've said that very same line a few hundred times by now).

But your sound design is awesome, especially the stereo effects, and the art is top notch, congratulations!

bach 2011-09-13 02:57

Thanks everyone for playing and rating :)
