Controls were quite confusing, also how can I choose between the shield and the boost once I have both? Apart from that I enjoyed it as I'm a sucker for upgrades ;). Neat parallax effect, too!

Very cool idea and quite trippy, good work for such a short amount of time! I'd love to see this idea more fleshed out in a bigger game! Cheers.
Short and sweet (pun totally intended). I think some sound could add a lot to the experience and support the humorous idea. How about a two-player mode where one has to get the most treats?
Such a simple idea but beautiful execution. Felt pretty responsive and I liked the small detail with the door making a sound when you click it.
Cool music. Was positively surprised to see a day/night cycle in such an arcadey game. Would love to see it with more neon! A bit clunky and sometimes collectibles would disappear after killing an enemy, but overall fun experience.
I guess this is meant as a statement. In that regard, it's well executed. Super hard to beat the tank though.
Wow, this one is quite polished. Like the consistency of the style, sound effects are nice. Now I just need to get used to handling that bike!
Very cool and unexpected idea, needs a little polish though as I got stuck in a platform and there seem to be some smaller graphical glitches. Hope to see an updated version soon!
Good visuals and controlling the ship felt responsive. It would be nice if the borders of the game area were made more clear so that you don't keep crashing into invisible walls.
Simple but coherent visuals. Absolutely loved the music! Hearing that acid sound in combination with the classic yellow smiley, this could also be a game about 90s xtc consumption, haha.
The penultimate power fantasy. Loved the meta approach. Cool sound and petscii is the new shizz. I hoped that at some point my ship would fire so many projectiles it would crash my computer, but it didn't. What a disappointment. Just kidding. It's great. Peace out.
I see a lot of potential in this! While I didn't really understand the connection to the theme, the controls and mechanics are responsive and worked well. I can definitely see this as a solid base for a future project.
Impressive jam game! Cool grabbing mechanic and hilarious phone calls! Love all the small details in this.
Nice little time killer and finger muscle trainer ;) Good selection of midi-western tunes. While the idea of different game dynamics according to the amount of boxes is good and keeping things simple definitely is, too, I longed for a little more variation. Maybe some power-ups and different enemy types?
Cool idea and cute style. Liked the music and I think you should turn it up a little ;)
Cool idea with the traffic tickets obstructing the view. Hard to beat, but I guess that was the intention?
Fun little game, simple and classic gameplay. My only criticism is that on the WebGL version you can see beyond the boundaries and some feedback about the damage to the planet would be nice. I can imagine this being even better in the Android version, thanks for providing both!
Love the handma...eehh mouthmade sound effects! Is it possible though that you haven't updated your html5 version of the game? I didn't have the max food and longevity counter and couldn't go to the next level. :(
Impressive entry in terms of graphics and sound. I'm sure the gameplay is fun as well but unfortunately my game would always crash after around half a minute (I tried the fixed version). Hope there will be a fix soon, I'd love to play it properly!
Unique visual style and fitting music. Interesting spin on a classic game mechanic, definitely engaged me more as a player. Everything ran as smooth as butter. Some audio feedback when shooting would be nice though.
Classic shooter with some surprising variations. Loved the sound design as well!
The graphics are rather simple, but I like the music you chose as well as the interesting little changes you introduced to a classic style of game.
Reminded me of one these Wario Ware games. Some "drunk" effects after a while of playing would be cool!
Managed to play 22 concerts before succumbing to the demonic red-eyed fan horde ;) Cool sound and cute look! My only advice would be to have a little how-to for making it easier to pick it up.
Short, sweet and very cute! Great character design (you should totally make a plush toy of these!) and funny voices. I'd love to see you continuing this project.
Hey there, I tried to play your game but the itch link seems to be broken.
Agree with @finntastico, also it would be nice to be able to return to the menu and change the settings without restarting. Apart from that, nice to see a variation on the typing of the dead, cool idea with the upgrades.
@wakka2 you can shoot the blue platforms to reactivate them. thanks for the feedback, gonna make it a little clearer next update!
@sabuzri: thx or the feedback! Will put in an online leaderboard as soon as my new website goes up :) (need to store the stats somewhere)
@yishalee: thanks for playing! yes, you can see the current energy at the bottom of the screen. will make it more clearer once I have an idea how to improve it.
@bungalow you can! High replay value!
@gurkenlabs are you even a little sorry for playing this?
very responsive, cool surprising twist. some upgrades would be nice. my score was 88 ouch
