Router Runner by JustinMullin 2021-10-07T20:19:25Z

cute character, nice gameplay idea fitting the theme very well! I felt the controls were a bit clunky by the snapping and restricting movement within the connection areas. But one of the better games in the game for sure!

ALL PLANED by Sirkovitch 2021-10-07T19:26:56Z

Well thought out game, great sound and graphics. Very fun idea!

Shaky hex stax by stoffe 2021-10-07T19:46:46Z

Aesthetics and music kinda fit together, I really like the mechanic to remove tilting blocks to make it more forgiving. Well rounded game :)

ALCHEMY unsTABLE by kpded 2021-10-07T16:17:47Z

Great puzzle design, the grace period before the potion breaks while colliding with a wall is a really nice touch that gives the game a nice learning curve

Things We Left Behind by Cubanfrog 2021-10-07T20:12:38Z

relaxing and fun game, mechanics are well explained and the hovering over numbers to show which tiles affect this stat helped. Have to agree with others that the jam theme wasnt really caught within this game, but a nice game nonetheless!

Stars - Where they come from? by Tryus30 2021-10-07T20:32:04Z

shovelnight reinvented, kinda. Stunning graphics and a nice touch with the baby calming

Topplecrown by caeonosphere 2021-10-07T18:03:22Z

Puzzles got progressivly harder, loved the increased difficulty from easy to hard just by adding a new row. Great music and mood, well polished! Ai was on Point aswell, 3 hours well spent i would say ;) I had to battle with Ai enemies in my game aswell, can be really fun but also frustrating

The Nuclear Nightmare by Betamorfosis 2021-10-07T20:43:17Z

Theme well executed with fitting screen effects (can there be enough screenshake?!). Core mechanic fleshed out and built around. Maybe add the part about landing on your feet to the ingame tutorial, felt kind of random/unfair in the beginning

Unfairly Unstable Unfun Game by Alexthehuman2 2021-10-10T16:14:09Z

Definately feel the "unfair mario" vibes :p sometimes you get stuck when sliding down a wall and the controls kind of take away some fun (which might be intentional?). Nice touches with the main menu effects. Its pretty frustrating to play, so I would say - good job! :D

Drop vs Planties by Vivien Fargette 2021-10-10T14:16:49Z

It feels quite clunky to play and even glitched through a wall in liquid state so i had to restart. The solid and liquid state feel pretty pointless when you can just use steam form. Otherwise you get too close and it feels like the time to kill is identical for all 3 forms, so why not stay far away in steam form. The boss was the only remotely challenging enemy. This game needs quite a bit of ironing out of the core mechanics and giving more meaning to each state, but I can see this as a fun little game then :)

Etherlands by Ethernal Tech 2021-10-10T14:42:53Z

nice graphics and animation, missing some backgroundmusic.I wandered around enjoying the beautiful world. Until the game just crashed. I still had the Workbench UI open I think. Here is the error log:

Etherlands by Ethernal Tech 2021-10-10T14:59:04Z

started another round and it felt way better than the second time. But I got overwhelmed with all the stuff i could do/craft. Some more guidance would be great apart from the text based tutorial. Maybe some Milestone like hints e.g. "get some wood to fuel the rocket and craft basic tools", "get working on your home before nightfall so you dont get run over by slimes". With so much "endgame" material (manual quarry) you need a way to tell the player WHY they need it. I felt no incentive to keep playing.

For the future I would focus more on the early game to hook the player. But it was still a nice game to look at, so I would take a look at it again if it gets more refined! :)

Flat Earth Balancer by KreGames 2021-10-10T12:40:00Z

Overall it looks pretty good, soothing music but the easy gameplay put me off. You can place 2-3 buildings near the edge and still habe plenty of time to place buildings on the opposite side. So it was less about thinking where I could place the buildings strategically but more like "where is a big open space next to the road so I can just spam click and hope to place all buildings. With some QoL changes I can see this game beeing quite fun to play :)

Variable Volatility by Kimbsy 2021-10-07T20:01:39Z

Intro was really, liked to mood and tone of the game. Trief playing with one hand, then two hands with fingers on C and H and when ph level came into play my brain was overwhelmed with things to look at. Too hectic for me, but it was enjoyable :)

Snowbody's Mountain by WeAreDev 2021-10-07T16:49:01Z

Great art and music, have to agree with others that its pretty frustrating getting though most of the level just to get reset again. I got reset while standing a snowman width next to the firebarrel while my temperature was low, which added to the frustration. Overall a nice game, which might be a bit too tough/frustrating, so checkpoints would really help with the motivation to play through all the levels :)

Autobattler by CodSalmon 2021-10-12T17:35:24Z

It is fun to watch the battle, but I feel like there is no strategy needed since you also dont know what is waiting for you in the next round. I dont really know where the theme comes into play though. The basic autobattler implementation worked out pretty good, so well done on that aspect

U.R.A.N.I.U.M. by monninen 2021-10-05T15:49:51Z

Fun gameplay, multitasking stress, moody music, really good. Radioactive waste can be hard to spot if it spawns in the top left beneath the sun/moon, but thats something to worry about later

Unstabot by M01 2021-10-07T16:31:04Z

The FoV was too narrow for me, so I felt like I got too close to the enemies to dodge their attacks. Otherwise I agree with @alpharock6. Some visual about which weapon you have or get next and what its super attack does would be great in my opinion. At first i thought the ground was made up of maze-like walls, was confused when there was an enemy running straight at me.

Unstable Ship by Aidan and seb 2021-10-05T17:14:34Z

Very well executed, puzzles are clear to understand, sound guiding your attention, multitasking, nice to look at. Well done!

Star Drop by kantanloop 2021-10-09T14:30:01Z

Got frustrated with level 4, quit the game, read the comments here feeling the same but ending up beating the game. So I restarted the game to finish it! It was a nice experience, the music and art fit well together, pretty good puzzle design except for level 4. Sometimes two platforms would get triggered at the same time which felt really bad since I had to redo the whole setup (especially tedious when there is multiple moving connection points). Massive QoL changes would be: - Make sure only 1 platform can be triggered within .1 sec or so - make old connections persist on level restart so you dont have to redo them every time - auto reset would be great (the systems should be in place since you show the "R to reset" hint when the dropped building is stationary).

This game is in my personal top 10 for this Jam! Really well done :)

Vive la révolution by felixwentzel 2021-10-05T16:28:26Z

@stoffe Im glad you enjoyed it! As for the bug report, it might be because of a mechannic. The police fall back when one of the group gets decimated. But as more members respawn and fill the group back up they should advance back outwards (towards their position in the beginning). Maybe you killed the whol group and they could not respawn in time before you came in to capture the dome ;) I will look into it tho, thank you!

Vive la révolution by felixwentzel 2021-10-05T16:35:28Z

@betamorfosis Well, i dont know why i opted out of it aswell! we didnt make the music ourselves, thats why I opted out. Probly was too tired to notice my mistake. Thank you for bringing my attention to it and glad you felt enjoyed the game! :)

Vive la révolution by felixwentzel 2021-10-05T17:09:27Z

@rumor Thanks for the bug report, we will also take a look at that. Glad you enjoyed the game aswell :) Your strategy sounds like you got some experience with RTS games :D

Vive la révolution by felixwentzel 2021-10-07T20:50:06Z

@ceetjeuhh Ty for your feedback, glad you liked it :) We had planned to make molotovs damage over time and make police move away from the fire which would balance it, but real life crossed our plans there unfortunately. Definitely great points you mention, there is quite some potential in this game that we might explore!

Vive la révolution by felixwentzel 2021-10-10T20:09:01Z

@kantanloop Im very glad you liked the game! :) Since you and @malcolm touch on the same point: We made that decision to increase the chaos element during the fistfights. Looks like we overdone a little bit, but we will take your feedback into consideration if we develop this game further :)
