I like it a lot! The generation is really cool and you had so much scope for this game, Great job!

I'm always a sucker for this type of pixel style. I would say the game-play gets same-y after a while but I still really liked it!
Love the simple square particle style, it's cool to have all the characters represented that way. I would say the menu and UI is a bit plain, but it's a jam game so game-play comes first. Finally, The shooting felt a bit clunky, it would make sense if the projectile shot in a straight line to where you clicked but it follows your mouse slowly, but still fizzles out. Doesn't quite feel right.
@mailman The entire sword has a hit box, but the way it launches when you attack can be disorienting, that came up during play-testing.
Loved the Tentacle mechanic, it's a short sweet experience. Liked the stabilizer, though I didn't use it often. I would say it needs a bit of music and maybe a less grating shoot noise. But, aside from audio, great game!
Loved the graphics, the opening is really neat and the whole game had such a nice style to it. The slow attack was neat because of the extra strategy it adds. I do want to mention some of the boss noises were a bit loud compared to other sounds and the music
I found it a little too short but the story and graphics were so precious, Love it!
Always glad to see a story driven entry, but like the others have said the gameplay was lacking. Great job on nailing the theme too!
Pretty dang nifty! I like that each system had their own enemies and planets but i thought i was rotating around the planet at first until it moved away, so maybe clearer player moving feedback would help. Good job, keep up the good work!
I love the style so much!!! The gameplay was a bit confusing but then after I got it I was hooked, it was very challenging but the audio helped it all work together! Very Very good game!
The controls were very precise but the level design was brutal and downright player-hostle at points. I think a challenge can be good but sometimes it just felt unfair.
Took me a while, but I got it! Great entry
I am very bad at staring contests so I couldn't win ;v;. But dang that was tense!
I wasn't very good at it, but I loved the generation and graphic so much. The polish was off the charts! Amazing job!
@agentparsec every Orb is possible to get! None are Red herrings, just some are harder to find than others, which is probably may bad oops
@jacob-bernard Really? Just as a warning if you do, my code is very messy and inefficient (plus nothing is marked, bad habit I know) but I'd be more than happy if you learn something!
@satolas Thanks so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed it, and the mobile compatibility is purely the game-engine and native launcher, but I'm glad you were able to play it on your phone! (also audio is a bit busted on mobile in my experience so I hope it worked)
@benjamin It was intended that you can only get a max of 3, and I'm not sure what caused the two orb win. Thanks for playing and I'll look into that!
That was pretty dang cool, Liked the music loop take on the theme and health being tied to score like that is cool, keep up the good work!
Always nice to see PICO-8 stuff! I love the concept but I felt the timing was really strict, even when I thought I'd get it down (moved around 5 spaces no problem) it would just suddenly be off and i couldn't recover, I think adding a rhythm tracker similar to crypt would help out a lot
Such a cool and unique concept and take on the theme! The music and graphics were stellar and I love the atmosphere so much!
