This is so fun to play! And the character designs and the animations are just amazing. Best game I've seen so far during this jam I think.

SOOOOOOOOOO COOL! nice graphics, idea, mechanics!!
Itsa pizza time!!
It took a while to understand that the 'play' is a space button xd And I had to get used to the complexity of the mouse control, but eventually I figured out how to pass the levels, and it was fun to play your game! And I like your art! U did a great job ;3
🥰 it's so cute, the graphics and the sound effects are great! It's also very comfortable to play, the slipperiness and braking works immediately as you'd expect :)
This was pretty fun! Cute art style. Found moving around abit hard i kept crashing into everything lol. Overall a good game
this is absolutely lovely, there is a roller bar nearby my city, that has a similar vibe to this game ... well it just does not have bartenders delivering stuff on rollers, but has a roller arena of sorts
the movement was really really well made
I absolutely love the graphics on this and the music oh perfect mood
Oh brilliant, never been to a roller bar but this makes me want to go to one! Bugulon standards as always are high, and you have managed to meet them.
team bugulon number 1.
This is a great mechanic, very satisfying to master the movement.
...also 20 levels...
God is that difficult to play :D Well implemented but hard anyway (I'm lacking skill here)
On your side, just as usual: Great idea and superb graphics. Everything feels super polished, congrats to the whole team.
That was an awesome game to play. The art style is awesome, the game looks great, the music is awesome as well. I needed a while to get the hang of the controls, but even that wasn't enough for more than 1 star. Awesome stuff.
Man, this is a hard game - the roller skating physics are so unforgiving. Alternatively maybe it's a skill issue on my part or the fact I was playing on keyboard. Absolutely love the graphics and sound. Generally super polished entry. I also love that someone is credited with '1 idea'. The question is, what was that idea?!
This is so good! The gameplay is easy to understand, satisfying once mastered. I also really love the sound effects on food orders and when you pick up the plates. The level transition animations were also good. Perfect jam game!
Love this game. The skating mechanic is so fun and tricky. The art style is really awesome and the music is very catchy. I also thought the skate marks on the ground was really nice touch. Great work in every department
Suuuuper fun mechanic! Loved the character designs and animations as well! My only gripe would be with the need to stop to take, give orders, personally I was having the most fun when I was NOT stopping and just skating around at high speeds so it felt counter intuitive to ask the player to stop between orders instead of encouraging them to zigzag between tables. That sound design also was really cute, loved the voice.
Oh and the menu transitions as well. Very polished basically, here, have a 20th review :)
Awesome ! Loved it, such a polished game with great gameplay, it felt hard at the begining but when you get used to it it feels so good Great entry !
I never thought braking in a game could be so much fun. This is really well done. One of the most polished experiences out there. It'd be nice to have the camera lead so that the player could see further ahead especially when going up or down.
Very good graphics and gameplay i love it
Simple but effective concept! I love the simplicity of the gameplay and the graphics and audio are very unique. Good job!
A nice litte relaxing game. I do wish there more of a penalty at times for dropping food, but that goes against the entire point of the game and may even end up being kinda frustrating, so I'd say it does what it does very well.
Simply gorgeous. The riding mechanic felt a little hard at first, and because of it mastering it felt very satisfying. I loved the cute and unique art. There is really nothing bad I can say about this game. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
There isn't any quick restart button in the game.
In fact there isn't **any restart** at all. That's right, if you realized you wasted too much time for the 3 stars, you are forced to refresh the page. *For that, 1 star on EVERY category.*
Playing this with a controller was very nice. One of the best I've played so far. Great job.
Super lovely controls and fantastic visuals & music. Really can't find any complaints - super well done :)
Love the music
Im bad at the game, but it's soo fun and cute. GJ!
Wow, this was incredibly impressive. Felt like such a complete polished thought out game from top to bottom. Absolutely fantastic. 10/10
I need to know what Calvins idea was! (Incredible game btw)
Amazing game! Very beautiful art, very good audio and funny rats :) Felt a bit too hard, but I really liked it overall. Good job!
This is super cool! The concept is nice and simple to understand. The controls are a bit weird at first but when we start getting the hand of them it feels great. Congrats for your entry!
Seriously? You found the time to put different biomes in? Hahahah This is super cool! I had a lot of fun and I would probably like to buy a full release! Great job!
It's a good thing the customers were so tolerant, most people irl aren't too thrilled if I barrel into them. The keyboard controls were a tad difficult at first, but once I got the hang of them, the gameplay became rather addicting as I tried to improve further.
another absolute banger from team bugulon. immense admiration and envy for the amount of skill you guys put on display with each of your games. and for a 72 hour jam, no less! incredible. art is top-notch, so beautiful. i can't overstate how nice this looks (as for all your games). music and sounds are delightful. gameplay is wonderful, controls are solid and satisfying. everything is so well polished, it's perfect. because I like the game so much, my criticisms are going to be very nit-picky, i hope you don't mind too much!
- biggest gripe: no restart button. i spent a good half hour 3-starring every level before the levels got long enough and i got fed up being forced to follow through with the level anyway. a very simple fix that has nothing to do with the core aspects of the game - the game is way too far zoomed in, or visibility is an issue at least. the speed of movement with no look-ahead camera makes for an incredibly tiny window for reaction time when you're sightreading a level, or even just playing normally. i could see a case be made that memorizing the level layouts is part of the intended experience, but i found it more frustrating than satisfying. the visibility issue is exasperated by the fact that the game is displayed in a wide 16:9 ratio *and* is vertically squashed due to perspective, *and* the levels are predominantly vertically designed (as a consequence of the kitchen doors being horizontal, i imagine). smacking into walls became strictly an issue of memorization, not mechanical skill. - i think the "remaining orders" icon should be different from the customers' order icons, it often confused me to think there was an order i didnt take in the top-right of the screen somewhere
non-criticisms: - i didnt notice until a few levels in, but stopping the timer while in the kitchen is a great mechanic. slowing down in the kitchens was annoying under the assumption that the time kept ticking, but knowing it doesnt makes this whole part of the game work very well. slowing down here removes the expectation to perform well in this cramped space, and creates a nice pacing contrast between areas. - others have mentioned the slowing mechanic to detract from the fun of moving fast, i do agree that moving fast is the most fun part of the game to me, but i also really like the consequences of requiring you to stop in the table regions. this kind of system sets it apart from something like a basic racing game, in a way. it could be removed and still be fun, but i think it gives the game charm.
i have to say again, absolutely incredible entry. incredible game in general. one of a kind work, and you guys pull it off every time. cant wait to see what you all make next!
@torcado Thank you for liking our game and thank you for the great feedback! We are planning on fixing/expanding the game and this will be very precious! 😊
Thank you for this game, I love it.
The graphics and theme are great. It took me a little time to get used to the roller skate controls, but once it clicked I had a lot of fun skating around. Great Job everyone!
The visuals is WONDERFUL!!!! I absolutely love the feel of breaking after that acceleration, it feels so smooth and rewarding to drop off dishes after breaking! Also cute bouncy animations to every ui and characters, the audio and sound effects also work really well. Nothing but good to say about this game!!
I now know I that I shouldn't be on skates serving food, im going to stick to cooking it in the kitchen lol 5/5
OMGGGGGGGGGGGG this is such an adorable game and I aspire to be as cute as rollergirl! I'm already as clumsy as she is 🤣 Literally when I first heard about places where people on rollerskates brought food out, I knew this is what would happen if I worked there (and I got 1 star on most levels, soooooo...).
I also loved that there was no potential failure, so I could still explore all of the levels, even with my minimal number of stars 🤣 Y'all did amazingly well with this!
Incredible art and animation. The characters are so cute. Environments are eye candy. I adore the skate trails effect. UI is amazing. I love the menu. Wonderful music and sound effects. The game is so charming and super polished. The game is too hard. I got one star for every level except 1, 2, and 7. I think if you zoom the camera out just a little bit and center the skate girl on the screen from her feet instead of her body it will make it much easier. It's easier to go up than it is to go down. The collider edges were a little hard to tell sometimes. Some of the levels are very memorable but a lot of them blend together and don't feel very different. It would be really cool if you expanded this further with more environmental variables and other gameplay elements to make levels more memorable. Like you go faster on hard wood vs carpet. Indoor dining vs outdoor dining. Different foods effect you movement. Multiple floors with elevators or ramps/stairs. Launch pads. More enemy types. This game is so well done I don't know how you pulled it off but congrats. Terrific job! You should be very proud.
Overcooked-lite on roller skates. Absolutely no way it could have gone wrong. So much mayhem and haphazard braking. Top-notch polish for a game made in 72 hours. UI, art, music, sound, all of it was dripping with personality; great work!
Great game, Awesome art, fits the theme, and interesting controls.
Really well made and fun !
