I love these sorts of games - perhaps the graphics are a bit too chunky.
From an interface perspective I’d rather just click on the button to add it to the command list, and maybe have a delete button.

Got a bit confused at the start, but once I understood what’s going on, it’s rather good. I like it. It's simple but fun. Nice
I really like this automation-type games, its fun and really nice looking. I would suggest to keep the command pallet smaller, something like a 4x4 or so, to keep the puzzles from getting to much out of hand from people that may get a bit scare from the ideia of programming. Other than that, great stuff!
Very neat game. I love the automation and its somewhat open nature in puzzle games. The mechanics are presented in a very suitable manner. Well done!
A cool puzzle game, very fitting theme! As I used ChatGPT help for few things in my game AI theme is very relatable.
These sorts of games are really cool, the weak point it's maybe the graphic but you were alone to do the entire game, it's a big gg !
Level 8 had me stumped for a while, but managed to complete it with 8 instructions (10 if the pink modifiers count). My pride on as an engineer was on the line.
I don't consider the pico-8 style graphics all that much of a weakness myself. Only trouble I had was initially identifying which direction the combine was facing. I appreciated that it ran slow by default as it made debugging quite a bit easier.
Enjoyed the puzzle. The 2D grid is a fun way to arrange the program blocks. I solved the last puzzle with only the top row and three pinks, though it might have been foiled if there were any loop paths or middle areas to traverse.
The ultra low resolution pixel art works well. You could port this to basically anything!
Overall this is a very good game. With that said, I think that the graphics could be a little clearer. I also think that the game could benefit from some music. The puzzle design is quite good and the complexity rises well through the game.
Very impressive puzzle game. The tutorial feels necessary but at the same time you leave enough to figure out to make the player feel clever. Well done!
Nice I love the super low pixel style and amount of levels! Minor UX comment - having to select the command and then assign it, is a bit annoying because one click too many.
Really enjoyed this! The 5x5 pixel sprites are tough to design, so you did a great job with them! Maybe making them 8x8 or 12x12 would've made the game a little bit more readable. I also really liked the introduction of new mechanics each level. Great game!
Fun little puzzler! I want more levels lol, excellent game!
@epb9000 my solution for level 8 uses 5 instructions of which 3 have been pinked... good luck :D
This is a pretty fun little game. I really enjoyed it.
This is great, it was a cool surprise when i realized the pattern repeats in level 3. Very cool concpt
Very well made
Really challenging ! I'll admit i didn't find the solution for level 8 but i'll come back ! Nice work !
Great concept - Kept trying for 30 minutes before I had to give in! Even with @frib's hint, I couldn't get less than 8 pieces of grain left on stage 8. 6 and 7 were really fun too. Good job on this
Fun little game for programmers. Dropped after 6 levels, but still think it's a nice game with pretty good difficulty curve.
Really nice concept and execution, especially as a solo submission! I got to level 5 and got stuck, but my brain is just too tired after the jam, maybe I'll come back and finish it tomorrow 😁
i don't know if it's too late or if the difficulty curve is really well designed, but i've spent a lot of time trying to solve levels with a hole. the game itself feels really polished, and the fact that it is a compo game makes it even cooler!
Nice puzzle game. Very simple mechanics. It is easy to understand and you present the commands one by one. Very very good. I don't really dig the graphics, but they are good enough to understand what is going on.
Nice entry.
Probably the most unique entry I've come across. Really, really cool idea and I think you executed it really well!
great level design and difficulty curve. played couple of more levels then originally planned to, so kudos!
Wow that's really fun game, and the sound is great. 5/5 love it
I like these kind of games! Grey arrows were quite a bit confusing. Art style I found a bit hard to read, but it's probably the aesthetic you were going for. Sounds fit well and spacebar is a lifesaver addition. Great work for compo!
Really nice idea, I like how it extends more and more giving you more options to play around. Great work, thanks for adding a spacebar to speed it up!
Really nice, so simple to understand but the potential for lots of complex combinations. The art is pretty simple but nice to look at and its clear to see what is what and what the goal is, I'd love to see more of this it could be really interesting, good job :)
I love the concept, it's such a cool puzzle game! I could even see it being a nice way to introduce people to the concept of programming. My one complaint is that the art is so low-res that it was a little hard for me to read some of the rotation symbols or see what direction the harvester was facing. But the retro vibe is overall really nice
I love that concept of combining simple elements into a HUGE puzzle! By the way I've found the (i think) easiest way to solve stage 8. I'm excited to find such an easy way! :cat: [Edit] I looked through the posts and found that @frib has found this method much earlier than me. It seems that I'm still late haha! :D [Edit Again] In order not to spoil the puzzle, I decided to remove the screenshot. Sorry for that!
I really enjoy the puzzle. Btw when you introduce the pink tile to the game, the rule seems change totally. You can use really small number of commands to pass the final level, only one line then you can pass. It feels like the potential of this game is endless.
I had a lot of fun with this! It's amazing, we developed very similar games!
such a minimalistic yet cool and satisfying game! a game from coder to coders was definitely smart choice for a jam :D
