Hi! Lol, felt the urge to run with shift. Nice one, really cool graphics, sets the mood really well on your role. Thanks

Hi! Lol, felt the urge to run with shift. Nice one, really cool graphics, sets the mood really well on your role. Thanks
Liked the idea, good use of the theme. The UI did a great job of showing the progression of the meltdown and the evacuation. Ngl was pretty confused, but loved the overtop death camera shake :) Good job!
Haha, same like my predecessor - I was constantly trying to run with shift key  For me the animations could be a bit faster but maybe that was part of the design. I played it several times and it was fun. Congrats on your first LD game :tada:
You got me playing over and over again! The indicators were a bit confusing to me but I liked your take on theme and the mood is on point. Congrats on your first compo!
Nice implementation of the theme. The siren definitely made me feel the urgency
At first the movement felt really weird, but then I realized it was probably due to some radiation suit and the feeling of it just clicked.
Cool concept and good entry. Would be nice to have a way to invert y on the mouse.
Loved the mood. I too made a reactor themed game.
Nice game but it was a bit hard for even easy mode. We had same concept for the last jam.
Fun and intense game! I included it in my Ludum Dare compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/v0i3VE06y_Y
Sorry all, but I found a bug when my friend played this game, in slider panel you should hold the mouse untill slider is positioned on top/bottom/middle, if you release mouse too early it won't count as proper position :( I will release updated version after rating ends!
Loved the game, nice graphics and the puzzles where so cool :)
Nice use of the theme, this is a really interesting takes. As other says, I would have love to be able to run or move faster in such a urge. Nice little puzzles, it would make a nice full game in this universe.
Took me a while to figure out what was going on, but once I did, it is a cool concept! Definitely on theme, fun to rush around and balance the two danger bars while waiting on the evacuation one!
The sound and lighting really contribute to the atmosphere, great job on both of those!
@gummibot if its a bug like that, you are allowed to fix it and update it :) you're just not supposed to add anything new, but as far as bugs go, its pretty widely accepted to be okay to fix it during rating!
Anywho, I really liked the setup and the concept here. The little ring you walk around and play small minigames to fix/balance the reactor was a good gameplay loop! The art was also not bad at all, and i think you lit the environment really well, and the reactor had some cool effects going.
The music was a little distracting imo, but I very much enjoyed that you added in a sensitivity/volume slider! Thats some solid polish right there.
Some of the minigames were confusing at first. It took me 2-3 playthroughs to understand what to do - i think some more visual indication on the slider minigame would go a long way, since it only turns green once you release it.
Overally this was a really solid entry! Great work :)
@william-corrin wait, really?! I did not know that, thank you for letting me know!
You are very right, music making is one thing that I need to work on  That's why making this slider was a must.
Thanks very much for the insight, glad you liked it :)
@gummibot Yes!

No problem. Its your first LD, so I wanted to let you know that its allowed :) and thank you for making a cool game!
I like this one! Always wished that there were more minigame-style entries in prior LD. This is great. A little more UI feedback would be nice (unclear what my goal is for the minigames and what I can/can't interact with). But great job.
I did not understand how to do any of the puzzles except the first one lol. Great job on the aesthetics, though, and it worked well with the theme!
Really fun game! The trial and error puzzles worked well with the time constraints to make the game pretty intense, and I like the way you gave the player the three different meters to try and juggle. Once I understood what everything did I had a blast but for the first couple minutes I was pretty confused - I think a bit more of a tutorial would help a lot, but as I said I managed to figure it out anyways. Great job!
I like the minimal handholding for an experience like this. The games weren't intuitive at first, but you designed them in a way that I was quickly able to figure out what to do. After I figured out each game, I tried really hard to beat them as fast as I can, but I still encountered the same endgame. I suppose that is the theme coming through. The graphics, especially the giant reactor core, really helped sell the environment.
Good Idea ! But I don't know what should I do on first puzzle (I do others) with second light ^^'
This is great! It took a few tries but I finally got everyone evacuated. I really like the graphics style. It reminds me of quadrilateral cowboy. Nice job!
@theludovyc in this minigame only one out of two positions light up, you have to guess the second one (there is a pattern though, second one can't be close to the first one). But maybe I got this minigame made a little too hard :fire:. Didn't think straight with this little sleep
Cool game! I liked the graphics and the fact that puzzles weren't exactly the same on each play, so there was still some challenge. Since I had to repeat the game a few times, I wish there was a faster way to restart.
Nice game. Was able to beat it on easy mode. Figuring out the minigames wasn't too hard, just need to work on my speed.
figuring out the controls took me a while.
I love the idea of having multiple mini games to play.
The sci-fi vibe to it does make it interesting and makes me wanna try longer to see if something happens.
good concept to be evolved post jam
I converted this game into a VR game for fun, thanks for including the source!

I forked it on Github, so the source of this is out there, though I messed up some of the commit messages haha.
Well done!
This was pretty cool! I was able to solve all the puzzles a few times, I think I may have messed up the ending but it was a fun game! Thanks for bringing it by. highlight: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1451440143?t=04h28m23s
