This game looks great and I love the resource management. Great job!
Nice work! Really like the energy system - the generate energy button ensures I always have something to do and I like the upgrade progression. The art is great, too. Well done!!
Great job, enjoyed the game a lot. I did an asteroid themed game and I'm jealous of your asteroid art. I spent may a hour staring at Gimp willing an asteroid to appear.
This is the best one for me. Seemed really 'complete'. Wanted to play a bit more and 'only' won 6 times trying to get as powerful laser as possible to one-shot all the asteroids.
Great game, one of my top 3 so far for sure. Love the art, and had a lot of fun playing it. Single remark is maybe that the +20% upgrade seems worth a lot less than the x2 upgrades? Either way, loved it.
Very good! I like how the asteroid breaks, it keeps you alert and pressing the button for more energy.
Thanks all for your feedback!
@taffaz it's funny because my asteroid art is the thing I'm the least proud of in this game haha! @eaglev Fair point! to be honest I didn't have time to balance it as much as I wanted :(
Great game made from a unique twist on a established genre. I thought it fit the theme well and was nicely polished. I liked the ending as well.
Nice work! My clickin' finger is worn out from trying to find the optimal upgrade path. UI was very clear, music and SFX was good, and overall a very strategy clicker!
Really cool! The laser really feels stupidly overpowered against the remaining debris at the end, good work. And now for humanity to deal with a weapon that just blew up an earth-sized rock :D
Nice concept! A Clicker with an extra of tension
Lovely music, sound effects and graphics
Really cool! I really loved the art, definitely 10/10. The audio was nice and the experience was pretty solid overall. The letters unironically made me chuckle - so this is one the few games that made me laugh haha.
I don't wanna be that guy, but *technically* it was not inevitable because the asteroid could be destroyed and you could "win". Perhaps more asteroids could spawn afterwards with increasing difficulty. Screenshot 2022-04-04 183030.png
Nevertheless, it was a solid experience :D
This put me perfectly in the flow. I loved it. Having a tutorial upfront to explain things better would make it less jarring because I spent the first playthrough just figuring out what I was doing.
"We don't want to die instantly, we don't want to die slowly," make up your mind, people. Fun game. I was a little worried for a bit there, but I was able to turn things around.
Such a great take on a clicker! Gets really tense as the tine asteroid bits get really close to earth. I love the letter from the president, nice touch.
I'm in love with this artwork. Especially the earth and clouds, just chef's kiss. I didn't feel like there was a whole lot of strategy, I actually did best just spamming clicks and repeatedly buying the first thing I can afford, but I know how super complicated difficulty ramps are to maintain for these kinds of games, let alone in 48 hours. I would love to play a longer term game based on this, great job!
Loved this game, great mechanics and overall a great playable experience. Your first jam? Well done! :) Bonus points for scary face on the asteroid lol
I like the idle nature of this game. Would be a cool mobile release! Nice work!
Dear Castitatis,
You did a great job. I can't complain! It was a really great experience!

Reminds me of the Armageddon movie nice work and very fun <3
Pretty cool clicker game. The start felt a little bit hard, but if you clicked fast enough and upgraded fast enough, everything got better.
I would have made the button that you click for points bigger, as it was quite easy to miss it. Also, having upgrades closer to the button would have been nice, a lot of aiming that I had to do.
Other than that, satisfying game. Liked it!
Amazing job for your first jam game. Worked pretty well! Honestly, I feel like it could have been a bit more difficult/longer, but I know managing time and getting everything done early in jams is a difficult task. The main thing I would have wanted was more focus on the UX. An options menu, some way of lowering or muting the music.
Nice graphics, and interesting combination of clicker game and defence strategy game. I liked it, great job!
Ha! Love the ending.
Great clicker game! Wouldn't be complete without some carpel tunnel pain afterwards. Would love to see this expanded!
It felt like the passive energy gain wasn't doing much in the grand scheme of my rampant clicking.
Extremely good take on the clicker concept. For a genre that is mostly steeped in the stereotype that it is lazy to make or easy has been proven wrong by this one game. Great graphics. Great sound effects. Great game!
Wow this is really good! It's definitely better than my first jam. 😛
Great clicker! Ending was hilarious. Really good for first entry as well.
I did not expect to be this engaged with a clicker game. Loved the bad ending(s), being up against the clock made it a lot more engaging and active than most clicker games, and it was pretty funny too. The difficulty seems to ramp down as you progress, but it still kept me engaged. Really enjoyed playing this one.
I really like this one! The art and music was great. It's pretty easy to break the economy by just upgrading the passive energy generation until you're getting like 50k per second, then buy the laser and laser upgrades as fast as you can click them. The asteroid goes from no damage to blown up in like 2 seconds. I think having some small asteroids at the beginning forcing the player to buy the laser sooner would help with this. But it's also pretty spectacular to just delete the entire asteroid immediately
Very interesting take on a clicker game.
The fact that there's an impending doom really changes the game from "I'm just idly cliking to unlock stuff" to actually feel like a challenge.
Good difficulty the gameplay is simple and reminds of a clicker. We find rather well the theme of the game jam even if the game has an end.
It looks great, it's fun to play and addicting, well done! If you invest in the right order you can obliterate the asteroid in no time, but it takes a couple of playthroughs to understand. I wish there were more asteroids and that you would slowly get overwhelmed instead of winning, which would fit the theme even better. Nice job!
Very nice take on the incremental clicking genre. I like that there's an end though it doesn't fit well with the theme as much. Graphics and audio are fantastic. It is quite easy to cheese simply by spamming eco upgrades and then laser ones. It could have perhaps been balanced a bit better so you have to spend on lasers earlier. Very good though!
The game is kinda easy if you just buy passive energy upgrades until you have ridiculous amounts of money, but the graphics look nice (especially the explosions and the destruction of the asteroid) and the sound effects are awesome.
Really really nice game! Who doesn't love a good clicker :D Really well executed. Loved the plot twist at the end! I for one actually thought the balance was quite good, so that it is winnable on the first playthrough. But after the first asteroid I was kind of expecting another bigger one. That would have been a good low-effort way of making the game go on longer!
