The best I have played at the moment! Nice style!
Amazing! I really enjoyed it!!
Very nice pacing, love how mechanics and obstacles are introduced! I hit a bug on level 5 where my character was above the screen, I almost completed the level blind but died around the end :D
Well done my dude! That's a really nice game :) And really hard tho! Good luck for us <3
Simple but efficient, put an infinite mode with a score and i'll play this game all day ! Congratulations i have the same bug as @bqq , I can't play level 5 as the character spawns above the screen
This is really really cool. I like the soundeffect of sliding down the walls, the dash starting level 2 is really sleek, and overall its a very smooth experience.
Fun game! Very challenging, I feel like part of the challenge is the overcomplicated controls. Maybe it's a design choice, but I feel like dashing doesn't need to use the same key as jumping (I ended up never using the jump again once I got the dash because I kept confusing the two actions), nor does it need to be a 2key action, one button to dash to the opposite wall would be less frustrating.
The art is nice. Level 5 is indeed bugged but is still winnable by the way. (it's the last level anyway, for anyone wondering)
Really well done. A lot of juice in this game which makes moving around feel really good. The sounds are great. I wish the music had a more energetic tone then I would really feel like I was a badass roping down some cave.
The artwork is great. Really good readability on the screen. I love the innovation and the variety of obstacles. I think it was just about the perfect amount of variety for the amount of levels. The movement felt nice too.
One minor thing like another person before has said, once I got the dash I hardly ever used the jump mechanic. I would just dash to the other side almost every time. And when I did want to jump I always confused myself and ended up getting hurt. And maybe all it would take is changing the keybinding.
Overall, if there were more levels I'd still be playing it :). I didn't see any bugs for level 5 on my end since I was able to beat it. Maybe I missed it but every thing seemed to play well! Great work, very nice game, and cheers!
Loved this game :D The mechanic felt nice to me because it felt reactive/tight and I gradually got better at it the more I played! The graphics, audio and level design was clutch too! Good stuff :)
Thought this was really good, love a game with a simple mechanic that takes a while to master! Only feedback I have is that I found the game a bit small, probably just my eyesight though! Thought the atmosphere and music of the game was really nice too, very immersive.
Love this! The art especially is awesome, the rope and damage effects being some VFX highlights too. I really adore the atmosphere you have going too - though I wish you committed a little harder to the mysterious tone, because a moody sense of wonder and mystery clashes a bit with constant **"HMPH HAAAAAH"** ahah
Also, I wish it was a little more fluid. The amount of times I would take damage just because I jumped or dashed before I could see an obstacle I was going to land into... If I could just dash from a jump, or perhaps change the direction of my dash after clearing half the screen or something, I think the challenge would be a bit more palatable.
That might just be me though. I don't want to seem too negative, I ADORE this game!
Very nice. I like that going to the other wall is a risky move, as the controls for it aren't a simple button press.
Feels like a "special move"
Whoa, it really takes a while to wrap your head around this unusual jumping mechanic. It's a really unique experience unlike any other vertical platformer or line runner!
I really like the graphics and the ambient music. To me, the Dash and the voice were a bit over the top or at least clashing with the rest of the style.
I really, really like your game though! Well done!
Nice game! Graphics is so cool, very polished. Little to hard for me. I would like the camera to be higher. Sometimes it's too hard to react.
I think the difficulty curve could be tweaked a bit. The first level was almost the hardest, the dash made it a lot easier to play and the enemies didn't really add much of a challenge, but they were really cool to kill. Overall I had fun playing this.
Awesome game! Great graphics and mechanic. Loved the rope physics, added a lot of flavor!
I need more T_T
I enjoyed the buildup of mechanics, it provided the extra challenge that kept me engaged. Art is great and overall a great game.
Nice work, really simple concept but very well done.
Really enjoyed this game, I wish it had more levels
I had a lot of fun. I like the art and the concept.
Awesome little game. Well done.
Well done. Everything fits together nicely, graphics, music, controls... It was fun to play, even if I find it was quite hard.
Please move the camera up so you have more time to react
I like what I see. The visual style is very nice, the mechanics seem responsive and juicy...
BUT
viewport2.png
The viewport is so far down that I can't see what's coming, and all the screen space above is pretty much wasted. The problem is present in both the web version, and the downloaded exe file. I assume this is an unintended bug, since your GIF looks like the player is mid-screen.
I skipped rating a couple categories till you can get it fixed. You're welcome to @ me later I'll be happy to check it out again.
@ismael-rodriguez the player can move up and down within the bounds of the camera. We know it is not very obvious you can move.
Amazing game! Fluid and fun gameplay with great graphics and style!
For future changes I would suggest having popups telling the player that they can move up and down as well (in-game that is). I know the info is on the game page, but it's nice to have in-game as well to make it less easy to miss!
Apart from that, perhaps that the rope would look better if it follows the pixel-grid, to make the art more consistent.
Great work! I hope I will see this game again further on with even more polish!
Super Fun. This is exactly the kind of game I’m terrible at, but I was able to pick it up and have a great time with it. The mechanic is simple but allows for a lot of variation when combined with the level design. It was hard but not too hard. The art is great. The controls are tight. No Bugs. Wonderful Game. Thank you so much for bringing this by my stream. Here's a link to the VOD: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1004825468?t=1h26m52s
Yikes, not sure how I didn't try to move up lol. That said, it should probably start you off at the top or the middle, and explain being able to move up and down.
Very good game. I like the juice, everything feels good. I like the derpy looking character design. I'm terrible at it, I died a bunch, but managed to make it to....

Thanks for submitting! I hope my in-stream feedback was helpful!
Ow, this is good. You probably already know this by now, but this can do real good in mobile. Go forward with it. I like the rope twiste for sure. The art reminded me of Downwell.
Cool physics and pixel graphics! Effects look juicy and catchy. Pretty fun to play.
Some remarks: 1. Red crystal wall sections look safer than white one wall sections, especially on the first level. Expectation: red crystal wall sections look sharper, like spikes in following levels, to inform about danger they carry. 2. Sometimes you get hurt but visually looks like you are far enough of red crystal wall sections. Sometimes vice versa: you go through red crystal blocks. Expectation: you get hurt always and only when you visually touch red crystals.
Good job!
Just finished the game, I really liked the clean style and the juicy effects, the horizontal screen shake, the particles, the dash clones everything was on point, the only effect that felt off was the time freeze when hitting the enemies, it felt a little bit too long, maybe a smaller duration and some camera zoom would help.
I had a small issue where the character went off screen on top, and also one time the character went of the side it happened on flipped L corner and i think i re-dashed right.
Overall it was a really nice experience, well done!
This was rather nice and fun. The difficulty was rather balanced well from start to finish ( I died in that 5th level a lot lol ). Graphics were nice and simple along with the audio. It was fun and rather challenging. I liked how the levels mixed up needing to jump and to dash to the opposite side. My only complaint is that I feel that there could of been a little more space between spikes or that the spikes in general could have been a little more forgiving. None the less, a rather nice entry
