I like the animation style! Awesome game, keep up the good work.
Can you bundle the libhl.dll? I can't run the game because it is missing :(
see `https://github.com/HaxeFoundation/hashlink/wiki/Distribution-&--Packaging` (not clickable because the & messes up the url)
@KayZ Thank you sir! It's the first time I package an .exe for HL and I was too tired to test it on an other computer when I finished the jam. The package is now complete, and don't need a .bat either. Thank you again ;).
Great ideas here! I never thought that mixing a golf game and a stealth game could make something so fun (and hard). Too bad you didn't implement any sound.
@Yanek Thanks! Yep, I didn't take time too experiment how to implement sound with my techno. It's been two jams I've done without sound, but the next, there'll be some!
Thanks :). I did play it now and finished it with 67 shots. The level in the screenshot felt like the hardest one. Altogether it was quite hard and sometimes even frustrating but good enough to keep me playing :). Good work!
@KayZ Yeah, level design is definitively a domain I need to work. I found the level 5 and 7 more interesting than the others (more infiltration/exploration). Thanks you again!
Really cool! Interesing mechanics. I'm not sure I like the way you can't completely control the force, and it would be really nice to have some sort of indicator for direction and bounces, if you wanted to make this into a bigger game. I got stuck for quite some time in level 3 but finally managed to stop bonking on corners. Really like it! Music truly would have been great! Also the detail fo the ball being a guinea pig is priceless. Art works great but could be more stylistic, like have a more cohesive palette and such. Great game!
Amazing idea! Theme 5/5
I have the missing "openal.hdll" thing, how do I fix that?
@Raindrinker Thanks for your feedback, buddy! Yeah, I need to work on color palette :).
@SelfTitled Hey! Did you download the last .zip I did this morning on itch.io? Normally, the hdll is inside :).
@tipyx Yeah, the file is there, it just doesn't find it. I'm on Windows 10 if that helps.
@SelfTitled Mmmmmh... did you unzip the downloaded file before launching the .exe? I know that Windows open directly .zip in it file explorer without unzip them.
@tipyx yeah, unblocked, disabled virus-protection :( looks like a fun game
@SelfTitled Such a shame... Sorry! You miss the GOTY 2018 (spoiler : no).
If anybody in comments have an idea, don't hesitate to share... :(
I had the same problem with OpenAl.dll but was able to get it working by installing OpenAL 1.1 installer from here: https://www.openal.org/downloads/ (make sure to extract it so you can run the installer as admin).
Game was fun like a mix of golf and a stealth game :D
Oh, ok! Thanks you for your feedbacks @sirikan :)
Simple but fun. Well made and the idea is really cool and original. I loved the cute hamst...cough... I mean guinea pig :)
This is a pretty unique concept that is well executed. Theming your golf game as a hamster in a ball is a very cute and clever idea. The physics felt good and the level design created lot of varied scenarios. The visuals were also top notch and did a good job of communicating the gameplay. I had a great time playing through this entry. Nice work!
Nice game idea!
Nice game, and very original! The guinea pig idea is very fitting too! Great use of the theme. :D
Managed to get it working after downloading OpenAL. Really liked the game. It's simple and easy to understand and the graphics are cute.
Wow, this game was funny and the art it's alright good job
Quite nice little game you have here. Difficult but interesting. There is no sounds however, I don't know if it is normal? By the way bravo. Nice entry :)
@Corbak Thank you! Yep, there is actually no sound in the game, unfortunately.
Very nice, quite enjoyable. Only fault is that sometimes you bounce backwards like when you hit the corner of two walls - except you hit a flat wall. I imagine this is due to having two wall "pieces" there, but it looks like one flat wall.
@Seanharrs Yep, I notice that two, it's a little bit annoying. I guess I'll need to polish my physic engine :). BTW thank you!
Hi, I feel like you've got an interesting idea gameplay idea here! You should definitely keep working on it! Physics feels good and both stealth and mini golf controls intertwined should lead to a lot of interesting puzzly levels!
29 shots! What a nice little game! :D
Your game is realy good and clean =D. Good works !
/*It's me ore hitboxs are more permissive on 'field of view' compared to enemis body ?*/
@Kaiomoi A little, to avoid frustration :)
Thanks for this but for me no I have frustration by enemi's body. =D
Awesome design, fits to theme, simple sexy graphics. 73 shots to complete, Challenging!!!
I love this game. 64 shots for me. I think you have a problem with your screen culling though. I could see the enemies when I maximized the window, but I couldn't see the map. Great job!
@Skosnowich But, but... YOU CHEATED! Just kidding, thank for the feedback, I add this in my to-do list. Thank you \o/
@tipyx Hehe, actually I didn't use it. :D
Hey @tipyx Amazing work on your golf x stealth game! It's crazy how we followed the same theme, but our games ended up so different! You can try out Putt-Kill here https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/putt-kill
I really liked your art style and the hamster is funny. It's hard with the power bar style control, because of the waiting. When you know you're about to be discovered, it's difficult to make a snap decision to escape when you have to wait the .5 second for the power bar to charge.
Awesome work, how can I stay in touch for the rest of the development? Are you turning this into a full game?
Add music and sound, some other quality of life improvements and there would be no reason you couldn't sell this game on Steam! This is now my favorite game of the jam! I completed it in 64 shots. Beautiful use of theme. Every time I got caught I kept hearing the alert from MGS and I would say "hamster, hamster, Haaaaamster" it never got old.
Very fun game, lots of good polish on small details :) Well done!
@JezPez Hey, thanks, first of all! And you can (follow the project on itch.io)[https://tipyx.itch.io/flgp-ld41] if you want to follow the progress of this project :).
@KunoNoOni Ah ah, on Steam, really? :D. Anyway, thank you for playing (and rating) it!
@deepnight Thanks buddy :D. Didn't take the time to test yours yet!
Cute and fun game. Stealth + gold is something new for this jam. Good job!
This was 54 shots of fun! Great concept, great graphics! Just add some levels (and / or a level editor) and this could be hours of gameplay :) Well done!
I'm just going to confirm what many others said before. This is 5/5 game theme-wise.
Nice concept :) I raged a lot  59 shots to reach the end. I think dizzy -time should be relative to the power used to throw the ball.

Ooh, I wish it was a WebGL or Mac build :)
This is amazing! I love the pixel art style same style we did for our game. Only thing was there was no music or sounds I don't know if that was a bug or not.
Very refreshing and really great idea. Love it all the way and will have to play that agin, or if you'll have any expansion, count me in ;) The only thing I would add is some music or sounds at general. But I get that there is not much time to include everything during one run. Keep the great work! Your game is among top 3 so far! THanks
Challenging game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 41 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NizAskJCoRk
Good job! Cool game!
I left my rating of your game, if you can leave your feedback in our game, Witch's Escape.
I hope you continue with the project.

Oof, this one's really tough! It's a cool concept, but it could definitely use a softer introduction.
I feel like the mechanic for choosing the power of your shots is a little too punishing. I think either making shorter shots have a shorter stun time, or making it so you have full control over power by making it based on mouse distance from the guinea pig could make it feel a bit more fair.
I was going to say it would have been improved by audio, but looks like I also ran into the issue where audio didn't play.
Great entry!
