I really really enjoyed this gameplay mechanic! And I loved the choice of spells.. no I loved all of the choices that the player can make. Great job!!

tides 2016-04-18 11:23

Really impressive idea of combining dices and roguelite game, gratz with your entry!

burgerdare 2016-04-18 20:07

a neat idea! I've always found games about rotating dice like this to be interesting, if not a little bit overwhelming at times. I think you did a nice job of communicating a lot of crucial information to the player, though, so that it's easy enough to make informed decisions about where to move next.

mintarcade 2016-04-18 20:12

Really cool game. Good theme implementation!

sftrabbit 2016-04-18 20:14

Great idea with the dice. I feel like there are some interesting mechanics you could make out of that. However, as it is, it was quite easy because you only ever have to care about the current move and it's a simple "Should I move there or shouldn't I?", which is immediately obvious from the numbers shown. Nice work with the music.

monkeybit29 2016-04-18 20:33

This was a super cool idea accompanied by appropriate graphics and music. Great job!

pusty 2016-04-18 20:59

Really neat idea! I didn't really get how I can see if I my number is higher than the enemies when myself and the enemy wanted to go to the same field.

trickman 2016-04-19 02:30

Hey, this is pretty original! Good game and nice mechanics. Loved the graphics and the retro interface, too.

PS: The tutorial bugs the game and brings me back to the tutorial every time I press "Start".

ayewyn 2016-04-19 02:31

Love this take on the dungeon crawl. Hope to see this developed further.

notruespaceman 2016-04-19 02:37

Neat mechanic! I had fun. The music was a little too much with no SFX to add variety.

superizzo 2016-04-19 12:27

Excellent. A really great idea. I love it.

testzero 2016-04-19 12:32

Awesome take on the dungeon-crawler genre. I'd love to see this made into something bigger.

edgeofcode 2016-04-19 12:53

Interesting concept!

reallysketchypen 2016-04-19 17:30

The game glitched on the menu the first time I tried to play it, but otherwise, the idea is really cool an I like the art work. It would be very cool if there were more kinds of enemies that did different things. Great job!

hpearson2 2016-04-20 14:30

Nice little fun game. Slight glitch when the player and enemy can move into the same square the numbers overlap on that tile.

lereveur 2016-04-20 20:33

I like this new fighting system ! It's challenging and make player to choose wise each movement. And this relaxing music helps a lot. Well done. :)

qu2 2016-04-20 22:27

I like this, but it could do with more challenge. All you need to to do is back up until you'd win the encounter. Very original though.

usonchen 2016-04-20 23:25

Tactical and interesting mechanic.

giordanno92 2016-04-21 02:34

Interesting concept. Could have used a little more variation, but it's interesting. I think I last quite long before I died, haha, but that's fine, I guess. And even though there's a lack of sound effects, I appreciated your effort into putting live music onto the game, I know it's not easy to do so (I was thinking of putting a live guitar on mine...). Good job and keep experimenting!

2016-04-21 13:38

A cool idea.Thinking while each step.

grayhaze 2016-04-22 10:13

A really novel idea which I haven't seen done before, despite the huge number of roguelikes out there. The graphics and audio were perfect, although the strange perspective took some getting used to. I didn't feel that it fit the theme completely, but that didn't take away from my enjoyment of the game. I liked the thought that had gone into displaying which number would show in each surrounding square, as that was my main worry when reading the description. Really well done! :)

ployer 2016-04-22 12:43

very cool, very unique. well done

eduardogacn 2016-04-23 02:18

wow , this game is Amazing. Good Job :p

hungare 2016-04-24 04:38

It is a very interesting and cool idea! I like how you combined maze elements and Stratego like combat elements into one, and it's very fun. The art and animation is great too!

kunonooni 2016-04-24 05:51

What an interesting game with a cool mechanic. Music was awesome too!

themightyteam 2016-04-26 19:53

Liked the idea quite a lot!

I would add more variety of enemies and some power ups to increase the complexity of the strategy.

It is a good idea for LD and well executed!. Well done!

lumscum 2016-04-30 02:40

gameplay mechanic was cool!

ainoraz 2016-04-30 14:25

Really clever game! There's a little bug with the UI overlaying on one another in the possible move points but other then that this game is fantastic! Good job!

deltaf1 2016-04-30 22:03

Really innovative approach to the theme :) It was fun to play, and a really neat mechanic that I've never seen before.

rhastapunk 2016-05-02 16:14

Original idea. OMG I LOVE DICE!

snowyowl 2016-05-02 19:10

Very clever! I like how the monsters don't have the traditional 1-6 dice patterns. It was a bit easy once I figured out the combat - when in doubt, rolling back and forth between my 6 and 5 sides seemed to work every time.

Nice work on the level generation! I couldn't find the edge - is the world infinite? A full-fledged roguelike is impressive work for 48 hours, well done!

nppro93 2016-05-03 05:15

One of the most original games I've played! A concept that I have never seen before; definitely worth expanding on I think. Only real critique is it would've been nice to move a bit faster for when enemies are all the way on the other side of the map.

oddballdave 2016-05-04 22:25

I really like the idea of this one. I really wanted more variety. I'd play a more fleshed out version of this.

Good stuff.

satyre 2016-05-05 14:43

Love it. Great concept :)

pixelpotions 2016-05-05 16:17

What a smart game! Really one of the entries I liked the most, easily!
I could never imagine a so terrific aplication of this theme, plus the cool graphics and music and sfx! Congratulations a lot!
