Generic Adventure Game by Jezzamon 2014-04-28T03:30:00
Really great, feels fleshed out and lengthy. I also like the different gameplay mechanics, being defensive instead of offensive. Like other people, couldn't figure out boss though.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → Users → superzac

A fun minesweeper-like variation. I really like the metal detector mechanic. Gets a little boring, but it is very rewarding when you get one quickly without having to hunt around too much.
I like the variety of fish and things they do. Also, I like the underwater sound effect, it really conveys the underwater feeling. Control scheme feels like it could have been fleshed out a bit better. Also, I laughed when the fish said "Aaaah!"
Very fun gameplay, very addictive and engaging. I would have just kept going except I came to a part that was impossible to get by :(
Graphics are great and controls are solid
The first Scratch submission I've seen. Like they said, not shared.
Like a better version of Flappy-Whatever. I couldn't get higher than 2, but I really liked doing a loop-the-loop underwater to aim better or doing a backflip :)
Slow to start, but the fish is surprisingly maneuverable. I had some fun races to grab a bit of food before it hit the ground, and I was able to pull it off while dodging bubbles. Graphics are rough but solid gameplay.
Absolutely lovely art, this is the kind of pixel art everyone should make, instead of the monotone stuff we usually see. Game is short, but I see a lot of potential for perhaps a post-Ludum roguelike of epic proportions.
Very feature rich, and fun once you get the hang of it. Got the chance to play with BruceDoh, so I know the multiplayer works perfectly. My only gripe is that at first the different units look too similar. Impressive!@
Art style is super solid and polished for what it's supposed to be. Overall the puzzle mechanics are great, a bit sketchy (pun not intended but not bad anyway) in a few places but they work well regardless.
Fun gameplay, it would be cool if you added a multiplayer mode. I laughed when I accidentally killed the anti fracking protester.
Fun little game, controls are a bit sketchy in some places but overall decent.
Good mechanic controls are solid, but the water is really fast!
It got me to laugh out loud, really great humor. If you adapt this into a longer game later I would actually love to play it.
Really liked some of the creature designs
Very impressive you wrote/composed/recorded such a decent song in 48 hours. There isn't much to do, but I like how it involves the player in the music.
Once I grasped the mechanics, I thought it was a cool idea. It just seems really hard, also I couldn't seem to break the grey stone.
Interesting mechanic. It's a bit confusing, but once you figure it out it's interesting.
Interesting, I like the crafting system because it doesn't follow the same pattern as [every other game with crafting].
Almost expected it to ask me for another quarter when I died. Good job with the arcadey feel. I wish there was a custom cursor though, because my cursors are black and it really upped the difficulty. Good job!
I love the way the sound you make when you move almost makes a beat. Very difficult game, but a cool idea.
Firstly I like that you used holidays as your worlds to connect, instead of planets. I like the game, especially because the visuals are relatively unique.
Impressive for 48 hours, the controls are a bit stiff but they seem solid. I had fun. I especially like that you included a leaderboard, very cool
Pretty good, I feel like the player mechanic thing has been done before but not in this way, so good on you for that! I really liked it.
I could see really enjoying a full version of this, especially if it was a procedural roguelike style, like FTL or something.
