Great arcade game! Keep up the awesome work!
An absolutely superbly made game! Iâm genuinely at a loss for anything negative to sayâeverything about it is just delightful!
The screenshots of the game look really interesting, but unfortunately, the world didnât load for me, so I could only see the GUI with everything else remaining black.

ok disabling post processing works and now the world is rendered but this setting is reseted in every new screen and I must disable it again.
very good job!
Thank you for this wonderfully cozy baking simulator! The animations are absolutely delightful and add so much charm to the experience. I couldnât get enough of them! :)
This is an absolutely adorable little 'Candy Crush'-like ordering game! The charm and fun really shine through. Keep up the fantastic work! :)
You had me hooked the moment I saw 'recipes with socks'âwhat a delightfully quirky concept! The game idea is absolutely fantastic, and the creativity behind it shines through. Iâm completely charmed!
A fantastic sandbox for creating terrariums! The only issue I encountered was that the mouse cursor and the object positions were slightly out of sync. Other than that, itâs a great experience!
Great idea with the 'patches,' but unfortunately, it takes a long time when youâre waiting for specific colors.
The art style is beautiful, and the concept is truly inspired! You can really see the thought and creativity that went into this. I absolutely love it!
I'm absolutely blown away by this game! The animations, sound, and overall theme are just so adorable. Fantastic job! The only tiny critique I could give is the integration of the Unity player on the website, but honestly, that's nitpicking at a very high level!
What a charming and cozy game! I had such a delightful time playing it. Just a quick questionâthe fishing rod for 500, is that the final upgrade?
Oh my gosh, Tower Defense done differently! The idea of capturing the attackers and using them as weapons is pure genius. Thanks for this amazing game!
An interesting mix of pets and Halloweenâvery creative!
The visuals are absolutely stunning, but the experience falls short without any feedback or indication of progress. Itâs a shame because the game itself doesnât feel as engaging as just admiring the screenshots.
The idea of using matchbox cars for the theme 'tiny creatures' is pure geniusâI never would have thought of it! You brought such a creative twist to the theme, and itâs so well executed. The sound dropouts I encountered here and there didnât take away from the charm at all; after all, a few bugs are all part of the game jam magic! :) Fantastic work!
Why are you selling me crack? Seriously though, I'm totally addicted to your idle clicker!
Space catâwhat an absolutely delightful concept! Iâm completely in love with it!
very interesting game :)
Very much fun!
This game is the perfect example of 'don't judge a book by its cover.' The screenshots might make it look plain and unexciting, but once you play it, it's absolutely breathtaking. Sure, it doesn't have AAA graphics, but it looks great in action, and the transformations between the animals are just so charming!
Such an interesting concept! Itâs really unique and captivating.
Short but very well done. I really love the art style and the animations!
Such a fascinating game mechanic! Itâs so refreshing to see something unique like this. Keep up the fantastic workâI'm excited to see where you take it next!
This game definitely gives off major 'Sausage Party' vibes, and thatâs what makes it so brilliant!
Really well-made tower defense game! The only drawback was that you couldn't keep the skeletons selected, so the challenge wasnât about managing 'money' but rather clicking fast enough to summon new skeletons. Keep it up!
Nice game! For next time, you can find a guide on how to embed Godot web under ludumdare.com/resources/guides/embedding/
My nightmares already thank you in advance. :D The art style is really well done. It's a pity the game didn't get finished, though.
very cute game
The graphics look great, but unfortunately, the 'Uncanny Valley' effect comes into play hereâthe assets look good, but they don't quite fit together cohesively. Maybe a shader could work wonders here. Otherwise, it's a solid game!
Cats and boxesâwhat more could you possibly ask for? Itâs a match made in heaven, and Iâm absolutely here for it!
@mikeandtherest In the bottom left corner, you'll find the 'layer up' and 'layer down' buttons, which allow you to switch between the 5 different layers (theoretically, there could be unlimited layers, but we limited it to 5). Then, you just need to click on a tile, and the dwarves will automatically find their way to it using the ladders.
@mrmaico Besides 'dirt,' 'stone,' 'iron,' and so on, there are other hidden resources in the earth, like 'silver,' 'gold,' and 'gems.' The chances of finding veins of these are quite low, but if you come across a large stone vein, thereâs a chance that a valuable ore vein might be hidden inside. If not, well, thatâs just bad luck! :( Unfortunately, we didnât have time to adjust the ore probabilities for the lower levels. The basic idea behind the generation is based on simplex noise, and higher noise levels lead to better ores.
Bildschirmfoto 2024-10-08 um 16.54.57.png This is an example for silver.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! It really means a lot to us, and we're thrilled that you took the time to dive into the game and share your thoughts. We truly appreciate it!
@dhim The ladders are semi-randomly placed with a minimum distance of 20 tiles between them. Paths to the target are calculated using a weighted A* algorithm, where digging through different materials is factored into the calculation. For example, digging through dirt is easier than through stone, and digging through gold is easier than through iron. We deliberately chose not to include ambient audio (like hammer or pickaxe sounds) because we didn't have a concept for spatial sound. As for background music, we simply ran out of time.
@slippers Thank you so much for the kind words! And yes, the idea of being able to cancel tasks is already on our backlog, along with several other improvements, in case we decide to continue working on the game. If you have any other suggestions, feel free to share themâwe might just implement them, though I can't make any promises!
@mechazawa, thanks so much for the kind words! Itâs actually possible to find gold in the game right now, but itâs a very rare ore. Your best bet is to look for it in large stone clusters.
And your idea with the dragon is brilliant! Weâll definitely keep it in mind, and who knowsâmaybe one day youâll get to send your dwarves into the depths to face off against a dragon!
