Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful graphics, an awesome soundtrack. The rope mechanic is really a good idea.
5/5!

5/5!
I didn't reach the end unfortunately, because I kept getting stuck into the ground while using the power drill near rocks.
Really annoying because the game is awesome :)
I personnaly never encountered a game with this type of camera, and had a hard time figuring out how to kill the ennemies without getting killed too.
But once you get the mechanics of the game, it's nice. The graphics could really be better, but it's still good :)
Really really great.
At first I thought it was going to be boring, but it's not, absolutely not.
It's really fast-paced, and you really have *this* feeling when you're chain killing dozens of rectangle.
Really liked it, good job :)
Hard not to get kill since the bombs are bouncing around.
Maybe you should limit the number of bounces, or make the player invulnerable to his own clones.
Anyway, the ambiance is great, the game is really pleasant. It's a good job :)
I really enjoyed the beginning of the game. But at some point, you find yourself waiting on the mid lane, holding space.
The difficulty should increase as the player abilities expand. Maybe you could speed up the mobs, or add more lanes, etc...
Good graphics, music, everything though :)
Good game.
The art is nice, very different styles between the sprites.
It's a bit too easy, since the alien can't destroy the "turrets". This makes the game a bit boring once you filled your floor with tier 3 turrets.
You should make em destroyable, add more and more ennemies so the player defenses would be flooded. Maybe add more ennemy types too.
Good job.
Really interesting game. The graphics are really nice, the soundtrack is quite rythmic and totally fits the atmosphere of such a debate.
It's also really fun, sometimes the speakers said totally weird things : "You can't handle the platypi" :)
Really good game, even if I didn't understand at all the scoring system.
Very cool. I really enjoyed the way we can improve our ship, even tough I didn't understand at first this was the point of the red boxes.
Good graphics, good music (is it yours?), good gameplay.
The only problem is the weird behavior of the ship at the poles.
At first I didn't really understand how to block the "monster", but then I did: You have to close a node before the monster/ennemy engages in its direction or else it's going to go through it (you should modify that).
It's a good idea, it's unconventional. The graphics are great, not super awesome but great. The sounds/music is nice.
I really loved the menu, I don't know why, maybe the big font on a blurry background.
Good game anyway :)
Very pleasant game.
I like being able to grab everything, even though the most efficient way of killing them was to grab one, double jump and throw him back to his fellow friends.
The graphics are good, especially the background. The whole stuff is polished.
One little minus though: You don't really know at the begining how you're supposed to kill the ennemies. I spent like 10 sec trying to figure out what was the key to fire a gun, and then I realized there was none.
Good job :)
It's the same for me, can't launch the game.
It's seems like you named your images with capitals in their names but you're calling them without capitals in your code.
I hope you'll fix it, because every game deserves to be played.
Absolutely weird. But fun, really. Love the voice of the guy :p
Didn't really understand how to play at first (probably because I was too lazy to read). But it's fun once you know what to do.
Really polished game, good graphics and sounds !
I really think your game is gonna be well ranked. It's so awesome. There's not a single flaw.
The graphics are magnificent, the music is perfect, the ambiance is so "i-don't-know-what". Well, it's a 5/5 for me.
Really really good job. Keep doing this !
I really like the idea, even if there are some weird angles sometimes. I'm not sure it's a really accurate physic model, but who cares, it's a game, and it's quite fun :)
Great graphics. The controls are a bit to sensitive. Especially the mouse, but it's still managable.
Good Job.
At first I thought it was going to be longer, but it's still interesting.
As it was said before, the gameplay is not the best aspect of the game. It's difficult to move with the dog, since we can only walk in one of the eight main direction. You should probably make it follow the mouse, it would be easier.
On the other hand, the idea behind it is really interesting, I didn't see the end coming until it was too late.
The music is great, and really adapted to the ambiance you wanted for the game.
Good job.
Good work considering you worked half time. I don't really understood how to kill the zombies, but still. Great work on the lighting and the physics system.
Probably the best game I've tested this morning.
Feels really polished to me. The graphics are great, the music is awesome and the gameplay is fun.
Really good job sir !
Quite fun, even if I didn't manage to last more than a minute :p
I really like the blood splatter, they're quite good.
Really nice. I love your minimalistic design. The perspective is great, especially the text on the sides of the levels.
I made it to the last level, and it was quite enjoyable.
There's just a thing: What is happening with the camera ? :p I've been dezooming and moving with weird keys on the keyboard to make it work.
Your game is great. The art is gorgeous, the sounds are well designed and everything seems to be well-thought.
But there are also a few problems. First, your images are upscale in a blurry way. There's also the problem of the spawnrate at the beginning. I've been in a situation where there was like 30 skulls 10 meters away from me, right at the spawn.
A great game though, even if it needs a few more improvements to be shippable :)
As it was said above, there's a lack of single player. The weapons are really unconventional though, probably the most unconventional I've seen the past two days.
I kept being teleported to the spawn point when I tried to grab my eye back (weird to say :p). It only seemed to happen when reaching the eye by the bottom.
Good job. Working with a new engine is never simple.
As it was said before, it's a good game, seems like you worked a lot.
The music/sounds are great and really fit the ambiance of your game.
Just a minor thing, I personally think the ship should move more reactively, but that's my opinon.
Interesting gameplay. Maybe you should add more ways to win points. Because rushing into the ennemies is a bit weird. You could turn the gravitational energy into ammo for plasma guns or stuff like that.
So I think there's a lack of something to make it perfect.
Anyway, it's great, the graphics are more than correct, and the souns are quite enjoyable.
Good job.
@Zuraguerra: The mac port was done. It should work now.
@McBurrobit: I added more precision to the description concerning the graphics. They are not that much "borrowed" as you said.
@Horsed: How is it even possible ? Do you have any further information about this ? It's surely a false positive but it's still annoying.
@Mixer: Thank you for your kind words. We're planning to improve the game. Add new ennemies, new levels, new ambiances, etc... Come back soon :)
@Asobi: Thanks, it was quite hard to get a good result since none of us is supposed to be good at art :)
@Saker Games: Could you explain how you made it work. So that others encountering the same issue could solve it too ?
@Nopogo: Exactly as intended ;)
@SowiHowl: Hmm, that's not an energy bar, it's the fire rate bar, its value is modified by the modifiers you can pick up once you've killed an enemy.
There's an issue with the Pikagun, where you playing on Mac ?
@Franklin's Ghost: It was not the first title. At the beginning it was "Spread Your Love", but Give'em Love reminded us of Beat'em all, so we sticked to this title.
Thank you all :)
Simple, yet fun. That's not the type of game you'll play ten hours in a row, but anyway :)
Good job.
Yep, as they said : WTF :)
Not bad, the background and the reflects on the metal lane are great. The sounds and the character sprites are a bit under though.
Great concept, great music. I love how the meteors looks.
Unfortunately it's quite slow on my computer (which is a decent Alienware, so I was expecting it to run perfectly).
It would be really great if we could move forward in the direction of the camera (like if I'm looking down, presse W will make me go down). It's a smoother way of moving I think.
Good job.
