Awesome.
woah nice game! i drownded tho, i didnt give up ... maybe my mouse wheel is too slow. a brief calibration at the start would probably help, getting the player to scroll up as fast as they can to get above water would be when you could adjust the sensitivity.
Welcome to he Temple Depths.
Don't make me click play with mouse when I'm using keyboard :)
Nice rope. Finished. Nice hat.
I cannot see a link
I liked the head bobbing and movement, felt natural.
The starting difficulty seems a bit easy though, I just ran to the other side. I'd make it slightly harder with the option to turn down the difficulty.
Nice use of the theme.
The spice must flow.
I don't know why this has no comments.
This is awesome... really great game. The theme maybe doesn't tie in that well.
Pixel art is nice, I cannot hear any sound.
I liked the minimalistic pixel style.. nice skull torches.
More levels! that was fun!
The enemies were cool :)
The faux-cyrillic font is Kremlin, available from www.dafont.com
Little (tiny?) marks appear around the active sonar buoys to indicate the direction of the detected submarine. Both buoy types have a maximum detection range.
heh that was cool
I win!
I liked the shadowing effect from the light, and the sub is fun to drive (swim?) around when it gets faster...
Very smooth feeling controls. The sound didn't work for me.
very nice retro feel, if anything the controls feel a little too smooth. is there a way to regain hearts?
Nice little terraria styled game. I really liked the collapsing dirt effect and the water dynamics.
Good ideas for a basic little platformer. I've been kicked off the computer so my daughter can play it, thanks.
I had about 8 turns at this before I won. This game uses classic basic shmup elements executed well. Nice ship handling, good choice for mouse button shooting.
I mistook the powerups for enemy bullets the first few plays (I forgot about the powerups, and couldnt see the + sign clearly).
The lighting effect was well done.
Solid basic fun.
this is my favorite game so far. beautiful pixels, atmosphere and style. a game, distilled.
I loved this - it is nostalgic with a modern twist. This took me back to playing Little Computer People on my Amstrad 6128 when I was a kid. Great interpretation of the theme.
A few little bugs here and there like other people mentioned, but heck, 48 hours?
Awesome!
beautiful graphics, great sound, so pro - so polished.
Good job. Back in the day that wall grab/climb thing would have been advanced stuff...
The jump seemed a little overpowered.
Nice feel to the controls apart from that and a good bit of slashing fun.
Nice concept, would have worked for two worlds or reflection etc themes also...
I think the shmup controls needed a lot more polish, it seemed a bit too difficult, maybe there was too much inertia.
i have a key.. but im not sure what to do now.. i cant see any doors, no key is listed to use the key?
i like the flame torches and the mood
Solid basic gameplay, nice addictiveness
great concept
I gave it a go... the intro text was getting rather existential hehe
I was looking forward to doing something but it seemed to be stuck on a line of text with a heartbeat in my ear.
Very arty..
nicely polished game, maybe it relates to the theme as all are/is atoms beneath the surface?
controls were slightly off for me, would the scroll wheel work? up/down?
I would love to see this game fleshed out and maybe explained better.. I see you already said sorry for your brief help notes :)
I played anyway until I had -34 life... which was about the time I think I was realising what I had to do (but how do I stop the runway negative cards? surround them?)
This could easily be a neat little game with more time spent on it... as you said, trying to represent the human psychological experience in a 48hr card game is optimistic :D
I liked the philosophical theme and mood at the start.
Nice mood, loved the torch. I would not reach the meetup healthily.
I had the jump bug also.
This was FUN... magneting the cars along and then punching when there is a group.. boom... flip Flip FLIP
Suggestion: Move the magnet heat meter near the car where it can be seen while looking at the car, or give more obvious/exaggerated audio clues.
Satisfying.
Solid overall. Lovely graphics, my gf commented on this as she walked past. WHY AM I DYING. ahh.. the rocks (After i read the comments to find out why) As a major gameplay element they need to stand out more like the coins & lantern things. Smooth game.
Great game! Simple, classic graphics with a well chosen subdued and limited palette.
I liked the music, it set a light hearted almost frantic mood.
I died very quickly. The same idea as my game but with more action! I like the arcade feel...
I found myself click mashing at the top of the water...
flappy fish?
Nice, reminded me of Elite and some of the games from when I was young. I'll keep this to play some more.
Nice, solid basic gameplay. I chased a seal to the seabed and then back up, it leapt clear of the water and I followed. It left a satisfying cloud of blood in the air as I hit it with force.
My 4 yr old daughter then played it (she just got a seal trading card today talking about killer whales being their predator) and loved it and I have to keep it on the computer.
I liked the feeling of being a wolf or animal here, the running and jumping felt powerful.
I glimpsed a lower level through a glitched hole, but couldn't find out to get down to it.
I may not have played this long enough to find out what I am supposed to be doing, and the game doesn't explain much.
well this is pretty good, nice style. it was giving me deju vu or flashbacks or something... D:
