why is everything an exe these days? don't people understamd ubuntu users can play it?
wait nevermind. WHEN I SEE 'WINDOWS' i thing GM8
The graphics suck, but you know what? screw graphics :3
even though it didn't really convey the felling of alone, it was fun to play and I was curious of what my next power up would be. very interesting gameplay too.
@summaky, it is like how you download flash to play flash games or download java to play java games.
source code? erm, i'm unfamiliar with the term.
Wrong. I made all the code(well, it's actually D&D), sprites, and backgrounds myself. I had no help at all in those categories.
added a source code. HAPPY NAO?
Oh sorry. i should probably remove it then.
...
but it's to late for that now.
my sincere apologies.
lol gamemaker and your incompatibility with ubuntu.
Interesting conecpt. the physics are bothersome, however. also, YEAH LINUX o/
I fell through the floor :/
Probably should have went with a .zip file.
Just a thought though.
@Switchbreak The game was meant to be frustrating. Also, the recharge was put in so people can't just run around reflecting, they have to think first. Although the checkpoint idea would be nice, and I do agree the bullets should be more noticeable.
@Puzzlem00n yeah, bplaced did some kind of... something yesterday.
No, MK. compo is for the real men :3
How does this have such great performance?
Nice game, although the interactions between blocks is a bit glitchy.
@Baknik, dang it, I spent at least 2 hours fine-tuning things to be more visible.
Every other Ludum Dare, everyone said my games were too hard(they were right) So this Ludum Dare I tried making it a tad bit more casual.
I was going to temporarily change my password for my account, but, y'know, this works too.

Don't worry guys, I'm not going to abuse this and rate my own game.
Tried to run it, got something about a corrupted cabinet file.
Note that I am running this under WINE, so that is likely the issue.
Nice controls, gameplay, graphics, music, etc. I would love to see a post-LD version with more stuff. My only complaint is that after a while it got a little laggy, causing the fire trail to get a little choppy, and the stars seemed to pop in out of nowhere.
Everything changed when the cheese nation attacked...
Pretty fun and simple. The random death bug is annoying, and sometimes you would get two blue spikes on both the top and bottom. Other than that, nice game.
The simplistic style is nice and it's a pretty cool game overall. The last level was pretty brutal, though.
I like the graphics and the gameplay was pretty good. The sound effects were a little lacking, but seriously, who needs them?
Okay guys I fixed the brown glitch. It's a really dumb mistake.
