oh my gosh this is adorable and making me wish I'd paid more attention during my physics degree! great theme <3
extremely neat puzzles! I keep forgetting the rules/controls so would appreciate a mid-game reminder
extremely relatable
Whew, difficult but rewarding. I found having to walk around the entire map instead of seeing the solution straight away slows you down and makes it quite a calming experience.
this is extremely addictive and I am terrible at it
Love it! Very chill and effective. I can't shake the feeling I missed something and will have to go back and play it again to figure out what...
What graphics, what a mood!! This is awesome and absolutely doesn't feel like a game jam game. I hope you continue with it and branch out into more levels.
I didn't spot "press E to interact" in the game description and got confused at the start - could've used a tip in-game
holy heck this is incredible, I agree with @elendow, I would pay for this as is
Love the banjo/lyre/sink combo :)
Fav game so far by a country mile. This is adorable and so polished, the characters are great and the whole creative direction comes together brilliantly. I also took a few playthroughs to figure out what I was doing wrong but that just made it extra satisfying when I did!
Lovely!! Really like the mechanics - took me a while to figure out based on the instructions but once I did I can imagine myself sinking hours and hours into this.
The input was very laggy for me on web + Firefox? A few times I tried to place a shape in one place but accidentally put it somewhere else because my click registered late.
thank you all, I'm very humbled by your comments!!
> I don’t know if there was supposed to be sound, but I could not hear any.
Nope, I didn't have time sadly, there is no sound.
> A small ‘bug’ ? : When circles are validated they visually disappear but they can still be pushed around. They are just invisible
Ooh!!! Excellent spot. I have now patched this and will put a quick changelog in the game entry.
Thank you all for playing, I'm glad you liked the art!!
Yeah I'm not super happy about the movement controls. I played with it a bit and don't feel I nailed how I wanted it to feel. In particular I struggled not to have the circles bouncing around hyper fast!!
As for level design, I totally agree, I have a few ideas for ways to make it less "passive experience" and more "puzzle game" - e.g. formalising the colour mixing mechanisms. I hope to pick it up in a future weekend and flesh it out a bit :)
Plus obviously try and crib off other abstract artists for future levels (I think a set of Mondrian levels would be super cool...!)
@kikiriki367 you are close! It was in fact inspired by several works by Kandinsky including "Circles in a Circle" (1923)

and "Several Circles" (1926)

In fact all the colours in this game were eyedroppered from those 2 works.
I would love to do a Mondrian level though, I think it would work nicely with the line walls...

Or a Sonia Delaunay:

Or even (to be honest I don't like him that much but) a Damien Hirst. Imagine how much fun it would be going completely haywire knocking all these circles out of place!!!

I will be working on this game a bunch more so watch this space (not jam any more obviously though).
what a warm fuzzy feeling I get from standing by the bonfire <3
Really like this!! a lot of fun and can imagine getting sucked right in to the deckbuilding aspect
Very nice, I wish my game had this much polish!! I particularly like the sound effect when you die
I really enjoyed this one, very chill and rewarding
The tutorial says "left arrow to midair dash" but this doesn't seem to do anything for me? or Shift?
10/10 would get eaten by a frog again
came for the wheat, stayed for the UFOs
Loved it, a really nicely balanced game
