Game is very pretty! :D
As it says on the box, this was a relaxing experience. I really enjoyed the mood, the music and soundeffects. The graphics are relatively simple but it fits very well and adds to the mood. Very impressive for a compo entry. Well done.
Nice game! It would be great to see the green trail of toxic waste to vanish after you collect the barrel, though - both as an achievement and distinguish clearly whether there are more barrels to collect or not.
Beautiful art style and sound design. The game was very relaxing and atmospheric. One thing I didn't like was having to click so much to move. I'd much prefer to be able to click and hold to move around. I also didn't manage to find any barrels despite swimming around for quite a while. Might just be me, but it was a bit frustrating after a while! Really nice work though
Very easy to clip outside the walls, could also do with keyboard controls
Beautiful game. I love the air bubbles from the diver. I would have prefered to click and hold the mouse to have the diver follow the cursor. Otherwise great game!
Thank you very much for your entry - I hope you had great fun making it
Wow - just wow... loved the aestetics of this :thumbsup_tone1: simple, relaxing and polished
I hope you'll drop by mine and give it a spin
:purple_heart: :dart: :frog:
The water and boat scene are beautiful. Great visuals. I would have preferred more go into the gameplay mechanics. The barrel recovery did not indicate any progress, and the movement was not as responsive or smooth as I would expect based on music and visuals. Really well done.
Simple but quite well executed. Presentation was really nice – the visual effects are very pretty and the music fits very well. Click and hold for movement would probably be a lot more satisfying.
The art and the music are really relaxing and calm. The mood is amazing. My only complaints would be the controls. But full points for art, music and mood. Great Job!!
A beautifull simple game. I cannot wrap my head around how you managed to acomplish those visuals in just 48 hours. The music is calming, gorgeous and fits perfectly. Nice game overall and nice meaning behind it too. I enjoyed it very much.
A beautiful game. I also appreciated the easter egg hiding in the depths, however, !> knowing there's a submarine leaking oil in the middle of this reef
makes it hard to empathize with the final message that these waters are now clean :)
beautiful game with a great implementation of the 2d lighting system in unity. The normal maps on the underwater rocks were a really nice touch. The opening scene with the boat at sunset is jaw dropping.
Your son, Pol, is a very talented composer at that age! Although I'm not going to share this game with 5 friends, but only because I *want* your dog to come after me 😉
Great job and beautiful entry. I look forward to seeing your submissions for future LD jams!
wow I'm blown away by the quality of the visuals / shaders / music for a 48h solo jam. This is just so amazing, holy cow! awesome job, I loved it from start to finish, it was a blast playing with the torchlight, just swimming away and seeing all the visual artifacts come into life. I did feel bad about that leaking submarine but it didn't seem like there was much we could do :)
Awesome, awesome compo entry!

So much of the graphics are really awesome here. The diver, the light on the water, the bubble particles-- really, really nice. There is something special about the feeling of diving deeper and deeper into the water. Gameplay is simple, but the experience is nice and that is what matters. I have two critiques-- the first is that, because the graphics were otherwise so beautiful, seeing the corners of the rocks and background particle effects was really jarring, and took me out of the experience. The other critique is that, in this nice calm game, cleaning nuclear waste seemed a little dissonant. Otherwise, a very nice experience.
incredibly beautiful and serene. great choice of music too. The surface is my favourite looking place, but the deeper you dive, the more the graphics devolve: i could practicaly see where each background ink-splat sprite ended. The walls also stopped connecting properly, and the submarine was just missing its sprite. but hey, time restraints are time restraints. it's a great compo entry all things considered

I fell in love with the menu screen! So beautiful! Simple but addictive idea. Very relaxing. Great job!
I think this is as relaxing as cleaning the ocean from toxic waste can get! At first the quite barebones piano music didn't seem to work but it really grew on me as I was swimming deeper and deeper. Playing with a laptop I found using the flashlight a bit tiresome but it might be just fine with a real mouse. I would have liked the ocean to look a bit more clear, now the background and the rocks were somewhat muddled together. The surface, boat and diver look super great so I was kinda missing that quality in the ocean as well. Then again, I perhaps should've used the light more. Managed to find all the barrels so the ocean is clean once again!
Really nice idea! The graphics and music were excellent and created the right mood for the game. The controls felt a bit fussy but overall a really good entry!
Wow, the lighting and mood are incredible for a compo game! That title screen and intro was really beautiful and eye-catching. The mechanics are smooth and elegant. If there was anything I'd improve, it'd be the underwater backgrounds. The environment feels a little random, and the rocks were just the same asset rotated. Also, clicking the barrels was a little finicky, I have to click several times before the screen would zoom in and the barrel would turn green. But overall I had a great experience. Wonderful job!
BTW I JUST FOUND THE SECRET AREA AND YOUR SON IS SO TALENTED! And cute doggo too!
Congrats on your game! Really cool aesthetic, you really nailed the ambience. The control were a little strange at first, but you get used to it pretty fast. I didn't really saw the point of the lamp thought.
The music and aesthetics makes this game nail a perfect mood. Usually I would get scared diving so deep into the darkness, but the music helped keep me calm and relaxed. Congratulations on this great compo entry!
Absolutely gorgeous game, probably the prettiest compo game I've played so far. The music is good too, and the two combined give a really great relaxing mood! Congrats.
I stopped after the 6th barrel, after that it was a bit too repetitive to make me want to continue. A bit more diversity in the environment would be nice. The controls felt a bit unresponsive at times too. I think it's because I clicked on rocks without realizing. It would probably feel better if I could click anywhere, just to give the direction even if I end up colliding with something.
Except those few details, great entry!
I really liked the music and atmosphere! The start screen is really beautiful and the gameplay itself is very cool. It was nice to play such a relaxing game. Great game!
Great game! Really well polished, nice graphics and the game had a good mood to it! Really relaxing. :)
Graphics are gorgeous, same as the music ! The game set the atmosphere really fast and it's a nice chill polished game. I had a great time ! Good job !
What a chill experience!
I really adore your lights. I loved the flashlight light so much that I used up the charge waaaaaay before I found all the barrels. Just switching it on and off, on and off  The fact that you can see the seems of the background texture and the sharp edges of the "edge-of-an-area rocks", on the other hand, is not so nice. It takes away from the experience and exploration.

Music is very nice and builds exactly the meditative, relaxing atmosphere that I think you were going for. Controls felt fine and the slow speed our the diver was just right for the atmosphere.
Overall it is an EXTREMELY impressive piece of solo work.
This is really really nice, I thoroughly enjoyed the chill, relaxing diving! It's needless to say that the graphics are outstanding! The menus screen with the boat and the lighting, along with the diver, his bubbles and all, it was awesome! The music and sfx were also perfectly matched to the mood and feel of the game. I found I didnt need to really use the flashlight but that is really my only complaint. Awesome job!
Very nice entry! It has a lot going for it, but it also has some things holding it back.
The title screen visual, and the surface look great. The swimmer looks good, the lighting effects are cool. The style is awesome, and was **almost** **perfect**. As mentioned by another comment, there are seams in the textures, the sharp edges on the rocks, and they are quite jarring to see next to what is otherwise a very nice looking game.
Clicking to swim is okay, it gets the job done, but I feel like just holding the button should allow us to swim in the mouse's direction. Then when I find a barrel, instead of holding LMB, just clicking it should clean it up. I think that would have made the mostly pleasant experience, even more pleasant
The music is perfect for the mood. The zoom-in when cleaning a barrel is a nice touch. I almost quit when I had 1 barrel left to find and had no idea where to look. Turns out I missed one near the surface and was lucky to find it after a little more exploring. Was the flashlight part of a hint system? because I didn't notice.
Overall a good game and entry! Good job!
What a beautiful game! I really love the water effects (ripples, shimmering light, rising bubbles), the music, and the underwater sound effects.
As has already been mentioned, it would be nice for the swimming controls to respond even when you click on a rock, so you can swim in that direction without having to position the mouse over an empty space, and it would also be nice to keep swimming without so much clicking required.
A very relaxing and very beautiful experience. Well done!
