Game looks great, though unfortunately game closing on death makes it hard to play more :disappointed:

Very solid puzzle game! Art and atmosphere are definitely top notch for a jam game
Can't say it really matches the theme but it's a solid little game! The storyboards are gorgeous! Gameplay seems pretty nice but I wish the next item being thrown could be previewed somewhere
Graphics and audio are top notch for a compo, great job on this!
This is excellent!
Music and aesthetic is super cool, but I think the circle you control moves just a little too slow for my liking and sometimes too much of the next circle is in the shadows to tell where the exit is. Solid jam game overall though!
Not sure how well it matches the theme but it's a lovely game! The art style and music are both top notch, only thing I would wish for is the shooting to be 4-directional instead of 8, it's a little too hard to aim as is right now :disappointed:
Definitely an interesting experience! I didn't even realize the voices were automatically generated for a bit. Seems like a perfect experimental piece for a jam
Solid game and certainly very different to anything I've played before!
I really liked it! Felt like a tight experience overall but if I were to nitpick the controls felt just a smidge floaty
Awesome job! This is excellent
Solid puzzle game! Took a little bit to figure out that "drag an up arrow to a tile" meant dragging the reload circle thingy but once I got that figured out I enjoyed it!
The execution on this game seems excellent! Would be great to see this expanded with more lap variety etc!
Definitely the best looking game I've seen so far this Jam! I definitely like the cool touches like voice lines playing when the character falls of the map and comes back - it was a smidge too difficult for me but that could just be down to my inexperience with 3d platformers. Great job!
@jag I think my only suggestion in that vein would have been to make checkpoints a little bit more common - I kept getting to the swinging hammer things and losing, and considering the jumps right before were a little tricky I had a hard time crossing that part.
interesting experience. Not quite sure what was going on but it's strangely compelling.
Interesting game! The art style and audio works pretty well.
I like it! It does just what it intends to
Thank you all for the feedback! I definitely agree that the controls were a tad too twitchy and the camera controls need some improvement, especially with the lack of guides to aid depth perception.
Just wanted to clarify a couple things based on the comments so far - the difficulty of the game is sort of random - the speed of the spaceship is selected pseudorandomly (creeping upwards per level), and the objectives are also selected randomly from a pool. I did initially support multiple goals per level, but that seemed a little too difficult from my playtesting, though I guess there were probably ways to get it working better.
@the-missing-bracket definitely my bad for not including in-game controls, but left click was the button to shoot. It would definitely be interesting to expand the game to include support for resolutions outside 1080p
Thank you all again for playing and rating!
It's surprisingly zen for what it is.
Interesting game for sure! I definitely like the core idea and think it has potential, and I think with some tweaking it could make for a pretty interesting full-fledged puzzle game!
Pretty innovative idea! Seems like there's a lot of interesting ways this could be expanded further with keeping older iterations alive and making some dangerous etc
