Solid puzzle game! Took a little bit to figure out that "drag an up arrow to a tile" meant dragging the reload circle thingy but once I got that figured out I enjoyed it!

Good job, but i got a bug that made the person hit the edge of the platform and them continue walking into space.
Very nice puzzle game. Looks very polished. Nice idea and interpretation of the theme! like @zagganoth it also took me a while to realise the reload looking symbol was the arrow being mentioned. also it wasn't as straightforward, maybe just for me which was a left and right turn. But once I got the hang of it its pretty good and well put together for the time frame. Good job. nice music too
I love the puzzles and solid idea, Great entry!
Interesting puzzles, also could not figure out that I was meant to drag the reload arrow.
Very good entry !! Got to the end and wasn't disappointed. The puzzle mechanics is clever, pleasant and well used, and the atmosphere, the narrative and polish built around it is a total success. Great job !
Nice puzzle game! I got stuck for a bit on the second or third level but I soon figured out how to do it. Since I had to retry a lot, I occasionally run into a bug where my little guy spawned outside of the board but it was resolved by restarting the level so not game-breaking :) Not sure what to do with the "final" level, I was looking for a way to open the trap door and maybe unlock an easter egg but found nothing. All in all a solid entry, if you want to develop it further, maybe add more mechanics, more levels and a level selection menu
Very nice style and audio in this game! I got to the puzzle that's the last in the images on your post. I couldn't quite figure it out and then unity crashed. The interactions took some getting used to though. Especially on the first level where the retry-level and the tile to place were about equal.
Fun and challenging. I really liked the audio.
tiles should be more big great game
I know people who love puzzle games will LOVE this game! Not really my cup of tea though, but I really appreciate it! I think the hardest part of a puzzle game is designing puzzles that teach the player how to play, and ramping up the difficulty after teaching new techniques.
Level 3 was super hard for me for some reason, it just didn't seem like it was possible. I'm not sure I even know how I passed it, but I did. I even went back after completing the game and tried again, and got stuck again lol
I think the difficulty curb could be eased up a bit just by making the boards smaller at first, then larger over time. Just a thought, I could be totally wrong.
I like the low poly model. The run animation is kind of robotic, could be better, almost looks like he's ice skating. The music is good, but for a puzzle game where I'm stuck staring at a guy run in loops and trying to calculate the perfect moves like a chess board, I'm not sure you actually want music playing.
Overall it's a great game, good job!
Really nice game, well done! Music fit perfectly, the visuals were great. I sometimes misplaced a tile since it gets automatically placed if you release the mouse without moving it over the board. Lets say you start dragging a tile but then change your mind and want to use another one you cant. I also encountered a bug after resetting a level, the character reached the end and teleported outside of the level and kept walking instead of to the other side.
Got to the end! Some fun puzzles, though I would have liked to be able to move tiles after I placed it (though that does break the level... maybe an undo?). I could see levels with different shapes and how the looping might play a part there. I did run into a bug where sometimes the player would run off the screen after starting but I could restart and that would fix it. The transitions are good, but I think if they were a bit faster that would be better. Nice job!
I need to know: "the end" is really the end? ;-)
Solid gameplay and atmosphere! My only feedback about improvement points would be:
- Clearer instructions (I was also stuck looking for the arrow :-P ). - A faster transition for restarting.
Other than that I really enjoyed the game. Good job!
Good game, I enjoyed it a lot, but really difficult to undestand what “drag an up arrow to a tile” meant. Also (and I'm not sure if it happened to others), restarting was very buggy for me, doing stuff that the game was not supposed to do like walking outside the limits, restarting somewhere else... stuff like that.
Pretty cool IMHO
Cool game! Really loved the music.
