Beautiful art and music. Unfortunately, I didn't see any game here. Maybe I missed it while also missing the story.

This reminds me that I should play more Castle Crashers.
Looks like this is linked to the debug version, MSVCP100D.dll
Very interesting idea. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it past the first painting, and at a certain point it started to feel like a hunt the pixel game. Spot on for theme, great music.
Nice entry! Quite enjoyable. I found it a bit annoying that it was hard to tell where my ship is, in the towards-screen axis, but maybe that's just part of the game.
Neat game. The circle's hitbox seems too big. Thrusting with more power than the keyboard can generate seems unfair.
Interesting. It reminds me a bit of Antichamber with its whacky randomness; however, I didn't like Antichamber. It would have been neat if it was possible to learn the "bizarre physics" of each level by some sort of system rather than guessing and testing every possibility.
This is quite refreshing-- it's simple, well-executed, and surprisingly fun!
Same as john_conder9.
Thanks ignifluous. Yeah, please avoid having fractional servings on hand. It obviously triggers an off-by-one bug when deciding whether to make more fries. It also confuses checks on staleness and possibly other things. Easily fixed, just not within the 48 hours.
One of my testers asked to allow less than one pound per batch and I told him no, that'll trigger this bug, and it's too late to make sure there aren't any more, so only integer servings allowed! I guess I conveniently forgot that there are fractional numbers higher than 1.
Well done! It's not clear to me what the win condition is (it seems I just park harvesters on resources and nuke humans once in a while?) but it looks good and it feels smooth. An excellent first time entry.
Wow. This is really cool. I did get motion sick after a short time, though.
Neat. Quite unique. Technologically a marvel for the available time. To be honest, though, I don't get the purpose of it.
Sorry, I don't get it.
Very nice. Unless it was intentional, it would be nice if the game made sure there was enough contrast between the background colour and the squares. Sometimes it was quite hard to see what's going on.
The Linux download is a zip file containing lua scripts... not sure what I'm supposed to do with this
Are all levels winnable? Either I'm just terrible at this game, or block placement is totally random.
Very clever and fun! I wish there was an inverse-Y option.
The 10 second recording time is part of the game. If recording the wrong command sequence leads to frustration, consider it incentive to get better at the game! ;)
For anyone attentive enough to be reading the comments, I have a cheat code to release. Press F2 to enable debug mode, then press F4 to enable direct control mode. This lets you fly the robot directly. Please use responsibly! You can press F2 to disable debug mode again afterwards.
Thanks for your comments everyone! I have released a post-compo update taking many of them into consideration. The playback time remains at 10 seconds because I think it would break the core mechanic of the game if that restriction is removed. Please give it a shot - but remember to rate based on the original.
Absolutely love the concept. It looks great, and the music fits well. I found the controls to be a bit fiddly, though; sometimes I was scrolling instead of moving nodes, sometimes the other way around, and it was a little frustrating. Great entry overall!
Nice job. The controls were a bit awkward.
Seconding the request for a video. It looks like it could be quite fun but it needs a tutorial.
Linux 64-bit: if it doesn't start (liblwjgl won't load) try
$ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/path/to/your/jre/lib/amd64 java -jar 'LD27 - 10 Seconds of life.jar'
Great job, especially for a first try. I would have liked to see a bit more feedback that hacking had started on something I clicked on. That's partially because the winning strategy seemed to be clicking as fast as possible on everything directly ahead.
A fun collection of minigames. I would have liked to see a bit of audio, even just a beep here and there. Good job!
This is quite clever. The only game with a similar mechanic that comes to mind is Day of the Tentacle, so well done on uniqueness. And well done all around.
