Very relaxing game with nice graphics and a large connected map. Had a lot of fun trying to hunt down all the gold which was good.

This is a gorgeous looking game! The gameplay is also really good, and the various hazards are very inventive while still being in keeping with the theme. Well done!
Really fun game with a lot of potential for expansion. Starts off calm and then builds up as the hate increases. It does feel later on as if the world is out to get you and that's pretty cool.
@toestee all the levels can actually be completed with all the gems - it's extremely difficult but still possible!
@saramartins thank you very much for the feedback! The issue I ran into with the controls was keyboard jamming - the game wouldn't react well to multiple arrow keys for some reason and would result in the player acting very unresponsively. This is definitely something I will look into implementing properly for future games however, so thanks for the advice.
This is an amazing game! The graphics are beautiful and the gameplay is reallly fun - the game steadily grows more difficult and it feels very well put together.
Wow, what an amazing looking game - this is seriously beautiful. I loved the aesthetic, and the colour splashes as you defeat enemies are just brilliant. The game itself is also really fun, I liked the progression system and the final boss was a blast to fight against, dodging an insane amount of bullets and holding on for my life. The global leaderboard was another nice touch. As others have said, would have liked to see some audio, but that's a minor concern. My only real problem with the game is that due to the procedural nature of the game, some of the enemies seemed to get 'stuck' in one section of the level. This meant that I would have a really easy time for a while collecting money, but then get ambushed as if the gates of hell had opened with a seemingly infinite number of enemies out of nowhere. Despite this though, I loved playing the game and would like to see an even bigger version of it.
The graphics of this game are gorgeous to look at, and the puzzles upon death are a really nice idea! The only issue I would have is that there aren't enough puzzles for the length of the track, since I found myself repeating puzzles over again (perhaps I am just bad at the jumping, though).
Quite a nice game! Mechanically it is perhaps quite simple, with the only controls being the cards, but I liked that! I found it quite easy to understand what to do after a couple runs of trial and error, and then the game opened up in terms of its depth, since I was juggling having useful cards in my hand versus whether or not I felt I could make it far enough without a re-shuffle. Graphically I quite enjoyed the game - I enjoy pixelated styles, and the game does look quite nice. Would have liked perhaps an audio track or more sound effects, but there's only so much time to make the game in, and that's really only a bonus, since the game is complete as is.
I really like the game! I found it quite easy since my typing is quite fast, but the theme and innovation were pretty good. I would like to see how far the core idea could go, as it seems pretty solid. The dialogue also added a lot to the game, as it made me want to continue to the end (imagining poor Jerry's struggles).
Quite a nice little game - you seemed to be combining more than just two genres and that's great! I liked how they all seemed to work pretty well together, and I liked the small animations (like blocks wobbling after being moved) as it made the game feel more polished.
The game's theatre style was really nice. The lighting was a nice unique mechanic and the dialogue kept me going through the game as I wanted to hear more.
This is a really nice game! I love the aesthetic and the mechanics feel very nice - the blend of survival and cards is done very well. Perhaps I would have liked to see a greater difficulty curve but that's only a minor complaint as I found myself playing the game for ages anyways!
A nice game but it felt quite unfair with goblins being able to move as fast as you - it was almost impossible to score at all, since if a goblin got the ball it was too difficult most of the time to catch up with them. I liked the art style though!
I really liked the game, it was a really good blend of bullet hell and metroidvania and a lot of fun to go through. I liked how frequently you seemed to pick up upgrades, as it meant that you felt a constant sense of progression and exploration. The graphics were also amazing - would just have liked to see a music track of some kind perhaps to finish off the game. :)
@Swen @Aterlamia Thanks for the feedback! I should have fixed that odd bug now, and I'm a little confused(/embarrassed) I didn't manage to catch that in final testing...
@Jimbly Thanks very much for the feedback! Perhaps the portal spawner guy on wave 13 might have been a little too unfair - balancing was much harder than I anticipated, and I think given more time I would have do something about portals on top of the castle! I'm glad you enjoyed the game :)
@bloodyaugust Thank you so much for the feedback! You mentioned a lot of things I would have liked to add given more time, such as deck viewing, tower radius views, upgrades and a faster mode - you pretty much nailed the fact that I was running out of time, but I think I got most of the features I wanted in. You found a very nice strategy to beat the game, and I'm very happy at the fact you enjoyed it. :)
A great game - but maybe think about having rebindable keys? The controls were a little odd to get used to at the beginning, since I kept pressing W to jump and falling into spikes - but after I got the hang of it, the game was quite fun.
A really nice game! I liked the graphical side of it quite a lot - the minimalist style is one I really like. My only minor complaint is that the camera tended to jump around a little bit from time to time, but it was really fun to play.
A really fun game! I though the concept was sound and the levels were all pretty fun to complete - a nice ramp up in difficulty, and I'd say there's loads of potential for more puzzles and mechanics. Ran into one bug wherein I could walk through a wall, but apart from that the game was great.
A really nice atmosphere and a gorgeous looking game. I liked trying to figure out the puzzles before finding the items (because finding the items was quite obvious since they stood out), and I really like exploring the world since it looked great. Perhaps I would say that the game is quite unforgiving, as some of the jumps felt quite hard to judge - maybe checkpoints would have been nice after each spirit. I found it a little weird how you could skip the riddles entirely and just pick up the objects - it made re-runs much much easier but might not have exactly made sense.
Very nice game! I loved being able to combine different ingredients trying to make the best potions, and the music was very nice to listen to. The graphics too were quite nice - I really liked the pixelated style. Well done!
I really like the game concept. The letters flying around to hit the things I was interacting with felt really good, and the graphics were very nice. Well done!
