Very interesting game! Fun how you can build your own kind of castle. But it was pretty hard to know what was going on in the beginning. Really love the art and music!

I dont know if this was my browser's problem, but the last dungeon, where the princess was, after I pressed space to drop the dungeon, half of it went out of screen. I had put all the other dungeons in a 3-size rows. But overall, the game was simple and fun (just choose attack cards all the time :D)
Interesting idea to combine tetris and card-based game. Nice work)
Cute little game! However, I found it quite hard to figure out, what to do. Maybe you could update the description with a little instruction?
Well done @jcwelgemoed! Especially since this seems to be your first ludum dare entry, Congratulations! :) This is a really interesting and innovative concept and I enjoyed playing it.
I like how you combined three (even more than required :)) genres that seem to be completely incompetible. After a moment it took to figure out how everything works, it was really fun. I especially liked the audio. A small tutorial might have been nice. Also the last rooms dissapeared at the bottom of my screen for some reason. All in all a really good job!
We also mixed the genre card game into our game (in our case combined with tower defense). You can find it here: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/cartds. We would love getting some feedback on it ;)
Really love the tetris element, great idea! You could take that even further. Card game made some interesting choices too. Good audio additions, - the groovy music was unexpected in a fantasy game!
Couldn't really figure out the rules for the card game initially. Only later finaly i started to understand how rounds are evaluated, but dragons' cards still seemed to be random. I just seemed to randomly win every time no matter what i did. Finaly the dungeons started to fall off the screen. Possibly i did not understand the tetris aspect of the game.
However, the look and feel of the game were really nice.
I like the idea here, but I had a hard time following some of the action.
Very creative! I love that this was a family effort, what an awesome idea and collaboration :)
I like the music and ideas, I always win and have no idea why already Level 2 :D
Well lost over what I believe was the last boss thanks to the princess, lovely how you jammed with your daughters, they must be talented because you can't feel it while playing. Still unsure what the "tetris" part actually is, as I just dropped the pieces one above the other x)
The game could be interesting to develop further, I think the main issue with it is the lack of feedback (what are the numbers floating around for example), working on that could greatly improve the experience 🙂
The music kind of reminds me of Spyro by the way, it suits well your ambience !
Nice job, gamers family 😄
This is a very interesting and creative game! The graphics are beautiful, and especially pleasant when we know how you made things with your daughters. This family jam is a great idea. I saved the princess at first try though I did not understand everything, but the idea is good, and winning was fun!

I really like the artwork and the theme. It seemed as though the dragon always loses. It is definitely an effective way to combine two imcompatable genres.
Polished little game with a clever mechanic. Love the building-tower-with-blocks thing. Fighting mechanic may be a bit too random, would love it to have a little bit more of strategy so that player can be able to control their fate a bit more. But awesome entry nonetheless! ^^
Quite a nice little game - you seemed to be combining more than just two genres and that's great! I liked how they all seemed to work pretty well together, and I liked the small animations (like blocks wobbling after being moved) as it made the game feel more polished.
Good concept
Nice idea! I also really liked the art. Good job!
Nice game !
Game very well finished and fun. I loved the idea and found the gameplay very relaxing. Congratulations!
I left my rating of your game, if you can leave your feedback in our game, Witch's Escape.
I hope you continue with the project.
