LD44 — Your life is currency

Conway's Currency by klianc09 2019-05-02T14:56:16Z

Interesting concept, but a bit hard to play.

Rising Dawn - First Blood: It's Brunchtime by AfroAnt 2019-04-30T17:16:07Z

Really good game! I had to retry several times in order to beat it, but I made it! The concept of hypnotizing the villagers is interesting, and the fact that they see something weird going on and go and check is cool. The only thing I didn't find added something to the game is the bat form, which I didn't use at all, because it drained too much life too fast. Thanks for this game!

@logflames @jon50 There was indeed a problem, but that should be fixed now. Can you get it to run now?

Petite Cuiller by lagrume-masque 2019-04-30T17:58:44Z

Thanks for letting people know about the spoon theory. Just a note to tell you that the HTML player stops at the end of day 2. I had to download the .exe in order to finish the story.

Trinket Town by Flightless 2019-04-30T17:28:51Z

Nice concept! A bit difficult, but great work! The audio is really cool :)

Nomad by mediyaz 2019-05-02T14:27:08Z

I didn't really understand the goal of the player. Some kind of tutorial would be nice.

jon needs 10$ by schrunkin 2019-04-30T17:48:03Z

The concept is nice. But the fact that we don't know whether an element is interactable before going right in front of it, and the absence of color is a bit off-putting. Nice morale :)

Pay to Win - Your life edition by MarcosShiuuri 2019-04-30T11:22:26Z

I only understood the bullets not reaching the birds with the comment of @woergbi, because in the description it is said the crosshair defines the direction and not the destination. With that in mind, I appreciated much more your game! But the problem with the "crosshair is destination" is that I kept hitting the pause button (because it's where I want to shoot). Nice graphics and sounds. Thanks for that game.

1024 by chrisdugne 2019-04-30T18:06:07Z

Simple rules, but nice result. I would prefer if the trigger for losing the game was when the blocks had already appeared and fallen, and not before they fall completely up the column. It is really frustrating when the block has not yet appeared completely and you lose. Other than that, it is kind of addictive and nice looking.

Twilight Zone by Rooster And Frétillant 2019-05-02T14:16:39Z

Really liked the music and the dance moves!

LD47 — Stuck in a loop

NightmESCHER by Rodrigo Denúbila 2020-10-10T13:45:10Z

Very nice game. It would have been cool to have a different level design (even if subtle: and subtle differences would be more challenging imo), between the different levels, but I suggest it rather for later, if you ever plan on continuing this game. Because the concept is really interesting. Congrats on this game!

Cricetus Apparatus by Jima 2020-10-10T14:11:15Z

Nice and fun game. I would have loved more upgrades because I maxed out pretty fast. Good job!

RobAuto by Hidjy 2020-10-18T18:10:38Z

Really nice game! I loved figuring out the puzzles, but I had a bit of a trouble for the second one (right/bottom), and when I looked at the GIFs, I realized there was a room on the right, and I didn't have to force it to go down. Well, my bad! Full mark for this game.

Corporate by Peche et Tradition 1867 2020-10-10T14:35:44Z

Really loved the concept, it was fun and a bit addictive, so nice job!

LD48 — Deeper and deeper

Mine - 0.3K by fy0 2021-05-09T16:56:34Z

Nice concept. As others have said, a bit repetitive and too easy, but it was fun to play.

LD50 — Delay the inevitable

Their Next World by bellatrion 2022-04-18T09:59:37Z

The tutorial was clear, but very very slow, and allowing to skip the text would really improve it. The mood is very good. Jumping from the tutorial to the levels was like jumping from a bath of ice to a living fire in a matter of seconds, I was not ready xD I did not manage the 1st level, and I was indeed discouraged from leaving the humans in space by the red lights. Nice concept, I really liked it.

Embers by andrewkennedy 2022-04-18T09:45:00Z

The movement mechanics was very agreeable to play and to see, with just a few moments to get used to the keyboard shortcuts. I loved the animation and the sound of the tiles appearing, and it made me want to have more of them uncovered each time, so it translates to wanting to explore more and more, so that's a good thing for an exploration game, maybe less if we have to come back every time for fueling the fire. Moreover, I agree with all albertnez said about the game (too easy, and adding more diversity).

I had a little trouble knowing whether the fire would extinguish one day, and understood it only after several long expeditions. Maybe add the number of rounds left at the same time as when we put the wood in the fire (no need for double checking the fire).

Overall, really nice impression.

Carrot Grove by Ehon 2022-04-18T11:21:10Z

Wow, really nice and polished game! I took my time, and it felt nice. I wasn't expecting it to last that much time, and it was interesting all the way to the end.
