Quite enjoyable. I especially like the graphics and the audio.
Seems a bit easy though; not really any interesting decisions.
Very nice :).
Thanks for the feedback guys :). I was trying to keep the UI small to fit better with the theme and relying on the player to experiment to understand the gameplay. That's also why I didn't add more tower types - minimalism.
@r3d5 can you give me a few more details? You beat a level (like "Straight Shot"), selected another level (like "Zigzag"), and no towers appeared? Or are you saying you beat a wave and no new towers appeared before the next wave? If you mean the latter, that's the point of the game. Try destroying fewer towers in the early waves - you'll need them later.
@Jubjub You might be the only person on the planet that likes the music :). One of the most frequent pieces of feedback I've received is a request for a mute button.
@pansapiens Yeah, the scoring is a bit unusual - there's a risk reward tradeoff where removing lots of stuff early and taking a lot of damage early makes it easier to get good ratings but harder to survive later waves (even though later waves are smaller).
Thanks for playing!
Not bad. Some suggestions:
1) It wasn't immediately obvious that the enemies were taking damage when shot.
2) No progress indicator telling me how much farther I had to go to finish it.
3) No actual difference between yellow and green enemies.
4) Took too long for new enemy types to show up.
5) Having to spam spacebar was annoying - an autofire option would have been nice.
I liked the audio work quite a bit, and you did a good job of sticking to the theme.
Very nice entry. Great job keeping with the theme. You put in a lot of interesting choices.
Fantastic audio work.
I really enjoyed this game. Some awkwardness with the controls - clicking too much tended to highlight.
This is the only game so far I've come back to to play again for fun.
Nice music, but do the enemies do anything?
Nice game, I like the lighting effects. Having to start over from the beginning is a bit punishing.
I can't seem to figure out what to do.
Too frustrating with no feedback on what I did right or wrong.
I can't figure out what to do. On the first level I win if I fill up the green bar, but on the second one filling up the green bar loses?
I wish there were more levels :).
Nice logic puzzle implementation, would be nice if I didn't have to keep side notes to solve it.
Good use of the theme, some of the levels felt unfairly punishing.
Very nicely polished. I love the TV cameras and audio.
Love the voice acting.
You might consider hosting on a website that doesn't require me to accept a EULA.
Thanks! A bigger map would be a good feature to add.
@nilo, do you have the prerequisites (.net 4.0 and xna) installed?
@comrad_gremlin: Thanks for the tip!
Thanks for all the great feedback guys :).
Very solid game.
I had a really hard time getting the chests, because they would spawn under the huge mass of zombies and despawn before I could circle around them.
I love this game.
Nice! Very challenging. Love the soundtrack.
Fun, and love the "Lefteros" pun :).
This was a lot of fun! I wish there were more levels, and a few sound effects.
