LD44 — Your life is currency

The Demons Deal by Bluwind360 2019-05-07T16:59:34Z

Wow congrats for completing a playable game after such a short time with unity! I loved the super sketchy artwork, especially the player character design! The gameplay was a bit simple, but than again, together with the graphics and dialogue I found it actually to have some sense of dry humor i really liked. Thumbs up! ^_^

Generation: Why?! by LeFayGames 2019-04-30T23:07:49Z

I loved the humor of the game! The mood fitted the theme as well.

Beyond the Slot by Beebo Studios 2019-05-01T17:43:14Z

I found this took on the game absolutely hilarious – especially the puns! A little more visual feedback about the damage you've taken would have been helpful. An absolutely fun game thou xD

Protocol: R.W.S. by Derek Volker 2019-04-30T23:42:30Z

The gameplay was fun and i think also well balanced. The music / sfx and graphics are amazing! The controls where you add/ remove the upgrades felt a bit buggy/ confusing when i tried to change my choice of point assignment. But overall this is of my favourites so far!

Minus by DrSkort 2019-05-07T16:44:09Z

I loved the mood of the game and the hints of a backstory that the player is given. It gave me dystopian scifi-Vibes instantly^^ Also enjoyed the level design with its increasing difficulty. At some points, the light setting was a little too dark for me (i rushed into a pit several times because I didn't recognise it) and the controls felt quite rough. Nice game !

LD47 — Stuck in a loop

VintageTime by maskinmask 2020-10-19T21:11:34Z

I loved the concept and the art style! The levels also head a nice difficulty curve. The music was cool and enjoyable, but I would also have like some kind of audio feedback when moving the notes, especially since the game is music themed.

The Looppy by asfdfdfd 2020-10-13T00:08:15Z

Yes, Loopy is the bestest boy! <3

Into the loop by ChickenChaser 2020-10-08T16:18:37Z

Nice! I loved the connection between the level and the executed code; a very clever take on the theme. Also I think the idea to use the IDE as level design is cool. The controls felt a little clumsy though.

RoboBlast by theforceluke 2020-10-06T16:31:47Z

Wow, the sound design and visuals are awesome! The mechanics are fun and challenging as well (The 5th level or so kept me busy for a while). Awesome Game ^_^

LoopChan by Kaish 2020-10-08T16:01:34Z

Very cool entry! I loved the concept, and in the later level, figuring out the rythm kept me busy  the simplistic art is also very on point.

Loopy Island by honzapat 2020-10-06T16:46:49Z

Nice puzzle game. I liked the cut scene when the volcano explodes. It would have been good to be able to move the camera around manually; it felt a little clunky sometimes.

Inside the Planet by victor_reiner 2020-10-06T15:14:41Z

Such a beautiful game, I enjoyed it very much. Graphics and Sound seem very polished and create a nice otherworly yet cheerful mood. I loved the music especially, with the looping base line it fits the theme so well but never gets boring. The story-intro/tutorial also was a nice addition. Only one minor specific thing: later in the game, after dying like 50 time or so, I wished that the dying-to-restart transition was a little shorter. The animation of it is super cool thou! An awesome game!

Oops Loops by Samshine 2020-10-06T16:21:09Z

I loved the use of stop motion and the photography. Together with the strange caracters it created a very interesting mood.

LD51 — Every 10 seconds

Spacemine Defense by Jimbly 2022-10-15T16:32:33Z

Cool! One of the games I really enjoyed playing all the way through :) Aside from the nice mechanics, I found the levels well balanced in terms of difficulty (especially the third one: challenging, but makable). Really impressive, even more so for a compo!

The Fabulous */10 Song by OadT 2022-10-04T13:08:43Z

This puzzle game was fun with a creative mechanic. I agree with the other commenters, the difficulty curve is well adjusted and kept me going. I also liked the charcater dialogue sequences that also served as a tutorial(even though I honestly didn't get the story). As a minor remark: I just found the font a bit hard to read.

Carton Carrier by dimlight 2022-10-05T20:47:23Z

This was fun! like someone said before, this would make a cool multiplayer game as well! I loved the cart building mechanics and overall gameplay, so I want to add some impressions on that: - I found some building blocks genuinely more useful than others (i. e. the large wheel: I always clicked that away after a few times because it was just too hard to make that stable) - The concept of having limited time for each build worked for me, but yeah, 10 seconds is a bit short - I liked that carts are built continuously, and that you could have multiple carts on track. On the other side, I often couldn't see my current carts in action because I already had to build a new one. I would have liked more time with each creation before moving on

- All audiovisual aspects are great, too :)

The pond & the stars by Chocolat-Endive 2022-10-04T13:20:11Z

This was so relaxing and peaceful. The Aquarell-Aesthetics really befit a fishing game (and it just looks really pretty)

Nuclear Descent by Skleembof 2022-10-11T20:50:27Z

I loved the atmosphere of the game as well as the take on the theme! I have to agree with the other commenters though, I struggled big time with the camera due to its sensitivity.

Poda Wants a Statue by Doot 2022-10-04T11:23:17Z

Such a lovely game! The graphics/art style/animations are just so adorable and there are so many details to discover. I could honestly just sit there and watch the bunnies do their thing. The gameplay was also fun and well paced, even though I found reassigning the bunnies after the panda-waves a bit too disrupting sometimes.

Scribble Rush by Str0nkyK0ng 2022-10-04T13:28:15Z

I love drawing games, so this was especiallly fun for me. I simple and fun concept; I could totally see this work as a party game outside of the jam. The image gallery is a nice additional feature, a I browsed through it a lot. I know that it would ruin the color palette on screen, but an additional green would have been nice though :)

Dichotomy by StudioCherno 2022-10-16T20:31:37Z

Cool puzzle game and one of the most 'polished' 3D-entries I have played so far!

*I faced the error *The procedure entry point vkGetDeviceBufferMemoryRequirements could not be located in the dynamic link library* after the launcher; a driver update also worked for me.*

Now for the game: I really liked the puzzle game mechanic, especially because it allowed for a relaxed playthrough (which I personally enjoy). The calm audio also added to the relaxing mood. I would've liked the possibility to finish the 10 seconds in sandbox early though; The controls took me some time to get used to because of the 45-degree rotation relative to the keyboard (rotating the keyboard helped). Visually, I found it just so charming. The sketchy outlines look lovely and I liked the details such as the tiny animated bridge :). A different background would have enhanced the mood even more.

10-sec pause mania by Stingby12 2022-10-09T10:32:33Z

Nice puzzle game! The puzzles get challenging over time and I liked the minimalistic feel of it. Also its cool that you have a built-in tutoria :) l If you continue to work on this, it would be nice to have some audio effects e.g. on level completion.

I HATE circles by sulfur cretin 2022-10-09T15:42:07Z

Simple, but fun! :) The Button in the corner of the menu screen was a bit confusing to me as I thought that I had to klick the triangle-shaped one to start the game.
