Liked the art style and I think the concept would be cool if you were to add more levels with different goals, sort of like a warioware platformer. Took me a bit to figure out the boss.

Nice little dungeon crawler, felt like playing Adventure.
I had a lot of fun with this game, and really liked the gun sounds.
Always love a dual-stick shooter.
Really liked the art and mood.
Quite fun with the xbox controller, got into a nice rhythm while playing.
Looks like it needs more time to have more of a game, but I dig the concept.
Great idea! Loved it.
I hate you for making me start over, but I love you for reminding me of Chu Chu Rocket.
Took a bit to get the hang of it, but decently fun once I figured it out.
Cute game, nice twist with the binary. The comments for the tutorial made me smile. Good job.
@kristof Yeah, I knew that was going to be an issue with this submission, but for some reason I really wanted to make a party game. Thanks for trying it!
@Ritzblues yeah, the coin/store system is risk reward. The I did several runs just holding right to see how long it took. In the end if you take more than ~.75 seconds to grab a coin, it's not worth it. There's also another powerup in the game that for some reason isn't showing up that cost quite a bit but doubles the value of coins. The double jump problem I realized too late :(.
@dook there are! The "Murder balls" in the store let you drop a spike in place, and a player loses a coin for hitting it! If they are not showing up, then let me know.
I liked the single button game-play and was pleasantly surprised when it flipped upside down. Good level flow.
Seems like a game a friend and I could play for a while for simple fun, the overall style seemed to work together.
Interesting concept, I like where this could go if you had more time.
Sleepy Sam swayed at me :(. Liked the idea of pummeling someone until they sleep at their request.
I really liked this game, made me feel like I was controlling the minions in dota/moba game.
That was fun, a little finicky sometimes, but overall very nice. I really liked the "tutorial" that was included, it taught the game very intuitively.
Thanks for the feedback everyone, it was a joy to make a puzzle game for a change. For people asking, yes it was made with UE 5.7. I agree @slay-a-stone that a tutorial would have been nice, but I didn't want to resort to a screen in the game and preferred a little self-experimentation over that.
I also wish I had more time to polish the UI a little more (post game score is a great callout @jamesgames1000), but such is the way of the jam.
That was really neat, I love the idea and mood. The controls were a *little* on the tough side, I wish I had slightly more responsiveness, but it's a thin line to keep the mood.
Very fun little game. I appreciated how it progressed with the new mechanics
I really liked this, great job!
I tried the game, but was unable to get any of the keybinds other than the left mouse click to work. It seems neat, I didn't leave a rating yet as I felt I couldn't really experience the game.
That was enjoyable. I had some trouble locating the controls at first, and the mouse movement would occasionally bug when walking around not at the computer.
That was really enjoyable. I hope your team had fun making it! Great job on the art for such a short time
