Could not start the program: "The program can't start because DevIL.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Bummer. The game looks trippy.

TFFG RTRK CPPT CLRT XFOH... magical. This game makes me want to learn to type faster, and get a better keyboard. Very nice execution of a spe typing game, and it feels like you need to rush to keep with the pace. Very good ramping up of the difficulty too.
I very much enjoyed the transitions (and implementing the theme too) from mode to mode. I remember wanting to make a game exactly like this last year for the evolution theme, but wanting to transition keep up -> arkanoid -> scrolling shooter (shmup). I am glad to see another creator thinking along the same lines.
The art was the weakest aspect of this game, but the smooth and unique game play more than make up for it.
Beautiful game, hella had to play on a keyboard. I love how the game has both a slowdown feature and a replay in REAL time... makes you look like a badass at the cost of score.
My only nitpick - the parallax scrolling is in 2 diffeent directions... (makes me think we're flying in a giant circle >.<)
This game it pretty funny. I enjoyed the dialog. and the fact that you had to mash the spacebar (cutting of the conversations) to get to the dialog options. I recommend randomizing the sequence of dates you encounter to create variety in each game.
The gameplay is smooth, but slow. I laughed when I saw the beer gut faries! It feels like it's a nice robotron game, but didn't take long to feel repetitive. The objective of the game is also unclear; is there an end to the game? Also, where does 10 seconds fit in?
This is a gem! By far the best platfomer I've seen so far on LD27. The platfoming is fair, but challenging. Occasionally the jump key was not responsive while running. (Thank you, GameMaker:Studio >.< )
I love the story! The art style is a very fairy-tale meets dystopian future.
Thanks for this treat!
Good visuals, fluid gameplay, and a fair interpretation of the theme. The aiming controls were a bit tricky, and not intuitive. Good arena and scoring game play. I would have liked to see more types of enemies.
Beautiful game! I didn't understand the mechanics of the game. The rapid-fie dialog mechanic is underused in most games. I did like the pop culture conversation pieces.
I like the random level generator, but otherwise the game does not seem very innovative. Maybe I missed something.
I love the expanding world concept. The Director's cut was much more challenging and funny! Most 10 second games are frantic... this one is quite the opposite!
I'm so confused... I don't even know where to start. Very... creative? It's lost on me though...
Very innovative play style. It reminds me of raskulls... sorta. I could see this idea turning into a fun competitive party game.
The 2.5D look is appealing, but the controls and platform elevations don't pair up well; the double jump works differently depending on how high you are after the first jump, and coin collection isn't fluid with speed running
(unless you were going for risk/reward with the coin/store system). Good camera work too.
Very inspirational.
Interesting text game. Not easy to play if you are a slow typer or have a lousy keyboard. 20 possible endings!? I could only find 1. I wish there were more obvious hints or interactions.
Great looking graphics and style. I liked that you attempted a multi-view game. I would have liked more responsive hot spots.
Nice way to tie a story behind a keep up theme. I like how the balloon gets progressively larger over time. The art style was good. The ending caught me off guard and made me sad.
I liked the idea of trying to rapidly find solutions to disasters. I wish the game were more complete.
Also, I like the detail of the butt cheeks when walking upwards.
I like the art style. It took me a while to understand that you have to shoot the obstacles to get past them. I like the enemy progression, but I wish that each level were designed differently than the last. Also, there didn't seem to be much use for crouching, as the only area you can access with it will trap you there.
I very much enjoyed this game. Very smooth controls with great physics effects. The concept is excellent. I only wish there were more levels!
I liked the concept of this game. I wish there was a tutorial or had a tooltip to explain what each atack symbol meant. I love games where you have to target specific enemy parts that may or may not be obvious weak spots.
Other than the confusing controls, the story and concept are thoughtful.
This game has lots of potential. I love the time reversal mechanics. The slow pacing of the game matches up well with the 10 second time limit. I too experienced a crash when picking up a green object in stage 3 or 4 (I forgot which).
With a few bug fixes, this game could be great!
