The More You Make by TerraCottaFrog 2017-12-05T09:18:00Z
Was laughing out loud at the sheer idea of it alone, yet the game actually came out better than some individual games this year. Well done.

Nice game, though lack of high score system and lac of actual challenge till you want to die cause there's no difficulty kinda holds it back. Graphics are great, sound effects are meaty if not too loud. Gameplay is repetitive and too easy in my opinon. Overall I really liked it though!
Really impressive feat in 48 hours, though I don't actually enjoy these kind of games enough to give a fair judgement through enjoyability alone. However, brillinat work has been done here.
This is the funniest game in the jam so far and it was a blast just reading through the idiotic dialogue and how you will always lose anyways.
I really want to like this game 100%. I really do. It's an attempt at a hardcore full on platformer, which I usually love. And the artstyle is great and the sfx's are great; But the controls are terribly slow and the jump arc is ablysmally floaty. These two alone couldn't really ruin the game, but quite literally the gimmick makes the game worse; you can't accurately make out jumps without just dying over and over again. That being said the presentation and polish is obviously top notch; Just not my cup of tea personally I guess.
really nice game you got here. Good idea that's really well executed.
It's short but pretty fun gameplay wise, with art that's good individually as always while a bit clashing when taken side by side to the floor tiles. Music's suitable, same with the audio. Gameplay is surprisingly unbalanced cause wine or grape juice or the remaining blood of the purple man group is by far the strongest weapon. Nothing too innovative, but nothing flawed with the basic mechanics of the game.
It's a really nice concept (even though it's basically simplified papers please), and it's executed quite well. However the game feels a bit too repetitive and the dialogue seem a bit too bland for me to give this a fully positive review. However the presentation and polish are top notch, and you did the concept justice :)
hardcore platformer, admittedly too floaty for my tastes. But with a gimmick like this I'm willing to forgive it. It's very enjoyable though I personally disliked the art.
simple and unoriginal, but still fun just like any other nuclear throne clone.
gimmick is really interesting, and game makes good use of it. Platforming controls suck but I can let it go. The game has good audio and visuals. Pretty solid and I really do like this game!
A lot of the art clashes against the art style of another, bollocks hit detection in a run and gun evasion game, no real sense of direction plot, nor feasible progression, literally killing yourself if you shoot at the other wall from a horizontal wall; are many faults with the game. However it does work with theme quite well, it's a good idea implemented alright for the most part (excluding hit detection) and has good audio.
Something surprisingly original, if a bit bland. Graphics are very minimalist but serve their purpose, game is extremely short however, and the gameplay mecahnics feel very shallow. Theme is also followed loosely. However as a whole I can say it is pretty fun while it lasted.
Thanks for the feedback guys!
Relased an update that fixes the multiple clipping issues, as well as made certain wall jump segments much easier! All feedback is appreciated :)
Thanks!
Good music, shame there's no sound effects. I like the idea but there's a lack of difficulty curves. graphics are servicable though the gameplay really isn't that new. Good job with the game though!
Good graphics, audio didn't play for me though :( Gameplay was nice except boat steering was incredibly slow. Liked it overall though.
interesting idea that's well put together. Well done!
Can't comment on the art and music since you used resources; however gameplay is quite solid and fits the jam theme quite decently. Nothing too original but I still enjoyed my time with it.
Could really use an actual timer to prevent people from taking too slow of a pace, but other than that this is fantastic! audio and visuals are great and the gameplay, while slow, is actually really fun. Shame about there only being 5 levels though.
Superb entry! The graphics, sounds, and overall presentation is fantastic, though I found the game's movement to be a bit gimmicky at times; it was a breath of fresh air compared to other platformers, and does push the limits of the mechanics it introduces while staying charming throughout!
