Very Cute! <3
One quality-of-life nitpick: the movement inputs feel pretty crunchy. I think it's because keypresses only work if the animation has completed, so it ends up dropping a lot of them. Fixing this would go a LONG way towards gamefeel i think :nerd:
Cuuuuuuute! And the tiny pixel art adds even more to the cuteness, although it sometimes makes it a bit difficult to tell what the objects are. The gameplay works really well, though sometimes I got stuck in the water or outside the fence, and it felt like it could use a bit more polish. Maybe the restart button could appear after the player gets stuck somewhere. I would have loved to finish the game, but I just couldn’t complete the last level, I was always one step away :/ I’ll try again later, though. Overall, a solid little entry. Well done!
My favorite is the level 9 ! That's very polished, sound and pixel art are very well ! I'm currently stuck in the last level but all the previous levels was intuitive and not too hard to solve. Congratulations for this game !
So cute and so hard <3
Nice puzzle game. Did stop at level 5 haha, felt too overwhelming. How many levels are there?
Thanks for all the feedback so far! Glad to hear that most people have enjoyed it so far. Sucks that multiple people got stuck on the last lever, though, I thought I'd made the levels too easy but I guess not
@she-wrote I found it hard to account for every possibility of where the player might end up after bouncing on a mushroom, so there are indeed a few areas like that. There are a couple of places where ending up outside the fence is an intentional fail, though. I probably should have added a custom animation for ending up in the water, and I do like the suggestion of prompting you to restart if you get stuck rather than just leaving you to figure it out for yourself.
@ehtd There are twelve levels, as stated in the description.
What a cute game! I love these! I could not finish level 12 though, it was too much for my little brain  All I need is 30 moves, instead of 29 :-) After 45 minutes I decided that I sadly had to give up
@she-wrote @sebbernery @wouter52 I've checked and it turns out I made a mistake with Level 12. It's not actually possible to complete it within 29 moves. I'm going to upload an updated version shortly to make the game actually winnable (I consider this a bug, so fixing it should be allowable within the Compo guidelines). Thanks for alerting me to this!
I'm curious how you would solve this within 30 moves, though? The best I can come up with is 35...
@f1krazy Oh now I feel smart haha! I will upload a video later today, stay tuned! :-)
I'm thinking about how to turn down the music; it's a bit loud. But the rabbit is very cute.
Fun cute puzzler. Much more demanding than how it looks ^^'
Nice little puzzle game - easy to learn, hard to master. Well done!
@f1krazy oh my... I had to figure it all out again haha, but here you go!

A nice little puzzle game, not too difficult though. Good pixel art style. Well done!
This was cute, I found it pretty difficult after the first few levels! Love that you can still try to move back and forth after you fall in a hole :joy: Having lots of moves makes it quite hard to think that far ahead, but it also makes for some nice head-scratching and "aha" moments. Good job!
@wouter52 Wow, that path never occurred to me. Good find!
Love this one! Interesting puzzles and cute graphics. I only wish there are a bit more variation in the music. All in all this feels like a completed game, so very well scoped for the compo. Good job!
Really nice job on making a well-rounded puzzle game. I like that there are new mechanics as the levels go on. I thought the last level was great after you fixed it. Nice work on this, and really impressive that it was done on TIC-80
Nice simple game. I appreciated that you showed, rather than telling, how the game mechanics work, by just gradually including new elements in each of the levels. It always feels better to learn by exploring. Good puzzle design.
Love seeing TIC-80 games. Well done a great entry.
Nice litte puzzle game, I really like the minimalist pixel art aesthetics (maybe the music could be a bit more cosy, but it's hard to do with chiptune I suppose). The progression on the mechanics feels smooth, there are even some "filler" level just for fun, it gives the game a nice pace and had me wanting to go on after each puzzle (which sometimes feels like a chore in other brain teasing games). Great work for just 48h!
That was a delightful little puzzler! I was able to beat it relatively quickly on my little handheld.

I think some of the puzzles had unintended solutions, like in the one that introduces the blue shrooms, you can completely ignore the blue shroom. Whoops! The puzzle immediately afterwards forces you to use them, but that one kind of solves itself x3
Where is the Source Lebowski? You wrote a tech post that got my attention and I'd like to peruse at how you did it.
@dhim My bad! I've uploaded the cart to the TIC-80 website, you can download it from there and then open it in the web version to have a look at the code.
@catusfelony Really? I know Level 12 did, but I didn't know about Level 8. I'll have to have a look, thanks for letting me know.
@f1krazy thanks!
this is really cute! simple idea but executed well. i like the set of mechanics in the game, and it does a really good job of pacing them out. new mechanics were introduced at a fresh pace, and while none of the puzzles were particularly challenging, that aspect alone kept the game from getting stale. i do wish the movement was a bit faster, but otherwise i had no issues! the art is cute and the music is fun. good stuff :)
Cute and simple, an enjoyable experience. Just a bit too easy.
Ayy, congratz on the great results! Most of it is sub-100, which is very respectable 😊
