Hate that I couldn't continue the game, because it look very funny, but lateral movement was not working for me (A and D). All I could do was shoot and jump in place.

It's a very funny game
This game is absolutely fantastic, it wouldn't fullscreen for me so I accidentally kept clicking off of it and minimizing the game, but other than that it was awesome!
I want to try this, could you please upload a Mac or web version?
@kukatoo Oh my! Did the box you shoot in the tutorial somehow not hit you? I honestly have no idea how that could happen. Are you willing to try again?
tldr; fantastic presentation as always, but while the core loop was decently satisfying and technically impressive, it got a touch repetitive.

I did it, I reconstructed the moon, I only hope Mission Command and Blue, the entire rest of my team, is proud of me!
I made a video of my playthroughs, and my lofty speedrun of 8.48.23 (first gem brutalized me in that run though): https://youtu.be/lE-gQJaOa-Y
Amazing game! I mention it in the video, but it feels super smooth to play, the way the momentum works with the digging and how you can dynamically add paths through the rocks feels just right. The return-to-base effects are great for the rare case that you get stucked irrecoverably too. Mission Command is hilarious, I wanted to highlight him again in particular, I love the way he interacts with the player. Truly the heart (and the COMMAND without middle-men) of the game. This game has cool effects too, I really liked the intro effect and the credits, those were incredibly stylish. Super fun game, great job!
Very interesting concept! Good job!
It's a girl!
Your humor is peak and the the game is very interesting. I kind of wish i actually had to reconstruct the moon rather then haphazardly put the peaces next to each other.
Got to 98% completion of the moon and then got stuck. I think one of the "moondust" tiles inside of the wall trapped me, and even the "go back to safety" button wouldn't unstick me. Very sad, wanted to fully complete it :( But overall excellent game. I can hardly believe this was done in 72 hours, it's very impressive. The humor is great, loved the whole premise.
Man I got myself a nice 'stache. Do you have a nice 'stache? I have a nice 'stache. I bet you're jealous.
What an incredible concept! It's so amazing and well executed.
A few points, just for nitpicking: - The frame rate was a bit low at times on my potato computer :( - I kept clicking outside the window, it would have been nice to "confine" the cursor in the window. - I find the tutorial a bit confusing, like having to smash objects on self to go through them. Is this of any purpose? Or is it to explain "you can't die by doing that"? Also I got three gems, with 3% reconstruction, got stuck at 4th and wandered around for a while before understanding what "reconstruct the moon" meant. Actually that makes sense, this one's on me.
On the visuals side, I'm so impressed by the amount of different sprites you have. You must be truly efficient at making them, the whole universe looks consistent and has many details.
The story and voice acting are hilarious, you got your style and it works very well!
Really great game, excellent humor. It feels really nice to play, even when stuck on an AZERTY keyboard (even when switching my system to QWERTY, the computer still registers the physical position of the WASD keys, which is really uncomfortable). If you want to take us pesky frenchies into account for your next game, you may want to add a secondary binding for ZQSD or straight up arrow keys on top of the WASD.
Found a softlock if you click on the clicky teleport button before the tutorial allows you to shoot or move.
The voice acting really brings everything together, although I will have to dock half a star on audio for this glorious music in blue's workshop, simply out of principle. I will add it back to humor though
This was awesome! Little choked that I finished the last gem, but couldn't get out of it. Teleport button wasn't working and I was firmly wedged in the gem holder thingy.
Being put on clumping duty got me right back into that Katamari Damacy mindset I enjoy so much. I was being so precious with my shots early on and I have no idea why, but once I figured out that I could spray and pray, I got through it pretty quick. That first boss was my favorite part!
I loved it ! Concept and humour feels refreshing and it's fun to play!
Great submission as always. I... uh.... didn't know you could jump. So getting that gem in the top right was really tedious. I had to look up to see if anyone said anything about it, only to watch the video of someone doing it and jumping, and THEN I thought to use the spacebar.... As is standard, you do quite interesting things with your games, the pieces combining and being able to burrow through them was quite impressive. Humor and audio always top notch. Good stuff!

**Oh no! Someone's blown a hole in the comment section!** Looks like a job for...
Fantastic as always, you always have extremely large-scope compo projects that still manage to come together and feel complete and polished. I really appreciate how you handled the movement in this one; it was really satisfying to zip around gluing things together since you could just slip through completed pieces, while still having limits that you could use to make the player do the correct sequences.
As always, the characters and voice acting were top notch. I particularly liked the "Yellow" bit and the incredible pun that is Necro-moon-cer.
What a lovely game. Movement felt janky in such a smooth way! I did the first 3 crystals without realizing the "glue the other parts of the moon together" mechanic. I kinda loved how tough but doable the 3rd crystal is without the dust destroyer. I almost wish solving that rewarded with you with the dust destroyer. You made backtracking such a breeze via the drill mechanic. All that would have been enough, but also adding full silly voice acting, a boss battle, and an ending that tied the mechanics to humor, as well as the "respawn" button, put it over the top.
PS: I love that you didn't disable the gravity gun while respawning. Respawn speed go brrrr. Thanks for sharing!
The funniest game of this jam. And pretty cool gameplay too
It's always amazing to see how much you can get done in such a short time span. Not only a cool mechanic, but also lots of voicelines and a boss fight. I like how easy it is to move around. Simply pressing E to move through walls is oddly satisfying. Nothing finicky about it, just let the player pass through and move around as they please. For a while I wasn't sure whether there was a point in reconstructing the moon. Will I really have to combine all of it to complete the game, I wondered. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that no, it's not necessary, but that it doesn't mean that it's useless. Though not present in your game, you could have a puzzle where you need to place a block between those dusty walls for you to be able to pass through. It's how I wanted to solve the wall at first before I found out I need to unlock something.
Great game, very funny, nice graphics, lovely music. A banger once again. Great job Coin!
This game has a very unique mechanic and I love it. I could be creative with in and use it to travel, almost anywhere. And it could also be used to defeat bosses. I'm glad to see some patches with ability to scale walls and burrow through stickied parts. Too bad I couldn't get out from first boss room so my journey would have to end prematurely.
tl;dw awesome

One of these days you will win compo, this may finally be that time (at least if my 5 :star: have anything to say). Your compo entries rival and exceed many Jam entries, you are what pops up when you look up "one man army" in the dictionary.
Fantastic job as always, the humor is top notch, the lovely unique art style that you have, the voice acting, the music, everything is perfect.
Obviously I had to get the moonstache. moonstache.png
At first it wasn't clear that I was supposed to actually put the pieces of the moon together. There was a lot of effort put into that mechanic, I can tell! Humor, music, voiceacting stellar as always. You managed to get a lot done in 48 hours, honestly kind of insane :o Great work!

One of the most innovative gameplay on the jam!

Another instant classic :D GRATZ!
Wonderful entry, love the presentation. I thought it was a bit odd that sticking two non-moon parts together made the moon, I think it would make it feel more cohesive if I was trying to effectively create one big clump, but that's basically my only criticism! Everything else is on point. The characters, the little piping up for poor yellow. The moustache that was totally worth it, in all the draw calls  and "frickin... jerk" is my favourite line of dialogue from this LD. Well done!
(I couldn't stop laughing while I was watching the intro)
(This game is very impressive. I was blown away when I saw the Earth window in the base, it looks so cool) (And had tons of fun piecing together the moon)
