So fun. Mixing Simon and undertale great idea, verry hard. great work.

excy 2019-10-07 22:37

Quite fun! It gets hard real fast, smoothing out the difficulty curve would get people playing longer I think. The idea behind the game is great though, great job.

dylan-wolf 2019-10-08 00:42

Really challenging. Took me a second to figure out (mainly because the keyboard is labeled C/V/N rather than C/V/B), but early levels introduced the concept before ramping up difficulty.

Probably my only suggestion would be to move the button prompts to the play area.

Thanks for your comment I made some change i hope it will help

Especially the difficulty if you want to give another try ? @florian-oster , @dylan-wolf, @excy

Great concept! Using the keyboard I got to level 13. I was initially confused because I thought you had to press the levels the number of times that appeared along side the letters. Ex: I thought 3B meant you needed to press B three times. Figured it out fairly quickly though. I like the mechanics quite a bit! A good balance between entering the right combo fast enough while avoiding the projectiles. Well done!

appix 2019-10-09 09:41

It's cool and hard.I like this game!

steffy 2019-10-09 14:12

The instructions said c, v, and n for controls. Took me a few seconds to realize the third button was B, not N. However, I did enjoy the game. Easy at first. Picks up in intensity quickly. Well done.

lanz611 2019-10-09 15:23

I only got to 9. Interesting concept, good job!

sharbelfs 2019-10-09 15:24

cool game, I guess it should be easier using the ipad, but in the keyboard it is quite hard

nikita-lozhkin 2019-10-09 15:24

I like it

nikolaj 2019-10-09 15:33

cool, and hard! and big thanks for web game!

yubs 2019-10-09 15:38

Really cool how you you need to focus on two things at once. Made the game really interesting, nice entry!

cafelovai 2019-10-12 14:40

That was a pretty unique experience for me. I think you did a good job with the difficulty curve. The music was great as well, it fit the mood of the game and there was a good amount of variety. You did a good job making an addicting experience as this game is a great fusion of two different gameplay types I would never had thought would work well together. The numbers next to the buttons was confusing at first as I thought I had to press that button that amount of times, but when I caught on to what they represent, it helped me to react to the button prompts much quicker.

simonl 2019-10-12 15:30

also managed to level 14. Quite a small but fun game.

The focus splitting between both minigames was a nice challenge.

Also nice soundtrack

nice entry :)

On a side note, I also thought first that I have to press b tree times and so on. Took me a while to get it right.

I can't play the HTML5 version sadly, could you put up an EXE build for other folks to download and grab? Cheers guv~

alicecrd 2019-10-12 16:19

Very good innovation, the progression of the difficulty is cool, I enjoyed playing at your game

danilo-freire 2019-10-12 18:30

Hey, really fun game, nice entry! It's very interesting to pay attention to hazards and button patterns at the same time. I had to resort to the rhythm of the song to help me push the buttons without paying much attention to focus on the obstacles. Great work with the musics and visuals.

robowarrior1982 2019-10-12 19:57

Its a good game, the music is a bit repetitive but concept and mechanics are strong. With better graphics and sounds this can be a must have on mobile device for example (but you must change the control in this case).

egos 2019-10-12 21:13

Thank you all for your comments !

I explain a little more in the intro the presence of number in the case of keyboard

In particular thanks for noticing the gradient of difficulty it's the first time in a LD that I spend so much time ;)

binarysystem 2019-10-12 22:34

This game is really fun to play. Has an addictive quality to it. The button press detection using my xbox controller was a little weird though. Sometimes it detected a double press when I pressed once and sometimes it just didn't detect my press at all. Could just be that my controller sucks XD

tom-frikker 2019-10-13 04:02

Fast paced and challenging! The difficulty definitely sneaks up on you. The keyboard controls were a little confusing at first, but once I figured them out, the rest of the game ran smoothly. Great job!

pixamentory 2019-10-13 09:16

"Impressive game, Very cool concepts. I left wishing that there is more. Had a lot of fun "

weine 2019-10-13 14:44

Impressive how fun it was despite the simplistic presentation. I think the mechanics worked well, and the difficulty level was also spot on.

ithildin 2019-10-13 15:48

Great entry! I really liked how you need to keep track with rhythm, avoid the boxes AND memorise the sequence (it gets easier if you do) at the same time, it can get pretty challenging.

I've reached level 12 so far playing with a controller, and I feel compelled to keep trying.

Congrats!

taddl 2019-10-13 19:45

Pretty simple and compelling concept, having to evade while pressing the keys is a nice addition.

ristic23 2019-10-14 21:17

nice idea like it

prometheus 2019-10-15 07:58

interesting idea but it isn't super clear what to do or how to do it. There is a lot of UI and things to focus on at once that could make it very skill-based and satisfying (which is what I think you were going for), but it tends to make things more incoherent and unclear as to whether the player is doing things correctly or not. Super cool idea and concept and I hope you continue working on this, it has a lot of potential!

sean-s-leblanc 2019-10-20 06:20

interesting concept, but i had a hard time understanding what i was supposed to be doing at first. the difficulty also felt a bit off, because once i understood, was able to play from start to finish only taking damage once. maybe failing the simon part of the game needs to have consequences? (it would probably need to be much less fast-faced for that to be reasonable though)

i'd like to see a more polished version of this!
