Great game, alot of polish with the menu, instructions, backstory. Solid gameplay and mechanics. A bit too much in common with other puzzle games named in the description.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD39 → Tesla Siblings

Great entry ^^ A solid tetris-like with lot of polish and nice graphics ;)
ALT+F4 for the full screen mode, it surprised me ;)
The game screen is too small I think without fullscreen.
Great puzzle game ! Art is really good, main menu looks like some games from the early 90s, well done !
Game screen is very small but with Alt+F4 (?!) you can go fullscreen.
Really well done take on the doctor Mario/Tetris genre. The bg track was really nice and the graphics fit the style well. Would have maybe liked a larger resolution but that's not too big of a deal. I couldn't figure out how to close the game without the task manager though lol
Yay! This one is fairly polished :)
The rotating button is very sensitive. Sometimes I make extra rotations that I didn't want to. Maybe it should only do one rotation everytime that is pressed down.
Nice graphics and music.
It's a tetris-like, but it's a solid tetris like. Good job.
Great Game! Love the graphics!
Great puzzle Game, i really like the graphics and music, it looks like a game boy color game ^^.
Good Job ! It's really good for a first LD game :)
Waoh, graphics and music are realy polished, could have been a really nice GBA game :D
I should have read the comments to find out how to put the game in fullscreen, playing on this size was making me feel... nostalgic ! BE RIGHT BACK going to get my gameboy back :p
This looks great! Any chance for a Mac/web version?
Probably the most polished game I've played here so far, with a distinct look and pretty fun gameplay. Sound is a bit destructive to my ears though.
@simonhutchinson I'd have to see if I can port it to my GMStudio 1.4 Pro that has the Mac export. I'm not sure it has the HTLM one though, but I'll try to see that :)
To everyone: thanks for the feedback! Greatly appreciate it, I'll do my best to keep what works and correct what doesn't for the next LD :D
Good game ! Very well executed.
I think the rotative button is too sensitive.
As someone who liked Dr. Mario back in the day, I was glad to play this. A solid and polished entry with all the little details making the game feel finished. The alt-f4 thing was a funny surprise, "no you're not leaving". :D Sad I found out about it a tad too late, but it was playable in a small screen anyways, so whatever, I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks and great job!
I love this kind of games and this one was great. Some points: -You can't rotate ´pieces near a wall because of how you consider the center of the piece. You could just move the center to let the piece fit. -If you leave the down button pressed for a while, when you stop, the next piece won't fall. -The rotate button is too sensitive, is not necessary that it rotate multiples times if you leave it pressed as there are only four positions. The up key should be the rotate button too, for being possible to play with only one hand. -The scenario is too big, there are few colors and the pieces are too small so it isn't really threatining. -There isn't that much an encouragement to make groups of other colors rather than blue, so you can just stack them until a blue one is coming. Maybe other way of keeping score instead of level could be enough. -I missed a falling "animation" as well as a sound when bubbles are getting to the ground.
Even with those comments I enjoyed a lot, a new way to see this kind of falling blocks games that seems that could never be original again but you did. The music is really cool, and so are the graphics. Tons of polish, congratulations!
I'm so sorry about that! It seemed as it wasn't getting published, I erased the text in order to occupy less space.
Cool idea. I would recommend describing the controls here on the webpage. I didn't see that there was a readme and was just confused for a few minutes trying to figure out what buttons to use. Also a preview of where the blocks will land might be useful. I found it hard to estimate where they would land, so I rarely used the fast fall button.
But overall a solid entry. Well done.
Argh, this is another title which NEEDS a WebGL version!
It's a really well made puzzle game - with some charming visuals too. This is the type of game that portals such as kongregate/newgrounds were invented for; excellent timewasters during your office hours ;)
It's still a 5-star entry for me even without the WebGL output. Puzzle games are anything but easy to make in a short timeframe; and given the level of polish in here, I legitimately thought I was playing a Jam game until I re-checked the page before rating.
Great job - solid, solid entry :)
It looks like a game from the 90's. I didn't understand how the blue orbs were supposed to function. Also, you should make holding the down button down should make it go down faster instead of making you immediately go down.
I really enjoyed this game graphic and music. The idea is cool but there are several combination of pieces that that render impossible to complete the connection, and it's a little frustrating.
Other than that great work!
The wiring mechanic is a very fun twist on Tetris-like games! I especially liked how the blue balls changed properties after being put together, so you could make little platforms without worrying about gravity.
It's great to see another game with the NES palette and resolution, especially when it fits the rest of the game so well. The sprites are well-made, and the background is nice. The little character in the top right during gameplay is a fun addition, too.
Maybe the links besides blue could give a small boost to the timer? I noticed that finishing a level already gives more time, but it felt odd not getting any bonus for making links.
Overall, good job! It's a unique take on an old classic, and I enjoyed it.
Awesome tetris/bustamove alike ! I was so bad playing it that after a while the game had pity of me and every plug was just 2 blocks ahead of the other at each round XD I couldn't beat the score of 106 anyway but I was happy to complete at least some pluggings :) Very well polished, I just wish I could toggle fullscreen but i'm too lazy to dl the source :) visuals are nice, gameplay is old school with an original touch that fits well with the theme ! Also, I really enjoyed the differents musics all along. Once again, very impressively polished entry for a 48 h game :) Great job, congratulations !
