Apr 20 09:52:35 Keep Yourself Alive ♥ 2 Love the weirdness of the theme, but needs more audio and better spawn algorithm for the zombies. Would love to have a way of reloading the weapon (and maybe there is, but I haven't found it yet.)
Apr 20 10:33:00 40m 25s Keep It Alight ♥ 1 I absolutely adore the audio. The disappointed sighs on death, the crackling of the fire, all of this is really well done. Thanks for the game!
Apr 20 12:22:05 1h 49m Crackles ♥ 4 There is something deeply satisfying about burning things down. I love the art effects of the burning trees. You make me question my morality, well done. Now excuse me, need to burn more things.
Apr 20 12:33:40 11m 35s Primed ♥ 1 I absolutely love the twist on the theme. Well played, really well played. Here's a thing though: We Germans don't use QWERTY, we have QWERTZ, and I don't even know how a Frenchman would play this game without breaking all of his fingers at once.
Apr 20 12:43:39 9m 59s Rogue Janitor ♥ 1 Really cool art style. Space Janitor meets Wizardry? I actually love the old-school dungeon crawling aspect.
Apr 20 13:40:38 56m 59s A Gleam In The Dark ♥ 1 The art is lovely, the sound is quite good. I'd love health points or a similar system (like you only die if you are twice consecutively, for example).
Apr 20 13:50:29 9m 51s Light of hope ♥ 1 I don't understand what the number over the humans is. Are they growing? Are they dying? What is going on here?
Apr 20 13:55:14 4m 45s Coronary Flypass ♥ 2 Hilarious emergent gameplay. I love the wacky heart physics, and trying to fling it across the level is the most fun - or attempting to catch it again after being pigeoned.
Apr 20 14:22:31 27m 17s Flower Defense ♥ 0 I was brought back to C64 times. Good old C64 times. Your art captures that feeling perfectly, and it took me several minutes of realizing I was playing via mouse, and not a joystick. 100% pure nostalgia, I love it.
Apr 20 15:29:52 1h 07m Tiger Zoo ♥ 0 Fantastic engine builder. Great gameplay design, I'm just not a fan of pixel art on cards - that's a weird personal thing though.
Apr 20 16:48:54 1h 19m Satisfy'n: Keep the Love Alive ♥ 1 Incredibly charming. Also, I have been through Hell, is that the second secret? I now hunger for chicken instead of souls, so that's really well done.
Apr 20 19:06:53 2h 17m Pizza with a Pulse ♥ 3 Oh man is this impressive. Very well done, it's hilarious and exhilarating and I so badly want to play this in VR.
Apr 20 22:06:23 2h 59m Exolvuntur ♥ 5 I'm not a fan of the pixel art, but the main character looks properly scared and moves very nicely. I would have loved to continue exploring the game and finding more notes - the story sounds interesting -, but after the third attempt of trying to get past the ghost (the third monster), I gave up.
Apr 20 23:41:47 1h 35m Don't Let it Pop! ♥ 1 It's a great first start. Fits the theme very well. If you could scale the difficulty somewhat, you'd have a very enjoyable mini-game.
Apr 20 23:53:40 11m 53s A Cold Walk Home ♥ 1 I also got the A Dark Room vibes. A super enthralling experience.
Apr 21 05:14:36 5h 20m A Friend ♥ 0 Those sounds! Very cute little game. Would make a lovely mini-game with a little bit more content.
Apr 21 06:55:34 1h 40m TIME TO BREATHE ♥ 3 Lovely graphic. The movement looks fluid and amazing, and I like the concept. Unfortunately, shooting doesn't work. Clicking the left mouse button does nothing, though planting bushes and running allowed me to score some brief points.
Apr 21 07:00:29 4m 55s Goat Sacrifice ♥ 1 Fantastic setting, painful sound. Also plays very sluggish and thus made it impossible for me to play for more than two seconds before being eaten. I love the over-the-top blood splatter effect though.
Apr 21 07:14:08 13m 39s Social Distancing For LadyBugs ♥ 1 A simple idea, but well executed. The wasps' swarm mechanics look really cool.
Apr 21 07:52:37 38m 29s cyberpunk_200s.sys ♥ 2 Solid entry. Great choice of background music, it sold the theme very well. I feel the towers are degrading too fast, I couldn't find a proper groove and rythm to the placing. Having to move to towers to place them felt a bit arbitrary, not really adding to the game.
Apr 21 08:31:49 39m 12s Keep Fe Chicken ♥ 1 Love the chicken sound. As a puzzle game it's a bit too simplistic for my taste, and the physics of when a chicken moves in which directions at what timed rotation is a bit unclear, but overall a great submission!
Apr 21 08:35:17 3m 28s Dog Feeder ♥ 1 I absolutely hate the audio and that it keeps restarting instead of just looping, but the gameplay is brilliant if harsh. Would be great to have a key to release the balls and give us a bit more time to figure out the controls for each level. Great puzzles!
Apr 21 09:33:58 58m 41s Frankie Stein Keeps It Alive ♥ 1 Gods I love the sound effects. So good, so funny. Lovely art, too. You would have benefited from a soft background soundscape - maybe some looped humming to keep in the spirit of everything else?
Apr 21 10:12:07 38m 09s Sellonia ♥ 0 Okay. I started the game three times, experimented around with the various... uh... attacks?... and then at some apparently random point in time I get a "Game Over" screen. I've been the lead community manager for League of Legends, so I should know MOBAs, but... I just don't get it. Sorry. :)
Apr 21 12:10:45 1h 58m platformEGG ♥ 2 Music and art style gives me a very "Thing on a Spring"-feeling, and I'm loving it. It's too hard for me, and I had to give up at level 4, but I still enjoyed the attempts.
Apr 21 14:17:12 2h 06m Remember, Apollo ♥ 1 Great writing, the background art is absolutely gorgeous.
Apr 21 16:09:28 1h 52m The Dragon's Curse ♥ 2 Five attempts and not even gotten close to winning. It's a bit too random for my taste.
Apr 24 22:16:31 78h 07m Responsibility ♥ 1 Super clever Take on the theme. It's a bit too surreal for me, bug it's an impressive big of work, especially given that you haven't done this stuff before.
Apr 25 17:50:11 19h 33m Temple of Enlightenment ♥ 2 I love the take on the theme, but I really dislike how moving the character feels. The jump animation is too slow and either too high or not high enough, pushing the stones feels too slow, the physics feel slightly off. I appreciate the effort though, and I really like the idea.
Apr 25 20:19:25 2h 29m SaverTato ♥ 1 Small scope but solid clicker. Some progress would be nice, adding more enemies or a variety to them over time.
Apr 25 20:37:44 18m 19s Constance ♥ 3 I love the theme and dialogue. Audio is nicely done, and I know how hard it is to get all the audio recorded and polished in such a short time. :) Well done!
Apr 26 13:36:00 16h 58m Lamps ♥ 2 Fantastic atmosphere! As a dog owner with cats who keep knocking lights over, I felt right at home with this. Including the ghosts in the basement.
Apr 26 14:18:45 42m 45s Keep Reputation Alive ♥ 1 It's a shame about the puzzle design - too easy. I love the concept though, and that you've done the whole thing in Python. Very well done!
Apr 26 14:20:46 2m 01s Chaleace Tournament auto-battle ♥ 1 This is a hilarious take on autochess. I felt the sorcerers were either doing too much damage or didn't have enough life to truly enjoy the spectacle, but super fun and unique idea.
Apr 27 07:35:22 17h 14m The Call of the Unicore ♥ 1 Great art, I wish there'd be a better indication of where the next wave is spawning from though - or maybe there is but I couldn't find it.
Apr 28 12:00:45 28h 25m SAVE THE DINOS! ♥ 1 A simple game made a lot more interesting by mating dinosaurs. Very cute, great idea!
Apr 28 14:50:22 2h 49m Amaze-on Game ♥ 0 The idea is interesting, but what makes games like Cook, Serve, Delicious or Typewriter From Hell stand out is the charm - and that seems to be lacking. Playing felt like an unrewarding chore instead of playing a game.
Apr 28 14:52:17 1m 55s Big Turnip ♥ 1 Super cute art design. Thanks for that!
Apr 28 15:06:20 14m 03s Keep it up, Aline. ♥ 1 Hmm, can you provide some instructions or a playthrough? I like the idea, but I seem to be unable to play without seemingly randomly dying at some point.
Apr 30 08:08:02 41h 01m Mutiny ♥ 1 Shame about the lack of shanties! I like me some pirates though, yaaaargh. I like how it plays, though I had some issues getting the pirates to sometimes click on the middle sail.
Apr 30 09:00:41 52m 39s Cthulhu: The Cult Must Not Die ♥ 2 The HTML5 build doesn't run at all on my computer, but the rest was fine. Absolutely impressive graphics and audio, very Diablo (the original one).
Apr 30 09:09:21 8m 40s Your Pet Alien ♥ 1 18 hours. I couldn't figure out where Mom was apart from checking the other rooms. Pizza is always good, I am now hungry for Pizza.
Apr 30 14:26:03 5h 16m Catch the Worm ♥ 3 Very stylish. It crashed after a few minutes for me, but otherwise I really enjoyed the zen-like approach of floating through the air and landing next to worms to pick them up. Very nice, great job in the short time frame
Apr 30 14:35:17 9m 14s Nature of Fear ♥ 1 Nice art. The bossfight was okay. What followed after was not. First of all, the dark grey scale made spotting any potential items impossible. Then the text was not helping, overshadowing two items hidden behind the floating letters. And then not even letting me finish the boss? Sad. Promising start, boring finish.
Apr 30 17:00:02 2h 24m Tyson Lee: KEEP IT ALIVE EDITION ♥ 1 The first four levels were easy, the fifth impossible. Some feedback when the required output was successful would have been nice. :)
May 1 23:15:47 30h 15m A Day in Granple-Bee's Garden ♥ 2 What a lovely experience! I'd recommend some snapping system to make it easier targetting specific branches, but everything else was wonderful. I love the dynamic growth of the tree so much.
May 4 10:29:15 59h 13m Keep it alive: A love story ♥ 2 Super cute animations, good sound, great concept. I am not a fan of the "find the right button randomly"-approach to some of the puzzles, but that's a personal preference.
May 4 14:29:37 4h 00m Save the FOX! ♥ 1 I like the graphics. The controls are very much not mine. Camera occasionally moves out of focus, the ninja can jump easily outside the frames, branches are sometimes solid and sometimes not. The audio is nice if repetitive, the tutorial remains an empty screen for me.
May 5 07:28:52 16h 59m IT tycoon ♥ 1 Very impressive for this short time frame. Even the art looks pretty good!
May 5 07:39:18 10m 26s The Last Guardian ♥ 2 The game runs very well. Cute animations! The rain clouds moved a bit too slow for me and I keep failing to keep the tree alive, but as the resident Lich King, I am okay with this. 😁
May 5 08:28:10 48m 52s LD46: The Lighthouse at the End of the Universe ♥ 1 Hardly playable with keyboard, sadly. It's very difficult to target the smoothly moving enemies. I like the background musics a lot, and the pew pew pew sounds are making me so nostalgic. I'm not a fan of the airplane design of the enemy ships though. That, of all things, felt so wrong.
May 8 20:44:04 84h 15m Blood On The Snow ♥ 3 Very ambitious, but I couldn't get to grips with the combat system. The range of most cards wasn't very clear. Love the writing though, really well done and a very impressive scope.
May 10 23:51:25 51h 07m Atera Odyssey ♥ 0 The mechanic kept dying at around part 4. I tried three times and can't figure out how to beat the game. A shame, I had some fun playing it.
May 11 00:07:49 16m 24s Bumbling Bob's Grand Adventure ♥ 0 The block physics was too wacky for something the second part of the expert level for me. I couldn't get it done, Bob was going places, the blocks went different ones. Great physics puzzler with too wacky physics for me.
May 11 00:15:29 7m 40s Thin Ice ♥ 0 I kept catching fish, I think, but the town kept starving nevertheless. Is that the purpose of the game? Try to catch enough fish as the polar bear so the town will starve?
May 11 07:51:11 7h 35m Nightfall Sigil Gray Shield ♥ 0 Sadly I can't open the links. There's a certificate mismatch and my browser claims both links lead to sneaky, hostile sites. :/ Maybe host it somewhere like itch.io?
May 11 07:56:12 5m 01s Hype Town - Keep the Party Alive! ♥ 0 Lovely idea, I appreciate the different tunes. Wish the final one could have been the Metal party, though, and it would have been nice to time the music to the countdown instead of having it break in the middle.
May 11 08:02:47 6m 35s Covid Runner ♥ 1 It's a shame the rather nice music isn't looping. At around 1km in, there was a stretch when when the random generator seemed to fail and all I got was a lot of virusses you can defeat by holding enter. The gun would sometimes target the next virus, not the one in front of you. Really nice artwork, though. Quite a decent endless runner. I appreciated the barriers shifting position.
