Aug 13 08:29:54 Tetrolled ♥ 1 This game is just cruel, and because it's Tetris it's already an addicting game so this is just a game of being mean. :)
Aug 13 12:25:42 3h 55m Binary Odyssey ♥ 0 Well polished game, reminds me of Super Crate Box. Graphics are simple yet distinct and there is a good amount of upgrades.
Aug 13 12:33:34 7m 52s FIREBALL ♥ 1 Shame you couldn't get CPU players implemented, as this looks like a fun title. The sprites look nice and the concept looks great as a multiplayer title.
Aug 13 12:43:46 10m 12s Shredder-Boy ♥ 2 I was a bit confused with how you were supposed to get the boxes to change colour, and the ability to pick up boxes were a bit hit and miss. Still thought this was a pretty good take on the theme, with a good sense of pressure to process each box.
Aug 13 12:53:38 9m 52s Deep Down ♥ 0 Really fun and difficult platformer, the shiny blocks having a different function on each level is a really neat idea. I love the rounded and blocky pixel design.
Aug 13 12:59:58 6m 20s Oddblock ♥ 1 Very nice mechanic, really like the bright pastel colours and simple shapes. Could do with some other visual effects and a lengthier looping soundtrack but this is a fun game, I think it could appeal to youger audiences.
Aug 14 12:37:57 23h 37m Constellations ♥ 1 This game is nice and peaceful, I love the sounds of connecting stars.
Aug 14 12:52:26 14m 29s Chef Frank's Franks ♥ 1 Liked the cel-shaded graphics and the layout of items, making it easy to find where hotdogs, buns and microwaves. I found getting condiments a bit confusing since you have to get them from a separate menu and can only put them on complete hotdogs. I also think it;s funny how you can pick up almost anything including the microwaves.
Aug 14 21:17:47 8h 25m Ice Interstice ♥ 1 Really cool puzzle game! I like the cute pixel art, although the HTML5 version feels slow for some reason, it doesn't go to full speed until a while later.
Aug 14 21:21:55 4m 08s Grid Weaver ♥ 1 Aww this game is cute! Very well polished and quite fun!
Aug 15 12:44:40 15h 22m The Crunch ♥ 1 I like the concept, it's challenging to plan your trajectory towards planets and hope to find fuel and crew members. Would be nice if there were ways to transport without using fuel.
Aug 15 12:53:06 8m 26s Detox ♥ 1 This is incredibly fun! It didn't need the gameboy visual effects but it adds an aesthetic to it. Great job on getting online score leaderboards in as well! Shame there wasn't an music to go along with it.
Aug 15 12:57:09 4m 03s Tunnel Ride ♥ 0 Fun shooter, like the screenshakes and quick bullet firing effects. Had a bit of issue moving. If the player gets next to the wall it gets stuck, and it's very random that you'll get off the wall.
Aug 16 12:34:41 23h 37m Penguin Voyage ♥ 0 Really fun game! The physics can be a bit difficult to get the hang of but the game is nice and challenging. Love the back story at the beginning and the art style.
Aug 16 12:43:14 8m 33s Stuck! ♥ 1 Really fun game, definitely reminds me of the really packed trains in the UK. Definitely like the music and there is a nice glow to the game to give it the feeling of a summer day. However I cannot get past the first level, there's no way to get past the people, and if there are gaps, the crowds don't fill them up. Based on other comments it might be due to the physics of the web version, but I feel the physics should be consistent.
Aug 16 12:49:39 6m 25s Quadrofall ♥ 1 Not bad for two hours, with more time it would be a feature complete build of Tetris and then add extra time to add a twist to the game.
Aug 16 12:55:10 5m 31s Out in Space ♥ 0 Great job with the grapple hook mechanic, the visual style works well. I do feel the levels get a bit too difficult too quickly though. Great work!
Aug 16 13:00:17 5m 07s Roham! ♥ 0 This is really fun, I can imagine this working really well on a gamepad or twin-stick arcade controller. Plenty of variety and I like how you use the player to navigate the menus. Great work.
Aug 16 17:21:25 4h 21m Blockstep ♥ 2 Looks good, shame you can't play as a single player but I like the concept.
Aug 16 17:29:02 7m 37s Sodaboi ♥ 1 Wow, this requires some proper multitasking. I really like the pixel art style and the fun challenge in the game. My only issue is that the cannon firing appeared inconsistent, sometimes I could rapid fire and other times it wouldn't fire at all for some reason.
Aug 16 17:44:55 15m 53s Fast Grow ♥ 1 Good game idea, it's fun figuring out the solution to each level. Some of the levels take some trial and error, especially when the root has multiple paths that go outside the screen.
Aug 16 17:49:58 5m 03s Screen Saver ♥ 0 Definitely reminds me of my earliest days on the computers.
Aug 16 17:59:47 9m 49s Volka ♥ 1 This is a really addictive concept and would work really well for a mobile game with a single touch control. I also like the simple colour tones and sound effects. One change I would suggest making is making the rotating arrow and growing slowly, to begin with, and progressively increase the speed when the score increases. That way it gives players time to understand the concept, before it gets harder and harder.
Aug 17 12:54:53 18h 55m EVOLUTION ♥ 1 Very nice, and yet a bit morbid, city building game. Not sure what the end goal should be, except building bigger structures that kill the planet. Works well as a game to keep idle.
Aug 17 19:49:50 6h 54m Running Out Of Spice ♥ 2 The graphics alone caught my eye! This game has the right amount of bloom and the faint, dot-matrix style line effect really adds to the bright retro aesthetic. The gameplay is quite clever, requiring you to fly into the bright orbs to get the spice. Not sure if the whole spice thing is a Dune reference, but it's a fun concept regardless.
Aug 17 22:15:48 2h 25m Exhaustlands ♥ 2 Very eerie experience, definitely like the open world gameplay and simple controls.
Aug 18 23:26:44 25h 10m One Man's Trash ♥ 1 This is a fun physics-based game, controls are very simple so it could work for either mouse or touch controls (I'm guessing you designed the game with tablets or mobile devices in mind?). The voice-based sound effects are pretty effective and add a sense of humour to the game. Having the ability to rotate around the sides of the box is good, but it would also be good if you could also look above and below the box as well. I also wonder if there is a way to avoid junk from overflowing, like maybe allowing the box to be shaken or moved.
Aug 20 12:58:24 37h 31m Nooooo! ♥ 1 Great music choice, good concept. You could do with some more animations and sound effects, like when your character dashes and hit the energy beam or jumps or gets killed.
Aug 28 12:18:40 191h 20m Blocks ♥ 1 This is a really good project for such little time. I like the simple visual aesthetic. I think the only issue I could find was that the jump is very floaty. I think for this kind of game the jump needs to be short and quick so the player can quickly jump onto other blocks, it might also be worth getting wall jumping to get over taller columns.
Aug 28 12:26:52 8m 12s Get Comfortable ♥ 0 A really clever game concept, very well polished too. I'm not sure if there is a way to lose, however, the game feels extremely easy to win when playing against a CPU.
Aug 28 12:37:10 10m 18s Overflow ♥ 0 This game looks incredibly well made, I love the music and the dragons look adorable!
