Really enjoyed it! Rolling around with an army of minions was nice. Honestly, I prefer art like this to the art of asset packs. It has character :)

Very addicting game. The first time I played, I got the pawn get queen movement upgrade after the first wave and it made the game too easy and I restarted. It's a cool concept I haven't seen before. One surprisingly challenging aspect turned out to be keeping my super upgraded pawns away from the border, that turns them into inferior knights. Getting a bunch of knights made the game harder.
@merb1000 when you stack the same pieces, they become a different piece (two knights become a bishop, two bishops a rook, etc)
I enjoyed the concept and would like to see an expanded version. Sometimes the eyeball would roll off screen and I couldn't get it back...
Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the research bit. Hitting random buttons to get points wasn't exciting and when I needed more points to grow the fellow I didn't want to go back to the research station to hit buttons some more.
The concept is really cool. Game has a cool look too. I really would have liked to play more levels, but I think it's a successful entry and a neat way to use the theme.
Can't give a rating, because I can't move. Neither controller nor gamepad do anything. Will check back to see if it gets fixed.
Edit: game got fixed
I'm really glad you fixed it! It's a really cool concept and well executed (I tried to freeze the water, while I was in it, but you thought of that). The interactions with the floating wood was a bit janky, but I really enjoyed the game and would like to play more. Good job
Nice game. Even though you do the opposite of summoning :D
I really love the music.
Good concept, nice visuals and style. It felt very cohesive.
Cool atmospheric game. Finished the game, but still haven't quite figured out how the alligators work :D
The furthest I got was with a string of 40% win chances :D
Getting to try out new combinations and trying to guess whether they would work was fun. Would have been even better if you get more than 1 chance and get to experiment some more. Nice game overall.
I always wanted to play as a salmon king, but I didn't know it yet. Nice use of the theme and good graphics.
The falling animation was great. Unfortunately I'm bad at this genre and I killed myself trying to get to souls, to get magic to heal myself.
Well executed concept. I would have liked to play more. I was happy the heavy screen shake from jumping was only inside the first house.
The name is great. I liked the visuals and the music a lot. I think I got stuck on the big guys, after I summoned them, other than that I had a good time.
Got a score of 21! Fun game. I enjoyed the vibe.
I played this for far longer than I expected. Definitely a good base and it was fun to see my level 50 knights rolling through a level. I expected a 4th unlock, because there was a 4th place in the equip menu.
I had a lot of fun with this one. Good job.
For those having trouble, here is the winning strategy: never age up. Sent only enough skeletons to defeat the enemies. When you get to 1000 bones (which would get you only 6 knights on a higher age) unleash the horde of skeletons for 15 bones each. You probably won't be able to click fast enough to get to 0 bones, once they trample over your enemies.
Loved the art and the music. Would have liked more feedback, when I was off beat. Sometimes the indicator just seemed to disappear and I wasn't sure if I hit it too early or too late. Also, while I won on my first try, I wasn't sure how I was doing. When a couple of the chanters croaked I wasn't sure if this was progress related, or due to my performance. Still, really good job all of you!
I liked moving around and shooting things. Didn't enjoy it as much being stuck in the middle tho. Still a nice game. The hurt effect was cool.
I enjoyed it. Having to press different buttons to sacrifice critters was a good idea (had to switch to pad after being confused for a bit). Would have been cool if you could have helped your demons fight the knights with button prompts too.
Nice concept, that could be expanded on. Wasn't a fan of the jumping controls. Not pressing forward, when initiating the jump would give a higher jump.
Nice game and a really great tutorial. A tutorial is a very rare thing to see in a game jam, especially such a short one. Like the others I missed feedback a bit and I would have liked to see a death animation for the golems, maybe also a kind of "get out of jail" card, because when I was surrounded by golems, I couldn't move anymore. Overall good job.
Nice idea for the summoning theme. Never would have crossed my mind, but I think it fits well. I had fun with it, I just wish I'd get another try at a shot, when going into the water/off a cliff instead of having to start at the beginning.
I liked it. I figured out too late, that the inputs didn't have to be done during the rundown of the timer. Kinda reminded me of fighting game inputs.
