D4RK and the Small Worlds by abhimonk 2017-04-23T22:46:26Z
10 dogs out of 10. Love the art style and the music! I also like how the theme wasn't too obviously placed in :) Haha just kidding, but it was fun.

I liked the game a lot, it really felt that I was running out of space. When I did, I eventually started tossing them outside the counter and then ran out of space there too. Picking up and dropping the boxes felt smooth and I had no issue with the controls.
A fun but challenging game. Didn't expect to play it multiple times, but it became addicting.

The game was fun and challenging! Game is self-explanatory and the mechanics were nice (and trippy). Visuals and audio were good too (really liked the art style).

Each individual component is great and fun. Each minigame is self-explanatory and entertaining. I replayed this game multiple times after learning it. I think I encountered a bug for the Code minigame, where the robot got stuck and the Code game was just frozen for every iteration (LD43, LD44, etc) until I relaunched the game. I think it happened when the robot was moving and I was switching around games/breaking. All in all, a really solid piece of work.
The game was quite confusing. With tutorials/descriptions, it could've achieved a lot more. It fits the theme but when I played I didn't feel like I was running out of space so I felt that the theme wasn't a core influence of the game. The dialogue and situations were fun to read.
Very unique idea that requires the player to think.
The swinging was difficult but once you got use to it, it's easy to launch yourself across the map. The swinging was kinda fun sometimes, especially when I get launched far distances. I hope you take this experience positively and join more LDs in the future!
I like the humor of the game a lot. It was self-explanatory but it wouldn't hurt to include a line of instruction. Overall the game was fun and funny.
5/5 as expected. Great music work from the renowned musician at soundcloud.com/abhisundu.
Both the cutscene visuals and in-game visuals were really nice and atmospheric. The audio also helps set the mood of the environment. The controls/objectives could be a little bit more clear.
I clicked this game for the gorilla and I was not disappointed. The two themes were straightforward and worked out better than expected. I really felt like a gorilla in the zoo fighting over my turf. The only downside I felt while playing was the time, maybe have it jump down to 2 or 3 seconds.
All the bugs and whacky controls made it funny. The visuals were nice and clean looking.

Fun idea but doesn't really feel like a platformer to me. I'm able to spam double jumps and dashes through the level, not having to worry about falling. The different perspectives, which can influence your progression route, is nice.
It's an addicting game idea but the clunkiness of the controls makes it difficult to play. The frog's jump does not follow the line indicator in many cases. If the controls were more accurate and polished, I feel like this game could be addicting.
The screen shake, as simple as it seems, adds quite a big effect to the kicks. The audio and visual were well done and fitting. The only thing that I would've like is the ability to kick the ball stronger :)
I played the web version (in-browser) and there was no sound (maybe error on my end?). The sprites and visuals were nicely done. The gameplay felt a little slow in the beginning; I feel like the in-between time could be shortened a little. I think a larger variety of obstacles/enemies could make this game last longer. Overall, great work!
