Nice little game! Everything seems to work as expected and I liked the art style. It plays a little slow and I wasn't sure how or when I would get more of the ghost resources.

Very funny idea to have the income mechanic tied to typing on the research machine, loved it. I didn't want to keep mashing away though and didnt seem to get any passive income.
Cool game. I thought the 3D looking tower was a cool centerpiece given the mainly 2D style. Would be nice if you bound the unit placement to 1,2,3 number keys. I couldn't beat the game once the tower got to 20% health because the destroy all thing happened too much.
Unfortunately there was a weird glitching graphical effect for me in the web version. I love the animations for the muscle guy. Nice work, very ambitious. I felt like it was too fast paced for me to grasp what to do and appreciate the dialogue.
@poboy I meant to mention that, I did play in in html5 on mac. So it's totally understandable haha. Aint nobody got time for that.
Not sure if I encountered a glitch but I bought five cards with my starting money and then couldn't do anything. I tried clicking my cards and dragging them to no avail. Edit: Aha I realized if you end up with less than $50 you are trapped. Overall good art and interesting idea.
Very solid idea here. I love the simplicity of the main menu and the game itself. I was able to figure out that I should push things around and to drop potions into the pot but unfortunately was stuck. I'm guessing I have to put potions into the pot in order based on that poster? It would have been a perfect aha moment if all you had to do was drop one potion in.
Great idea with good execution and a solid art style. It didn't feel as satisfying as I expected when I first saw the mechanic, not sure how that could be improved.
Super impressive! The art, animation, and sound are very polished and cohesive. I didn't encounter any rough edges and everything felt complete! The gameplay could have been a bit more interesting but overall very solid.
@dovodx Thanks for taking the time to leave the detailed feedback. We definitely got too ambitious for our first game jam. We had some ideas to keep a simple scope before the jam but the summoning theme kind of blew us up o-o. All of those points you dropped are ones we can accomplish. The resolution one is something I conceptually struggle with though, definitely didn't have enough time to wrestle with it.
I love the art direction and mood of the game. Very surreal. It was a bit unclear what was happening on the horse choice menu in general. Upfront, the summoning theme didn't appear to me but I may not have stuck around long enough.
Nice work! You did a great job with the camera management, very smooth. Overall there is nothing in the game that made me want to keep trying.
Great work. The humor is on point here and the gameplay is simple and easy to grasp. I may not have summoned any demons but I did spot SomeMunnings. I get it but maybe shoulda opted out of the theme lol. 4 stars!
I really enjoyed this! Amazing art, amazing music, amazing style. I like the vaporwave aesthetic and crazy visuals, it really comes together. The rock music was on point. My favorite detail was the backdrop with the radio tower and the transition to the upgrade purchasing phase. I played for a bit and wish there was some sort of escalation aside from more enemies (though it is a jam!)
I love the scene you've set up and it has great atmosphere. Unfortunately I just couldn't figure out how to get a signal working. I tried reading the instructions but still came up blank.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and initial set up. The art style was cool too. Unfortunately I gave up because traversing the large distance was not rewarding or fun. I think this would work well if you tightened up the space a ton!
What a delightful experience! The art is charming and the soundtrack is A++, very much enjoyed this.
