Loved the original graphics! A health bar for the shark would've been a nice touch, though.

I would buy this! 10/10
Best game I’ve played so far! You totally nailed the atmosphere. Controls could use a bit of polish, but overall, 10/10! 🔥
One of my absolute favorites! I love the little graves—such a nice touch. This game has huge speedrun potential! You should totally polish it up and drop it on Steam (just add controller support first). Level design is top notch!
The atmosphere is genuinely scary—I love it! The old-school controls are a nice touch too. Great job!
Love the art style of old PS games :)
@kseon Hey, thanks for checking it out! 😊 The game’s around 20MB, so that might explain the longer load time. Glad you liked the atmosphere though—that means a lot!
@mikeliosus Thank you so much! Lucky for you, Dark Depths is open source :) https://github.com/cogwerkz/ldjam57-depths
I tried to play with friend (both on linux) we could not join, person that joins have gray screen with score at top
@musashi I added code before clicking join, also we tried to switch host, but still same thing.
Awesome concept! I’d love to see this in the speedrun scene. One small suggestion—maybe make the dead body platforms one-way collisions? Right now, you can lock yourself out of progressing.
Cool concept! Adding Perlin noise or some kind of level generation could make it endless and more challenging. Nice work! 👏
Really loved the mood of this game – it has such a chill, dreamy vibe. The graphics totally reminded me of the underwater levels in Super Mario, which gave it a nice nostalgic feel. Great job! 😊
Controls feel great! I wasn’t a fan of waiting for the timer to timeout between rounds—maybe some upgrade phase like in Brotato would fit better. Great job overall!

I love the atmosphere—calm and spooky at the same time! The game’s simple and intuitive, no need for a tutorial. A high score system would be a great addition. Great work!
Really enjoyed the puzzles! The realm-switching mechanic was super cool. Nice work! 👏
Very challenging game! I'd love to see different level variations—and hopefully one day see it on the App Store. Great job! 📱🔥
