I really enjoyed this game! I really want to see this expanded further. One thing I did that was really fun to do was after grabbing the fourth candle to return to the first room and use it to go out of bounds and switching to first candle so I could stand there. Out of Bounds.jpg If you do continue making this game, please incorporate puzzles like this!

I really enjoyed the switching between realms especially since I would try to remember where everything was so I would jump then change it and overall just a really solid experience. I do like the ending but I won't go into detail so as to not spoil! Really good stuff you've got here.
A great mechanic for a puzzle platformer, my only complaint is that there wasn't more to play! Music and artistic are great.

Very nice relaxing and chill game you have made here! Like the idea of switching between layers or depths. For someone like me who has a poor memory the game proved to be quite difficult haha! Great job!
Really nice mechanic ! I think it might use better jump controls, but I like it overall
Really enjoyed the puzzles! The realm-switching mechanic was super cool. Nice work! 👏
The page with your game says "429 Too Many Requests" and doesn't work for me.
I really enjoyed the game!
I think there could be some potential with changing realms while in the middle of jumping, but I think the controls would need to be adjusted to accommodate that first, as it's currently a little awkward to move with WASD, jump with spacebar, and switch realms with the number line all at the same time, but thankfully this simultaneous movmement wasn't necessary to solve the puzzles.
I also went back to prior rooms with new realms unlocked so I think that could be a great spot for a secret or easter egg.
Woah, really fun puzzle platformer, I really wish there were more levels as this is really really fun!
@fungus-mundus and @soleyeer I definitely missed out on the opportunity to reuse past levels with the mechanic! bummer! haha, thanks for playing!
@flying-dog-fish That's happening because it got to first page when I rated other games and is managing lots of requests, should work if you give it a minute!
This was quite fun! I really like puzzle games that switch levels like that.
The first impression was deceiving, I really enjoyed the gameplay!
Really fun. The last level had me thinking :)
Short and sweet, cozy game.
I liked the motion blur from switching between stages. That's a nice polish. I also thought it was smart to have the lights represent an area that's in all layers.
There was some strange bug where, maybe in fullscreen, I would click away to write notes and if I clicked back after some time the whole game reset me to the start. Meant I had to play the game twice to see the ending.
I like it. Good combination of style and music though
Ohh this mechanic has potential, too bad this game is too short. Loved it, good job!

Interesting stuff! I liked the layer switching. Felt like I had to guess a lot to figure out which layer to jump to, but without too many, and with the game being relatively friendly, it wasn't bad. Nice atmosphere and great concept!
Really cool concept! I had a lot of fun doing the switches mid jump, I'd love to see a quicker cooldown on switching and puzzles requiring that!
@trogdor-20x6 sorry about that, there is an escape screen with a restart button, maybe I messed up something there that caused that. Thanks for playing!
@trogdor-20x6 read the rules and it seems it falls under bug fix changes. Thanks again for pointing it out and now it should no longer be a problem for future players.

Cool concept with the realms and solving level puzzles - enjoyed it!
Nice game, you actually have to pay attention and memorize the layers. Making it quicker to switch between them would be good. Awesome work!
What an awesome idea with a great execution! I also really enjoyed the chill but sligly eerie atmosphere and the ending was really sweet! :D
My only complain is that the controls a bit stiff and a coyote timer is missing
Really fun memory puzzle game idea. The levels were designed well and I could imagine you could take that idea quite far with that dimension hopping game mechanic. I would of preferred cursor key controls for movement, I liked the swaying background and graphic style too, nice work!

Very fun game! I love the difficulty curve of adding more realms one by one, gets quite hard after the third one, which I love! The art is also really cute:) There is definitely something here, you should make this into a full game, the concept is amazing!

yo! Neat game. Switching 'worlds' was interesting.
played it on stream for a bit: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2428950737?t=0h8m34s
What a wonderful game! Played through it twice just to take it in again. Sets a very mysterious, anticipating mood with the music and lighting, I thought that was crafted very well. I also enjoyed the dialogues that play when you collect torches, the way they built up and culminated in the ending, that was cool, with the different "themes" for the different spirit realms as well. That color palette for the different realms and the art tied in neatly into the gameplay, that was very well done as well. It was also cool how the difficulty of the puzzles increased naturally the more spirit realms became available, like others have said, that's a cool mechanic you came up with! Super well-crafted game all around, great job on this!
@captaindreamcast Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed and I appreciate your in-depth comment and 2 play throughs!
@soul-grinder Thanks, I think I am taking it to the next level. At least a polished demo. Never thought I'd work on a puzzle platformer, lol.
@kuboi I already started doing the art for the main character haha, I think there is something here. We will see, I'll at least make a thorough demo. thanks for playing!
@bene-labs yeah, you caught me! Def got to add to coyote time and work on the character controller.
Awesome! Loved the world switching concept and the mood in this game a lot. Cool characters design! It was a bit hard to handle 4 worlds at once in the second last section, a lot of staff to memorize, wish there are some hints where platforms are going to be in a particular spirit world. Not an easy thing to solve I guess, since they can ovrelap. Maybe some preview mode, just thinking out loud :D So, overall, I had a lot of fun playing and really enjoyed the experince! That's super impressive you've pulled through the game that solid and polished solo!
@kamuniaft Thanks for the thorough feedback! Definitely figuring out how to solve the memory problem and incorporate the mechanic in a less harsh way. A way to make puzzles more interesting but not punishing.
This game was a vibe! Good music, sound effects. I really liked the transition between realms, I think you nailed it! You could still stand on platforms for a split second as they disappeared, instead of just falling off and being a rage game. I enjoyed it! Great job!

very fun and unique idea
Quite cool concept! Remember me a lil of super paper mario or fez, where you change dimensions to see pieces of the world that you couldn't in the initial one. Really cool and cleverly designed. I liked the level and the progression had a lot of flow to it. The atmospheric background music also contributes a lot to the construction of this flow and mood. A really nice idea and quite well executed! I really liked it!
My only little thing is that i found quite difficult have to walk, jump and change dimensions all with the same hand, not very troublesome, since the game didn't required precise control of the platformer traits, but yet I would find more confortable mapping some of the keys to the other hand, or having a second option to move using the arrows. But I completely understand thats a matter of preference too :)
Overall a super solid and clever entry! I really liked it! Thank you for the game!
@hinamarina thanks for the feedback. I've decided to flesh out a demo for this, so I will definitely incorporate your advice!
