What a cute Slenderman game for me! And it has really good audio. After a while I could avoid them using only my ears. I don't know how but I managed to get to the end. Poor deer.

This was fun. I laughed out loud. Didn't know this will happen to me but this is what I wanted. Shooting out chickens of a ship with cannons while a pirate captain yells funny sh*t, and fitting music plays. Thanks. "Chicken in the hole!!!"
It's too easy, I went to level 10 and that took about 20 minutes and it didn't got harder. I was ready to play with 20 different treasures, sadly that didn't happened. The gameplay was really innovative for me, and liked how my ninja collected the loot.
I liked it.
At my first attempt I got to the 70th box, second try I tricked the system and let on of the qeueu alone, and only worked with one. This way I yould get to the 105th box. This time I also realized I could use the space on the other side of my counter (becuase I run out of it:) ). This tactic give me more space. The only problem was I had to remember where I put the boxes because if I go in the small room and I put the requese box in the main room I won't have enough time. And this caused my second game's end. I know it's supposed to be played with 2 queues but I wantes a higher score. I don't know why but later I couldn't stop the queue I lost instead, maybe it work only if you stop it when it requests. Also it was funny when I pushed a pile of boxes with the one I was holding, and suddenly my system was ruined, I didn't expected that the boxes I hold have hitboxes too. Really good game for this theme.
But... but how? How the hekk did you make this awesome game in this little time?? The guns look good, there is a bullet counter, like on that Helo gun, and there is an indicator on the hook too. The music was epic, reminded me of Doom, especially the first one (that's why sometimes I pressed the Start button twice so the soundtrack started over). I could hook the demons too, and the bullets bounced of the rock!!! I couldn't belive my eyes. It would be nice to kill one of them with a bounce shooot... Those yellow cracks on the rocks looked nice. And the gameplay was fun too. I like FPS-s and this hook mechanic added to that... It was like that browser Attack on Titan game except the monsters are those who fear me not vica versa.
First I died to them, second I just ruhsed to the portal and won, and the third time I killed them all! The children too. (One of the tried to hide in a rock but I found him too, hehehe) At the end of that run I gained so many skills, I mean I didn't have to struggle to get on a platform, and could survive if ten of them was on me. There were one thing that didn't make me that happy: you can't move your mouse around, there were invisible walls and that made me so many akward situations. And also there were gravity but that's ok after the demons I guess.
Very well done!
@sobakaduka Awesome! Thank you for telling me.
Wow! When I first entered the game I just stayed at the main menu for a good 3 minutes listening the music, and waching the animation on those few words. Loved the sadistic robot child instructor, the blood/beast mode and overall the art. I noticed a bug (or a feature ;) ), you can teleport: when you dash into the wall you can get into the bottom left corner. It doesn't work always, but at the other corners it's pretty often. (I found out this while I was replicating the picture above running-dashing circles around the map, collecting zerglings, hydralisks, and exploding infestors)
The AI is too hard: it's very smart (regarding it can't fall by walking of the platforms and it's constantly moving so it can survive on a 1 by 1) and that's ok -even with this really hard to kill-, but it cheats too, the guy escaped 3 times from a 1 by 1 platform and I didn't saw him jump, they can teleport! That's not cool. I want fair fight!
And after 30 attempts or so I finally got rid of the enemy on the "easy" level and... Nothing. No congratulations, no medal, not even a sign that the game realized I won. The game just continued, I was jumping and walking around like "Hey I won, hey! Game pls. At least a back to main manu button or something." No. I had to commit suicide and loose even tho I won. Is your game so hard you didn't make a victory srceen for it?
Otherwise it's a great concept, the multiplayer mode would be super fun, and it made me afraid to sit still in my chair after I finished playing it so it set a really intense mood as well. I enjoyed playing it after all.
But I still hate your AI.
I wouldn't put this much ale in my rum... I could beat the game, but once I put more stuff in at once and after that I couldn't place them. Otherwise it's a good game, I like organizing stuff :)
Is there and end of this game? I could get to the 10th door or the 11th (I don't know I wasn't paying attetion what is the door number when I jump in for my life) One of the best games I played so far (40 games).
I think the game needs a lot of balancing. I didn't feel the difference between difficulties. All of them are really easy if you build turrets and not just the basic one. The others are really cheap or has op effects, I mean if you buy six laser turrets you don't need to do anything after that, you just won. You can win the hardest mode if you buy only generators. (It was challenging tho) If you buy good turrets it gets really boring when you have to wait 60, or even 120 seconds to kill everything in 10 seconds. That's why I created challenges for myself, like only generator, and only basic turret. These were fun and with these I didn't have to wait. I tried a lot but the no turret challenge is impossible in my oppinion, but who knows. My advice is to make the normal harder and the hard much harder. You can reduce the damage of your turrets, increase the enemies damage, or they could drop less scrap, etc. I'm sure you have a lot more balancing parameters in your mind than me.
I really like the effects and the graphics, wish I could do something like this. There were lot of little details in this game, which is incredible regarding he time you had. Here is the list that amazed me: The gun; cartridges falls after shoot; magazine falls after reload; you can scope (It's useless because you can only shot in burts mode and your accuracy is not increased so you can shoot less bullet and gain nothing, but it's cool), the dome really is a dome: you can't jump high if the circle is small; the double jump, which gave me lots of cool flying action.
Overall awesome game. Nicely done!
It wasn't easy for me at all, but the 6th times I could finally run out of space. My tactics was to not shoot at all at the end, only dodge those purple bullets, and pray. Only there I realized there is a guy on the rocket, on the Rungine Rocket 2000. Maybe he could be grey, to be more noticable, or those other background elements could help. I liked how devastating was the satellite and hated those little ones, those who came out of the big purples and could shout backwards at you. The boost's weren't that useful in my opinion, maybe the green and the red one could last a little longer. All in all it was really cool, and fun, and such!
Played it through. It was a little hard for me, when I hit myself I didn't know where, and didn't know where should I pay attention more, that's why I had to start over the last level like 20 times. But that's great I like challenges ( and raging :) ). And it was so good to hear the final obstacle passing sound. When you start a new level you have almost no chance because you can't see what's beneath you, but that's just part of the game I guess. Poor mustache guy has do die a lot. I could play more with it, more and longer levels with other type of falling figures...
I don't like how those hammer guys spawn!! At the start of the game I meet 3 of them and they clear 2 stones, and when I really need them they just don't come. I think you should write out the high score not the score of all the games combined. It's a suprisingly fun game for me. I just put on some music (Crypt of the Necrodancer, because the art reminded me) and killed like a 1000 mosters.
I really liked it. I came up with few ideas though. When you get a wall of boxes you can't do anything with those, so maybe it would help if you could grab the boxes from their sides, not just from above. I would like to have more space, so I can play more, and get more than 54 points, and also a little bit fewer boxes would help with that too, I understand it needs to escalate, but not this quickly! I mean there are 3 boxes on the ground and while I grab a blue box and try to toss it to the other side suddenly seven other boxes are upon me and of course they ruin my sorting system. Music and graphich wise it was totally fine, although the font didn't fit, if that would be more pixel art-ish that would help. Maybe I enjoy too much how cruel that poor robot dies.
The gameplay was really fun. It should have use some audio. I could run out of the game space: when I left the stars ship couldn't turn anymore.
Here is my thoughts: After I read the Tutorial on my first runs I didn't know I can shoot. :) It wasn't that easy game for me, I only got around 4000 points max. The push back ability has a good animation, but has almost no effect at all, it only pushes back the enemies a little bit and only if they stand really close to you, maybe it could be stronger. There were a lot of insta death where I died before I could move because some exploding bot spawned on me. There were lots of maps where the portal was right next to me in the second room at the start, but it's cool how you can generate maps. I dashed in the wall once, and also started a map in the wall, and couldn't die and saw two enemies stuck there too. And I couldn't figure out how to dash savely, I fall in the holes too many times, maybe I'm just bad. It also has a great animation. The charachters look good, but they could have different animations when they move and when they stand still. The theme was well interpret: when you need to go back on the way you come you feel it how you run out of space. Yup, the music was the best part, it was neat.
It was a good idea, and with some polish it could be a pretty good game.
I don't understand why can the bugs go away sometimes instead of bouncing back on the fog's edge. When you shoot down one you don't push back the fog with that bullet. Is it a good strategy to just let the bugs live, and only kill those who threaten your life and hope some of them go away? It became a game of "Don't hit the bugs unless it is a must" for me. It wasn't that effective. My highscore is 2280 this way. I don't remember but I think I did above 2500 earlier aiming at them (I've been playing with this game for 40 minutes by now) I had to mute the audio because I couldn't concetrate on the bullets rythm, the heartbeat wasn't in the same tempo, wasn't in sync. Maybe that's helps the mood, but I was going for high scores. Thank you for this game, I really enjoyed it.
At first the controls was confusing, but after a while I sort of got used to it. At my second try I got 900 points, only because I had to go dinner, so it's a really fun game. Maybe you can add other type of enemies because it got a bit repetitive.
Hannes Rahlm is rigth just go 1199 points!

Otherwise the intro and the plot was really good, but the gameplay needs improvements. Great first entry.
I liked the dialogs, it had really good looking grapich, especially at the fighting scene. At my first game I forgot to uprgade my weapon, and though it's a hard game, but when I realized I should do that, it become a lot easier. I was disappointed when I had to go back to my little pistol. I thought the second upgrade will give my an even bigger gun. Never mind, it was a good game!
I alsohad to turn my sound to minimum, and sometimes I got stuck if I went to the bottom of the screen or other places, I don't know why but I couldn't moved. But the background music is nice, and I liked the graphics too.
Now I found out I suck at typing gmaes. But it was really enjoyable, and challenging to try to get to the 3rd level. Sometimes the words cover each other and you need to find out what might be the start of that really long word which isn't in your first language... Gg! (Literally)
