I would say that the gameplay is quite simple, but the visuals are wonderful. Both the Nabbers and the delivery rabbit are super cute. Well done!

Cute game! It's fun dodging the raccoons and everything is pretty satisfying. My last house was yellow and it was spawning two packages at a time, and the raccoons had no prayer of catching me so I gave up at 1625pts. Great submission!
PS—how did you get shadows off the 2d elements? I have never been able to figure that out.
Love the character art so much, it's so cute! Game play is quite fun and relaxing as well! Overall great game!
The art is great! The real star of the show is the help menu, love the doodles! Good job!
Love this artstyle so much! It's pretty easy to kite the raccoons, though maybe my bunny reflexes are just too good :)
great job!
I agree with the above, the help menu doodles were really cute! The gameplay was fun and had some added difficulty swerving between the nabbers with multiple packages. Good stuff!
@madbarron here's a video that shows you how to cast and receive shadows using a SpriteRenderer, though be aware this requires the universal render pipeline https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_OBjV7c1CY
@chailoti Thank you so much!! 🙏🏻
Cute!
Super cute game with a satisfying gameplay loop. I will say that I eventually realised I could get easy points just by delivering packages to the 40 and 30 scores on repeat, since The Nabbers seemed to prioritise finishing their route to the last package delivered rather than following the current package in transit, but I can also see how that would make it much more difficult for the player, especially when the Nabber count scales to 5.
Overall, a super cute and fun experience. Loved the 2D sprite art in the 3D environment, and I appreciate you linking the tutorial above on how the shadows were done.
I love art style. Bit scared of the post bunny tho! Good game :)
There needs to be a mechanic like a time limit to incentivize the player to deliver multiple packages in one run. There's the score bonus, but since there's no time limit, there' no reason (apart from it being boring) to take that risk when it's way easier to just deliver the packages one by one.
@someoneman That is definitely a valid point, we were going to have a more fleshed-out gameplay loop, but we had to cut a lot of features to get this done in time ^^;
Solid game loop and very cute art. Also loved punching the nabbers to get packages back.
Cute game, you can definitely outmaneuver the ai but it gets kind of crazy when there are a bunch of them. Love the art! :)
Great art! I was surprised by JKL for the other controls at first but got used to it. I definitely got robbed by some raccoons! I liked that the difficulty increased over (time? maybe score, not sure) to keep it interesting. Thumbs up.
Fun game, love the graphics. Looks great with the shadows and reminds me a little of paper mario
I love the art and the gameplay, am I a monster for just punching the raccoon to listen to the cute hurt sound
Great game here, it got quite intense at some point. I died when I stupidly tried to take all packages at once haha. Feels really polished for a jam and it looks wonderful, I love the 2D/3D combo and the character are really charming. Really good job here.
@equalenergy Hehe, I might be guilty of doing the same thing!
@ludumdarevd6xh Can't deny a little inspiration from the Paper Mario games, they just look super nice and making 2D sprites is a little easier for me than 3D models x3
@dan-allison Taking them all at once is where it gets all the more fun and intense >:3
Very fun game, I really like the character design, they make me feel very cute! One suggestion: personally, I think maybe adding a pointer to the starting point (post office) would make it less likely for novice players to get lost after delivering the goods. Of course, it may just be because I have a bad sense of direction haha. Great game, I really like that rabbit!
I drew a small picture as a gift to the developers, to scare away all the raccoon ruffians.

@yuriscat This is super duper cute, thank you! Glad you like our postbun x3
@catusfelony I'm glad you like my painting, have a wonderful day!ヾ(o・ω・)ノ
Cute game ! The score system is interesting, but it seems like the game's lacking an end :(
@massena it goes for as long as you still have packages to deliver! Since it can be very easy to dodge Nabbers depending on how you play it can be very hard to lose all your parcels and get a game over.
@catusfelony Oh, I didn't see... Thanks!
Very cute game! I got to 1355 before I stopped. It's way too easy to manipulate the AI. For one thing if they are about to catch you you can sidestep them and essentially fling them past you and it will take them a while to turn around. That said you don't even need to deal with them if you go between the 30 and 40 and pause for a second before picking up the 40 package.
Some easy fixes that would help a lot with this game would be to randomize the package you need to deliver rather than letting you pick whichever one you want. Another easy adjustment would be to have them stop running to the package after you deliver it. Maybe randomly give each one a point to return to after the package has been delivered so they start off more spread out.
Overall I really liked this game!
@drazil100 Yeah! During playtesting we were way too hooked in one specific way of playing (carrying all parcels at once and dodging Nabbers as they come) that we failed to balance for people simply... delivering packages a couple, or one at a time! Wasn't too much time to make the AI smarter either, so we had to settle x3
Hopefully we'll have a post-jam version soon, hoping to make it more challenging all around >:3
Thanks for the feedback!
Very cute, loved playing this. Well done!
The controls are a little finicky (feels like I've played *way* too many games this jam which had separate dedicated pick up and drop buttons where a single button and/or automatic pick up/drop actions would have sufficed) but overall it's cute and fun; I also really like the "2D-in-3D" style you have going here. (Also was fun figuring out I could just sidestep the Nabbers like a toreador!)
@ryusui The pickup and drop buttons are separate because you can pick up more than one parcel at a time, we also wanted the player to be able to explicitly choose to pick up packages since picking more up increases the risk you're at *and* take away your ability to defend yourself or recover packages without having to drop them again.
Thank you! It's an aesthetic I really like and so I tried my best to make it look good.
We had lots of fun juking out Nabbers ourselves which is why we left them like that x3
What a delightful little game. I liked the idea and the mood of it. The graphics look great as well. There is a bit of gap between the speed you move in, and the feet animation, but other than that, it looks great ! Great entry. Cheers
I like the game concept! I agree with the other comments about the level of difficulty being lower because there weren't any constricting elements like time constraints or damage, but it looks like a good start! In my run, I also stuck to delivering one package at a time because it was faster to rack up points that way.
the art style is epic and cute. i'm obsessed with 2.5D graphics lol
btw it would be good to make a post office pointer
Aww the art is so cute!
I liked it quite much, the sprites render very well in 3D.
Great work! :ok_hand:
we do a lil trolling.png
felt like doodling
@kesha11s this is incredible thank you so much
