This game is AWESOME! So much fun and the camera work is special. The music felt kinda weird for the gameplay but other than that I really enjoyed the whole experience.
That was great, got a little too tough for me around 3-2 but when it's going well you feel like a badass. Nice job
This game is so sick, It feels so satisfying dodging bullets and slicing up enemies. I love the fusion of samurai games with the 8-bit graphics. I don't think I've ever seen that before. Amazing job! :D
Like the music and art style. Fun game, hard to see the bullets sometimes. But feels good when you clear the levels.
@mr-danh Nice job! Yeah it gets a little hectic at the end. 3-5 is the last level so you are almost there!

Fantastic game. It's like being in an 8-bit version of an old samurai movie. The controls are a little tricky, but when you string together a perfect set of moves it feels awesome. It looks really polished. Nice job.
Holy cow, this one is soooo good! I loved the music and the gameplay was great. The white bullets are a bit hard to see on the light yellow backdrop, so introducing some more contrast for better readability would make this game even more enjoyable. Really really like your game!
Very good! Nice and juicy, very fun to play. As other mentioned those white bullets are super hard to see, I had no idea what was killing me at first.
This one is excellent. A solid core mechanic, and then forcing the player to alter their approach to different situations (moving around water, hiding behind rocks, avoiding explosives) and think on the fly.
Minor nitpicks are the bullet contrast that was mentioned, and move the 'Menu' option away from 'Replay' a bit since there's no stage select (I clicked too fast).

Love games where one mechanic has multiple functions (attacking and movement). This is extremely well executed and I would actually love to see this game turn into something bigger. Only reason why I stopped playing was because I started to run into performance issues on 2-4, but that's probably my bad for playing the HTML5 version. Great submission!
This is so creative! Really solid and easy to pick up. I also had some trouble seeing some of the white bullets and orange gas(?). The mechanics feel good, too.

5*, as someone who generally hates most clicking games, this is somewhat of a masterpiece. Excellent graphics and audio that suit the style, theme is employed in a fun way. Gameplay feels smooth despite the staccato rhythm of the characters movements. Very well done an excellent game!

Nice graphics, well polished, very enjoyable! To know how far the character is going can be quite tricky even with the blade filling up. But still very nice to play and juicy.

The visuals and audio are beautiful, readable and clear. I love how everything is super intuitive. Level design is clean and offers several paths. A lot of polish everywhere, I love the slow mo + zoom at the end of every level for exemple!
Maybe more contrast on enemy projectiles would have helped a bit. I made the mistake to go back to menu at something like level 12 oh noooo ☠️

@doot Thanks for playing. Yeah sorry about the main menu issue. I didnt have time to actually figure out how to save the level progress. I tried to put warnings in the description about it but yeah it is very annoying.
Simple, fun, really stylish and cool - great game! I clipped out of the level in a couple spots, but always managed to get back in so it's all gucci. Love the strategy aspect of planning your moves under time pressure.

What that was great! Someway to inform what the radius of my attack is would be nice, eventually I just started to innately understand what I was going to do and what I could hit. Very fun!

Cool idea! I'm not sure if spamming the attack button was the intended way of playing, given that it's a slowmotion samurai, but I found it made it easier to play! Otherwise I found it difficult to make it properly so the sword hit the target at the right time. On the other hand, that felt like playing a game of golf!! Which was quite cool (but I ended up dead because of enemies shooting!)
Fun game! I think the hitboxes could be a bit more generous (sometimes a bullet hit me when I think it shouldn't, sometimes my character just went through an enemy without slashing him). I had a lot of fun with this, though! Love that every level features something new and exciting, and a boss battle to finish it all off! Great work :smile:
This is a fantastic game and a neat idea. When is slo mo not a good idea?! Had fun zipping around and slashing people up!
I managed to beat this game, and it was HARD. The game has a very cool style and interesting gameplay that suits the theme perfectly. Sometimes the character passed through the walls, besides, the non-obvious control and death at exactly the moment when you kill the enemy caused frustration. In any case, great job!
Made me feel badass with just a few clicks. Well done!
